Always out of something and it’s not just 1 or 2 things but multiple items but what was really upsetting is that I asked for a drink with almond milk and I ordered through the drive thru meanwhile my passenger ordered a match frappe online with almond milk. The younger guy with glasses at the drive thru said they were out of almond milk and couldn’t make the drink while my friend was able to pick hers up with the almond milk. My order wasn’t even complicated, I understand it gets busy but why say you’re out then change to say you can’t make it then someone else was able to get it, makes no sense. I just go to the other location or the one in Harlingen

When ordering a Café Latee- Ask for an extra shot of cafe’-as it can be (my gusto) too milky w/o a good Starbucks aroma. Upon receiving the Order it has been way too milky without that unmatched Starbuck’s aroma for the last two visits. Upon mentioning this to the staff- they replaced my cafe with a better brew. However, next I will request- 2+1/2 café shots. I’ll let you know know if I’ve finally reached my caffeine plateau of euphoria.
Thanks to the clerks who aim to please and to assure everyone gets a good brew!

Had a recent bad experience, two drinks shouldn’t take 15-20 minutes.

Edit: AGAIN my online order that I’ve waited 20 minutes for isn’t even started yet. For people to come in- enter the line and still get there drinks before me is ridiculous. Several times I’d had to ask about my order just so they would put it in the line of tickets.

If you’re planning on using the drive-thru, look elsewhere. While in line I placed a mobile order at 9:57pm. I got my two warm drinks and cold banana bread at 10:29pm. No apologies, no explanation… I stayed in line because I was curious to see how long it would take.

This is our favorite place to come to for authentic, homemade Mexican food… and has been for decades. Prompt service, polite staff, and those amazing flour tortillas!

Excellent service and great atmosphere. The food is always delicious and reasonably priced.

The food is ok, but the old lady at the registered was very rude. The credit card machine was not working and a sign was posted in Spanish only. I told the lady not everyone understands how to read Spanish. Her response was there going to have to understand. All the open tables were dirty. When they finely cleaned a table I took a seat. And I could hear the old lady telling a coworker that I couldn’t speak Español and laughing at me. So I just left and went somewhere else to for dinner… Very poor behavior from the cashier lady…

I love the carne guisada with flour tortilla. And especially the Cain’s delicious hot Coffee. The waiting staff are excellent.

This place is a staple in Brownsville. With over 40 years of service IT service authentic food. Not commercialized food like you get at home. If you’re looking for some upscale type restaurant this is not the place for you. If you’re looking for her earthy down-home goodness this is the place you’ll like. Speaking Spanish is a plus here.

Great customer service, easy to order and friendly staff. Order misto coffee and nitro. Yin and Yang of my coffees. ☯️ handicap parking and easy access. Come visit!

The guy taking our orders on drive through was awesome and shows that he cares about everything. He was very cheerful and fun to order from. Definitely recommend, the (average size) drink was amazing. Great customer service even when taking separate orders. Went along with the jokes too!

What can I say? It’s Starbucks. The coffee and Teas are amazing. If you haven’t tried the sweet cream cold brew and need a quick pick me up, I would definitely give it a whirl. Try it with 2 creams and 2 sugars on the bottom part – extra foam – if you like sweetness!

This place is so busy they lack service, they are really good to charge you but they never get order correct/ and only have short straws that go into your cup and disappear. Paid $13.98 for 2 large and cant even put long enough straws. I Call manager and she was already aware of it but just kept quiet about short straws. Like are you not making enough money to buy straws/ sams club has some just saying

Horrible customer service by the “manager”. A young blonde lady was extremely rude with all customers at closing hours. Several of us were standing right outside the store at 11pm right after grabbing our drinks. We asked what we were doing wrong since we had just grabbed our drinks right before closing time (she never mentioned they closed at 11) and she proceeded to say she was going to call the police and so she did ask for a police unit because “customers were not leaving”. My family of 8 was forced to leave the parking lot. Again, we were very polite with her and she had no reason to be talking so rudely to us.

Great service, delicious food and courteous staff. All food was hot and freshly made. Service was very quick even-though the restaurant was packed. Only complaint is parking, it is hard to come-by in the morning and afternoon. Good authentic Mexican food. Highly recommended.

Best Mexican breakfast place place I have been to in the last 10 years. I wish they had a place here in Tampa the food was so good unbelievable. don’t miss this place it’s it’s a diamond in the rough you never know until you take a bite and then you’ll know what I’m talking about.

    The food was great
Only reason why I’m giving 4 starts it’s because the food took over 45 minutes to get out the kitchen
They give you tortilla chips and salsa while you wait so that’s good.

The tortillas de harina are HUGE!
    And they are good!
The taco de barbacoa was also great

My chilaquiles were okay but not great
I had asked for 2 scrambled eggs but it seemed like they only gave me one

Absolutely delicious. Has the barbacoa taco on flour and it was amazing. Also had some of the chilaquiles and it was also very good. Service took a long time but it was worth the wait!

The food was good. I never had any problems with this place till a few years ago. A few years back, I was eating my pancakes when I see a roach in my food. Never going back just because of how scared I am .

Love the live music vibe, owners and staff are wonderful people. I had an ice coffee, 2 g&ts, and a LI iced tea all for 35 bucks! Can’t beat that with a stick. Front patio is a cool place to hang out as well. Didn’t order any food from the menu, but things I saw being sent to tables all looked delicious.

This club has the Old “Beat Neck” style to go along with music from Brownsville artists. They serve a wide variety drinks, exotic teas, home made food, and especially an assortment of beer at a reasonable price. If you like Jazz go Thursday evenings to hear Delta Dave’s band called Handelman Park. There interesting jam sessions every evening.

Absolutely love! So quiet and cozy 💕 beautiful music playing and the service was great. Menus available with QR code, so you can take all the time you need without having a person wait on you, then order at the bar. Food was fresh and really loved my strawberry limeade. Will definitely return!
