The Rogers Avenue Starbucks is a normal stop for my morning drive to work. This morning I got a little note on my cup and it just put a smile on my face. Everyone is so friendly at this location and you can tell that they are having fun doing what they are doing. Christian is usually at the window ready with my order when I arrive and his smiling face always starts my morning off great! Thanks for always being consistent with my order and always providing excellent service! 😁

This store has such great energy; you can tell the baristas here love each other and their community. The space was well taken care of, even if also well-loved from many years of use. These beans deserve the world.

We go mostly for the Frappuccino frozen drinks. We didn’t eat anything, this time. But, the food is pretty good here.

Dear Fort Smith Starbucks… Decaf and regular coffee are NOT the same thing. And I didn’t ask for Soy milk. Gross. Please pay attention to the orders even when you’re busy.

For a coffee shop, I gladly rate it five stars.
They’ve got the awesome coffee café vibes.

Very cool ambience. Very cool staff.

I enjoyed the brewed coffee (beans from Ethiopia), just a hint of berry and dark choc.

    The small bites were tasty.
Yogurt parfait for me, quiche for the girls. Delicious

Honestly, I really liked this place. I came here twice and the staff was always really friendly. Furthermore, I like how it was built into an old tire shop which gave the building a nice aesthetic. Finally, the food and coffee was good and I thought the portion sizes were good for the price.

This place is something completely different , is a perfect place to enjoy fresh coffee ☕ big windows antique building a variety of tables is a peaceful place. Nice employees, clean areas and big parking lot and handicap parking available.

We escaped the Interstate to this little gem 💎
Coffee is robust, smooth, and shots are perfectly pressed and pulled for amazing flavor!
They make their own syrups which are hands down a thousand times better than a store brand.
We ordered Americanos with vanilla bean syrup and oatmilk. One hot and one iced.
Shop is rustic and historic with the right amount of brick, metal, cute paint color schemes and plenty of seating areas of all types.
Very fast service with 8 people ordering before our 2 drinks, the batista had superpower speed.
Thanks for all you provide at this place.

The staff got this drink out very quickly on a busy Saturday morning. I was suggest adding another shot of espresso to your coffee if you like in a little bit stronger, but the flavor was really good. They also have a variety of games you can play while you’re in there, and it I would visit the shop again.

Misleading. We arrived with the hopes this place would be a great coffee and breakfast experience but it was not. The picture of the waffles on the door looked mouth watering so we ordered that and a panini breakfast sandwich.

The waffles turned out to be one waffle and there was no syrup available (unlike what was pictured). The panini was anything but. It was a half sandwich on french bread (or maybe wonder bread).

Lastly, for a coffee place this was just a step above Folger’s. It was coffee in name only and was very watered down.

I ordered a lg (grande) mocha latte with 1/2 n 1/2 (breve) Nothing complicated. If I could give them less than one star I would. The young lady who took the order, it was her 1st day and she was wonderful, she tried her best without any help or training near as I could tell. Disclosure: it was not the new gal who made my “coffee”. The problem lies with the fact that this is a COFFEE shop, when I when I order a COFFEE I expect it to taste like COFFEE! I do not expect to get chocolate flavored water and to spend 7 bucks for said chocolate flavored water, you do not deserve the right to call yourself a coffee shop. Long story short if you need a good cup of coffee as a pick me up this is NOT the place to go.

I just moved here a year ago from Omaha. So, sweet bays is a new experience for me. I love the one across from creekmore Park. I just love the whole vibe. The coffee is really good and the staff goes out of their way to be really helpful. The food is delicious too!

Wish that I could give less than one star. I ordered a sandwich, coffee and a Diet Coke yesterday through waiter. All I was delivered was the coffee and sandwich. Waiter guy says that’s all he was given. So whenever I finally opened up my sandwich, it was precut and whenever I pulled it apart there was a long, dark hair in the middle…. So I opened it up to check out the rest of the sandwich and the lettuce was rotten. There were normal, bright colored pieces and then there was dark, Shriveled up pieces, that smelled horrific. I was so disappointed. My order was $44 dollars and I had to eat something else. Will never come back

Had a raspberry truffle iced coffee, it only tasted like raspberry for the first half, but was still good. The cashier was kind and polite. The atmosphere seemed a bit too “posh” for lack of a better word in my personal vocabulary.

Amazing place! I stopped by here for a quick snack from a road trip and am so happy to find a cafe with seatings and one that is isn’t over crowded with students and people on their laptop. Also the employees here are so friendly – I see you guy for being so nice and chatty with that fellow older gentleman telling you story of his family history.
Also – clean facility with tables spaced out comfortably! They heated my sandwich out so hot and toasty that I usually don’t get in my usual Starbucks spot. Make the stop here and rest up – you’ll love the quiet and friendly people.

Had to change my previous review, if there were an option for more than 5 stars they would deserve it. The entire crew treats you like family, the manager (I believe her name is Madi) is a ray of sunshine. Absolutely love starting my work night seeing these people!

The manager of this place had the audacity to call me rude for questioning why they hadn’t made my drink OR taken my order when I arrived to the drive thru window. He said it was because it was busy and they had a whole new team that he was training. Honestly there’s no reason why I had to wait 15 minutes through the drive thru and not have my order taken or made when it was suppose to. It seems like the management of this place is more concerned with how they are spoken too versus the quality of service they’re giving. People go through drive thru to get quick and efficient service which this location lacks. Not the first time I’ve had this happen either. Wonder what they’re excuse for poor slow service will be next!

Frequently seems to be out of something to make a Pink Drink or a blended Mango Dragonfruit Refresher, almond or coconut milk, etc & prices are crazy HOWEVER we know the prices and still go so can’t complain about that… LOL. The drive thru line moves quickly usually & almost always a friendly employee at the drive thru window. Rarely is a drink made wrong & need to be remade, the app makes the whole process so easy, & our miniature dachshund is a fan of the free pup cups. I wish they had a large selection of skinny/zero sugar syrups & flavors and more lower calorie seasonal drink & snack options (although the pumpkin cream muffin tastes great). Overall, in my opinion, it’d be cool if a few things were changed up a bit, but we all know what we’re getting at Starbucks & continue to go so I feel it’d be unfair to give less than 5 stars. I do wish the bottled Pink Drink that’s suppose to be coming out in grocery stores would hurry up, though😎. I’m looking forward to trying those out.

For the prices I feel that the coffee should be a little better, and the donuts should be made more frequently if they stay open all day. The employees were nice. I did not go inside, but the area I could see though the window looked clean. I tried the latest pumpkin creation and to me it tasted like chemicals. There was no wait in line and you have to ask for straws.

Donuts were not bad. But it is kinda hard to find. I had to drive around back streets to find it. The store is either inside or attached to the back half of a gas station. There are no signs except for at the back of the building & I couldn’t see it from the street.
Other gas station combos have signs visible from the street!!!!! To me its not worth the headache to go back.

Made a quick stop while staying at the Homewood Suites across the street. It was dead but still they took over 15 mins plus didn’t say my name when ordered was ready. Drink was way too sweet plus they seemed rude and definitely worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Plus I heard them complaining about customers who set inside. That’s insane. So just felt they deserved this review. Not a good experience.

This is the second time that we’ve gone through the drive-thru, paid for more expensive donuts and gotten home to find basic glazed donuts in the box, and not even the correct ones. The first time I went back, and was treated like I wasn’t being honest. Today I didn’t have time to go back. The order we received was a joke. All but two of the 6 donuts were the right ones. This will be the last time I patronize this store.
By Debra Laughlin-Mathews (2 months ago)
Guy working the window was rude, didn’t even say hello or thank us. They were also out of sprinkles, brownie batter donuts, old fashioned donuts, avocado, and egg bites. The donuts we did get were very dry with very little frosting. First time ever going to a Dunkin donuts and also the last. Do better.
