You can never go wrong getting Starbucks. I enjoy the Butterbeer frappe from the secret menu. You will have to give them the ingredients for this but very yummy. Never disappoints.

Very, Very slow I got very simple order,
2 shots espresso and I have been waiting 30min with a few people ahead of me.
Plus restrooms needs BIG ATTENTION it’s disgusting🤢

Starbucks has great coffee, I do not like the new look inside, the comfort appeal has lost its atmosphere. The oversized chairs, disappeared, the time to meet your friends – family for a good cup of coffee – catch up has lost its attraction. The prices go up, yet the capability to sit down is gone

My experience tonight was so wonderful. I stopped at Starbucks this morning and got my usual. My son dumped it on the floor when I wasn’t watching. So sad.
I went back tonight before close and just had mentioned the mishap and the manager comped my drink. Rosalyn was very kind and I’m thankful this is where I chose to get my drink this evening. And Nick who was at the window and took my order was so friendly and kind aswell. Happy to call this my daily Starbucks location ❤️

Morning shift is so unorganized. They lost my order, she said they had to find it. When i got my order it wasn’t even done correctly. $7 for them to not get the order done right & lose it.
Night night was great, fast and efficient. My order was done perfectly.

Oh my goodness! These are pure heaven! They taste like the chewy insides of an elephant ear from the fair! 🤤 covered in butter and rolled in cinnamon sugar plus so many options! I thought nothing could top my small town donuts but these are outstanding.
Don’t let the $ scare you. To me, these were worth every penny! Chewy, light, absolute perfection. I’m so glad I don’t live close!! My girls ALL loved them and we have to stop again before we head home tomorrow.

Absolutely delightful breakfast spot! The workers were patient in dealing with the grumpy customers ahead of me and were still lovely when they got to my party. The donuts we ordered were fantastic and flavorful, and the coffee was excellent! They have plenty of seating both inside and outside. Next time I’m in Evansville, I’m definitely going back! What a gem!

How can anyone not like a croissant donut!?! Fresh, soft, sweet, and flaky! So many options to select from we had the Apple Carmel and the Blueberry. We could not decide which was better. The blueberry was slightly sweeter, the apple had a bit of firmness due to the real apples in the glaze. Both were outstanding and scrumptious. Loved the decor and atmosphere, so relaxing and full of conversation pieces.

These cronuts were delicious! We tried all of the maple ones, bourbon, bacon, and pecan and they were amazing! I especially loved the blueberry and lemonade ones. I definitely recommend that you give this place a try!

Delicious! Great customer service. The employees were happy, friendly, well trained, and new their products. They were able to answer any questions. The donuts were so yummy. Even the next day they tasted amazing.

Their coffee bar around back is pretty happening. They take online orders also. Loved their chai latte.
It was easier to find seating outside instead of in the restaurant as it is a little small. Otherwise, I think it is fair on price to quantity.

Food is good for dine in. Carry out left much to be desired. Such as the rest of my meal that I paid for. Eggs Benedict was missing the sauce and the French toast was completely missing. Gave me the syrup for the meal but no meal. Terrible experience. The lady who checked me out was extremely friendly and a great conversationist but I guess that distracted from giving my whole meal.
What is supposed to be Traditional Eggs Benedict is pictured.

Absolutely wonderful! The food was delicious. The service was pleasant. The atmosphere was amazing. And the owner even came out from the back to sit with us and connect. Definitely a new favorite! #ShopLocal

We visited Evansville from out of state for the weekend and we are so glad we found this place. I don’t normally write long reviews, but this little place deserves some praise.
We loved the food and environment so much that we came back for our second morning breakfast. Hopefully it won’t be long before we can visit again.
The cinnamon roll French toast and the potatoes were heavenly. All of the food was fresh and delicious and well portioned. Kite & Key has a top spot on my favorite breakfast list. The service was quick and friendly.
We love the America themed decor and the quotes on the walls.
Thank you! (to both the lady and gentleman serving and the cooks)
    God bless you all.

We had a large order of drinks and food, the girls rocked it out. They got everything ready to go quicker than we thought. Got the Lucky Charms latte, and that thing is phenomenal! Highly recommend trying this place if you haven’t yet. They also have my favorite locks and bagels!

Great local coffee shop with cool indie vibe. The employees are always super pleasant. The breakfast club is the best (go for sausage + turkey bacon) and of course their coffee is delicious. Great theme they have for there

A coworker recommended and did not disappoint! Fantastic vibe, probably since my favorite band the Kongos was over the speakers, great personable staff, and the coffee and food delicious. I went with the Blueberry muffin and Tiny Dancer (macadamia and white chocolate) iced latte. Everyone seemed to be grabbing fresh made breakfast sandwiches and I might go back just for that! Great job and delicious!!

Had a business meeting here, so atmosphere was perfect. I wanted a hot tea with cream so the gentleman listed the teas they had, and then suggested I make it a latte (since I wanted cream).

It seems every time I try this Starbucks while traveling to EVV it has no oat milk- which yeah blah blah you didn’t get the milk you wanted- but it really changes the flavor of the shaken espressos. They sub for soy milk, which works, but it loses the whole oatmeal cookie flavor of the brown sugar drink. That said, the store is clean and runs efficiently so other than whining over spilt milk- it’s a fine location.

The barrista was pleasant even though they were short handed and busy. I applaud all of those workers that show up.

I’m really sorry to leave this review and it’s nothing personal against those working, but I’m simply not going to order from this store anymore. They are obviously having staffing and/or management issues. I’ve waited over 40 minutes for my last two orders even though my app said it would be 20 minutes tops. Very disappointing!
