We had not been to Paris Coffee Shop in a few years, in fact it was prior to the new ownership.
The service was great, the food was good, and I like the updates they have made to the inside. It has maintained that old classic diner feel, but the interior decor is fresh and inviting. If I have one negative, and I’m not sure it can even be classified as negative, it has lost that “greasy spoon” feel that I can’t put my finger on. However, it’s not enough to keep us from coming back in the future. Per my uploaded photo, I had the chicken fried steak, eggs over medium, and hash browns. The eggs were cooked to perfection. The chicken fried steak was very good, however I prefer a traditional classic white gravy. There was an additional flavor in the gravy that I couldn’t identify. It was good, just not my preference. (When it comes to chicken fried steak, I feel the recipe should be kept basic and I do not prefer variations of it.)
As far as the hash browns, I would prefer them to be a little crispier, but they were fine. The coffee was wonderful.

The renovation is beautiful, the staff was very kind and attentive, prices were reasonable and the food was great. Loved the expansion of hours and menu. The whole vibe was chill but bustling. Just as you’d expect for a popular cafe.

Such a cool place. It’s like going back in time. Had a seat at the counter. Had a wonderful chicken salad sandwich and my wife had the prime beef sandwich. Bloody Mary was on point and we left with a slice of homemade key lime pie! Get to the new Paris Coffee Shop as soon as you can!

The staff was most amiable, service was good. I loved the diner ambiance and the top reason for our visit. However, I wish they had other milk options for my coffee, oat specifically, or almond would’ve been nice. Also, if they add pancakes, waffles or both to their menu; that would make for an ideal spot for me! Other than that, the egg sandwich was delish. I may visit again but only for pie 🥧. It was scrumptious.

Soft opening of the (new) Paris Coffee Shop. Wow! The interior is beautiful; clean lines with an Art Deco feel. The food was top notch; I had the breakfast sandwich, and my husband had the brisket taco(which was huge!) We had the Mr. Smith cocktail, made with Mezcal. Everything was delicious, and the wait staff were friendly and very attentive.

Oh yum! Super helpful staff dealing with us as first time visitors. Best cortado ever. The New Orleans cold brew was really good. We grabbed some coffee to take home – they ground it to order. Super service and quality product

Oh man this place is amazing. The ladies really know how to make a great cup of coffee. My cappuccino was so tasty and I didn’t get any bitter or acidic notes. Just smooth taste. This place definitely took me back to my 2000s feels with the alternative music (Incubus, Foo Fighters, etc.). I’m in Dallas and I’d drive back here just for another cup. Luckily we got a bag of their beans and even though it wasn’t at it’s peak readiness, it was delicious. I’ll be back though!

Best place to get a coffee and a really good cappuccino. Has good amount of tables to work on your laptop or sit on a couch. Also really good gluten free cookies.

Love this coffee shop! The baristas are so friendly and efficient. Roma Bianca latte and blueberry cobbler latte are so good! I thought the blueberry might be too sweet for me, but it was the perfect amount, nice subtly. Also, oh my goodness, their pastries are insane! Highly recommend.

Haydn’s Symphony #94 softly playing on the house speakers as I walked in the building…. that was the 1st sign.

The Isamu Noguchi sculptures, the artwork hanging throughout the main lobby… was the next one.

    I suddenly felt under-dressed…

Buon Giorno is located just inside the “First on 7th” building and it’s a nice fit. Clean, open, bright, with geometric lines and curved shapes that pair well with the artwork. Odd, a solid crowd inside, but it was very quiet in there when we arrived, no communal conversations, a well behaved sort, hard at work amongst their devices. I found myself ordering my cappuccino, in an odd kind of whisper almost…weird.

Plenty of seating available inside, a round bar, tables, accent chairs, or even couches with coffee tables, (get it?) for you and yours to occupy.

I enjoyed my cappuccino…served hot, creamy, and in a heavy ceramic cup, with a teeny, tiny stirring spoon to play with. My time spent there amongst the fine artwork and refined sounds proved valuable and well spent.

It improved my attitude…and my posture.

Went on a rainy Sunday morning – the atmosphere is fantastic, the coffee is great, and the breakfast options are beyond several other coffee shops in the area.

Coffee is good as well, with plenty options for coffee lovers and those who aren’t as passionate as well or don’t know what to order.
I’ll most certainly be back. Only complaint is that it’s a little hard to find from the street, but not impossible.

Love this coffee shop in Downtown Fort Worth.
I’ve been to many and this not only has a nice atmosphere but also great tasting coffee and bakeries . Great vegan options as well.
Highly recommend , also get your drink in a mug.

Really enjoyed an extra hot (I asked and got the x-hot) vanilla latte and a raspberry biscotti muffin. I should have taken a picture of the muffin; it was light and airy, had plenty of raspberries and the biscotti added some sweet decadence. Staff was very sweet and I liked the relaxing music.

Really really good coffee, both the espresso and drip coffee. Plus they fill your cup to the top which is nice. Too many places leave the top once empty. They had limited baked goods/pastries but they do offer them plus breakfast sandwich and burrito. It’s quiet and wasn’t super busy any of the morning I visited. Lots of seating with couches for lounging and tables with outlets for working. The staff was super friendly.

Beautiful massive coffee shop. This place is clean and perfect for you to work at or study, there is plenty seating to go around. The barista was super friendly and helpful with questions we had and got out our orders quick! The coffee was delicious and flavorful, would for sure be back!

Literally the best service and coffee I’ve ever had! Maddison was absolutely amazing!! I went out of my way to figure out how to leave a review because of what an impact she had. First time here and will definitely be back! Thank you for the light in my day!

Great place to study and my mocha tasted awesome. Only thing I wished for was maybe longer hours but maybe I just came at a bad time. Either way dope coffee shop 👍
(Free parking in the back, parking in the front costs about 1.50/2 hours or so)

Good coffee, cool vibe, friendly service.

Was in town for work and found this place close to my hotel.

Breakfast burritos were out, but I had their panini on recommendation from the barrista. It was delicious – light and crispy on the outside, with a full burst of flavor woth the chicken and sheese on the inside.

Also tried their chocolate croissant. It was light and flaky with TWO sticks of chocolate inside. Very delicious.

Had a regular coffee. I think this is the true measure of any coffee house. Drinks can be covered up with sugar and flavorings, but you should always have a good morning coffee. The coffee here is good. I really like it. Light, but flavorful and balanced. Not too rich or overpowering. Perfect cup to start your day.

Highly recommend this place. Will be back.

Really like this place, mellow and comfortable in here in a cool older building. Definitely prefer over the hyper modern bright white coffee spots popping up all over the place. Couch is comfy also. Coffee is great and not overly sweet.

This place is my “go to” when I’m downtown! And it happens often. Love the building, the interior, and just the feeling when inside. Very tall ceilings and fantastic light. The bar at the south/west facing window is glorious when the sun beams in on you! You should find your own stool and try it. The floor is original and way cool…and that ceiling. So I had the Cortado (in a glass…and it was HOT) heck yes! I grabbed their last two potato and egg tacos (rolled and boxed). Took in the sun, and the view outside… while I dined inside, and enjoyed every, single, minute of it! You should go too. Oh, they have 4 specific parking spots dedicated for you, on the side lot over by the stairs. Maybe I’ll see ya there.

Not bad. Ok coffee to grab and go or enjoy over some chit chat. A couple of bites available and they have monthly coffee specials. I got the rose cream latte (hot) it was good.

Some of the best coffee in the city. Baristas are always exceptionally nice, tons of options for people who are lactose intolerant and never too crowded. My top coffee place!

Not the best coffee that Fort Worth has to offer, and specific staff are quite vocal about their distaste for brewing decaf coffee – which a relative of my drinks for health reasons. Super cute on the inside though, but probably wouldn’t visit again.
