My experience today was extremely awful. The Barista did not greet me. When I pulled up she stared at me. As I proceed to tell her my mobile order she started to hand me 2 drinks. I explained to her that I was given the wrong order. She said nope it’s yours we are out of Trienta so we had to give you 2 16 oz that add up to the size you ordered. I ask why she didn’t explain to me before she hand to me. She rolled her eyes and walked away. Another lady came to window with my Daughter order. The cups were not full . When I told her if you changed the order at least make sure the cups is full. She stood there with blank stare. I drove off. I have visited numerous Starbucks never experience such rudeness , distasteful drinks, along with disappointment. The dragon fruit and kiwi taste old. The refresher drinks tasted blend. Not happy with order or service. Will not visit Broadway Little Rock store. 😡

The people weren’t overly friendly like I’m used to at Starbucks, but they weren’t rude either. The restroom was clean, but the mobile order counter was littered with crumbs. We waited ~10 minutes for my drink after my husband and daughter got theirs. I watched others get made while mine sat waiting with the sweetener pumped in and forgotten by the person who had started it. Watching, there wasn’t anything waiting to be brewed. They just forgot. A lady came in from the drive-through with two incorrect drinks while I was waiting on my drink also. They didn’t seem to be any busier than any other time. Toward the end, the man who took our order was trying to light a fire under the young lady who never could seem to find a smile for anyone (the others seemed fairly pleasant), and he came down and wiped the counter off.

Excellent pick-me-up after a long day of traveling the day before. Great drinks, cheese danish (so good) and cake pops.

This spot always has tasty, made to order food. A great atmosphere for family or work. Try the cinnamon roll late, it’s amazing!

To the black gentleman who made my burger on 11/7/22 around noon: you are a culinary angel 😇…it was delicious. I’ve had a burger before but this time was different. Whatever you did, please keep doing it.

Updated review: Mugs is super close to my job so I go here often. Today I tried the Turkey sliders. OMG they were good. The shaved turkey with a few crispy ends along with the bacon was delicious. I asked for my cranberry sauce on the side so that I could control the amount on my sandwich. The sweetness of the sauce and saltiness of the bacon was so good. Try Them!!

I tried Mugs for the first time and everything was good. My sister order the fried bologna sandwich and cinnamon muffin. Bomb!
I ordered the breakfast bagel with avocado and bacon. They messed up and forgot the bacon of all things 😒 but I had them throw a few pieces on and all was well. The French toast was delicious. The stems on the strawberries were pretty janky and should have been cut off. They looked worse in person. Overall I was impressed and it’s a cool quiet spot to go work or study in.

We went back a few days later and tried their hazelnut chocolate cake with caramel drizzle. Amazing!

Great little coffee place! Have to try the Cuban. I’ve never had it until I tried it here and man was it fantastic! Definitely get it hot though! Cool atmosphere and a great location!

To start, I usually love going to Mugs when I come home to visit my family in Arkansas. It’s one of my favorite place to do my job and work.

After todays experience with the male employee with long brown hair, I will definitely never be returning.

When I first walked up to the counter, I felt an immediate hostility from this employee. He was short and rude. I asked his opinion on one of the fall specials and he just laughed at me & treated me like I was stupid for even asking his opinion. I then proceeded to order a Bacon, Egg, & Gouda bagel, but I asked if there was anyway to have the bagel without the bacon and egg due to some of my dietary restrictions. I even offered to order something else if it was too complicated. He acted as if this was the dumbest order he has ever received in his life. As if the concept of cheese and bread could be so weird to even concept? I even tipped the man 20% because I knew I was asking for a special order.

After checking out, I asked him where I could find the poster for the wifi and his response was “I don’t know it’s somewhere over there”. The password is literally one word. I would have taken him 2 seconds to have ANY form of customer service of directing me to the sign or just simply telling me the password.

When I received my bagel, attached to it was a chef’s note that read “Bagel w/ Gouda (I know lol)”. I approached the man before leaving and told him that next time he wanted to be rude to his customers, he should at least try to make it a little less obvious.

Needless to say, the man had very little social skills & chose to be dismissive & rude out because of absolutely nothing. So, definitely will not be returning there ever again.

The young girl employee was an absolute gem & very sweet, though!

I absolutely love the vibes in there. What a great team. The best Mayan Mocha! Montana is absolutely amazing. I sent my husband there to get us some Mayan Mochas and when he got home I noticed there wasn’t any chocolate in them. I called and spoke with Montana and she’s so friendly and professional. She refunded our order due to the mistake. If I would have gone up there I would have noticed there wasn’t any chocolate and I would have let then know nicely because I prefer to have my chocolate over a refund lol. I love this place and I will be back this week. Thank you guys for everything, it means so much. Also did I mention they have the best breakfast tacos. The best I’ve ever had!

Really quaint coffee house. It has interesting coffee options including multiple nitro cold brew flavors. They give you the French Press to take to the table with you when you order it, as I did. They also sell a decent amount of unique coffee related merchandise among other things. Overall, if you are looking for a unique and relaxing environment to enjoy your favorite coffee drink this would be a great option in downtown Little Rock.

Thanks to a recommendation from some of the friendliest and knowledgeable baristas (Amy & Ethan) I was able to guide my pallet toward the Honey Lavender latte. Excellent flavor! I even sampled the nitro cold brew and it was really great!

I like their coffee. When I’m in the neighborhood I stop in. I like that they have creative flavors. I had the lav white mocha today. Not what I was expecting. Didn’t hate it but def wouldn’t order it again. You can’t go wrong stopping in and getting a coffee if you are in the neighborhood. Be aware like everywhere in downtown little Rock parking sucks

Absolutely, love, love, LOVE this place. Went early Saturday morning with a good book as a companion. The atmosphere is so nice and cozy it make you want to put up your feet and never leave. Fantastic caffeine and mouthwatering delicacies! I could go on. PLUS! Amy, the owner, is sooo sweet. This is going to be my new spot on Saturdays 🥰🥰

Cute little coffee shop! My Mayan Mocha was delicious, and my mom really enjoyed her caramel vanilla latte as well. The veggie frittata was nice and light. Wasn’t a huge fan of the scones, though; they were too gluey. The cinnamon rolls looked amazing, though–gotta try them the next time I’m there. And get some of their locally roasted beans!

One of the best place to have breakfast and refreshing coffee.

Ambience – Really coolest ambience with freshly brewing coffee machines and freshly made breakfast was displayed at the cashier/ bill counter.

Coffee – The cappuccino was really refreshing and fresh.

Service – the service was excellent and professional .

One of the best place to get coffee in Little Rock. I would highly recommend this place for a good coffee and a quick breakfast. Staff is very friendly. Ambiance is very good. I felt the coffee was not very hot if we don’t specifically mention extra hot for hot coffee lovers. I like the oat meal breakfast, Avocado toste and Lavender latte.

Nice environment, but can’t say food was anything but average (to be generous)…coffee is ok, just like it was made at home. Bit surprised to wait over 40 minutes for 3 toasted sandwiches? With a handful of pecans, can make same quality sandwich on a George Foreman grill.

Mylo is a great place to have a coffee, a baked good, & read a book. I see a lot of people studying here as well! The prices are typical & it’s a cute little coffee shop to hang around in, plus it’s in a great area 🙂

Absolutely the best Iced breve I have ever had, it truly has an amazing unique flavor. My husband got the batch coffee, which is pretty basic but that alone was really tasty. I got the gluten free chocolate brownie, which was also amazing, little different in texture but definitely must try once brownie.

Good options, the person I believe to the be the owner was very friendly. Looks a little more refined inside since changing from Yogurt Mountain. Prices for the yogurt are a bit on the expensive side. I paid for 2 and it was 18$. I know you’re paying for rent, staff, ect but Still…

Its good as a rare treat but too much for a average visit.

This place has the most fantastic coffee/yogurt concoctions and great food too! I love the froyofrappes and tortilla soup, chicken pot pie and pizzas. Unfortunately they just discontinued the pot pie which my wife and I love. We, along with 70% of your customers love the pot pie, please bring it back!!

The staff are very friendly. They explain how the custom toppings and yogurt flavors are selected at the yogurt dispenser and massive topping bar. I had the plane salted caramel frozen Yogurt and was very tasty. Their prices are slightly higher than I would want to pay for a frozen yogurt. But overall a good experience.

Best frozen yogurt in town with lots of options for toppings. The owners often staff the restaurant and take pride in their business. It’s nice to support a local business that has great food and great service.
