Breakfast was really good! Crispy bacon, tasty biscuits, awesome sourdough French toast. Reasonably priced. Waitress was attentive and friendly. Clean restaurant. Family friendly atmosphere. Wonderful dining experience.

The food and service were good. The menu feels very pared-down and there were several items that we were specifically looking for that were not on the menu. Thankfully, fried apples and okra were both still on the menu. The new peach sweet tea made me wonder how I could re-create that at home!

We stopped in about 2 PM on Sunday of July 4th weekend. They were extremely busy. We have never seen a Cracker Barrel so staffed up. They had multiple seaters. They had at least 21 servers, 3 greeters, 3 cashier’s, multiple bussers and 3 managers. The service was quick and efficient. Everyone was doing every job. Managers were clearing tables. Servers were clearing and sweeping, etc. It was definitely a well oiled machine of service.

The breakfast food was not quite up to standard. The Biscuits were light and fluffy. The gravy must have been microwaved, as the little blue bowl was so hot you could barely touch it, but the gravy was only slightly warm.

The over easy eggs were cooked properly, but tiny and cut in rectangles. The sugar ham was cooked to death, hard and dry. The bacon on one plate was crispy. The bacon on another plate was completely limp and nasty, although ordered crispy. Thankfully, it was replaced. The scrambled eggs with cheese were a flat, dry, tough pancake with a slice of cheese simi-melted on top. The hashbrown casserole was very good.

So, loss of 2 stars for inconsistent food. Plus of 2 stars for Service above and beyond the expected and demonstration of teamwork under pressure. With management this involved, I am sure that the food consistently will come back as they aren’t so slammed.

Very friendly staff, from the time we entered, to our server, and when we checked out. The food was very good, my wife especially loved the warm syrup for the hotcakes. The grits and biscuits and gravy were great.

Always solid. I stopped here on my national tour for my hiking YouTube channel, “Beyond the Pavement” that was very friendly and food excellent.

This rating is for the fresh, pop music vibe of the new restaurant design. Clean lines, bright colors, and modern signage all contribute to an upbeat atmosphere. You are greeted in the bright and clean lobby with large digital kiosks that allow you to order by using a touchscreen with large, inviting images of the food. If dining in your order is delivered to the table, which is unexpected. Even the drive through has had a redesign to enhance the efficiency. All franchises need to replicate this one.

Very clean, super fast service, employees are super friendly and attentive. I was to see a play ground for my daughter. Since we are traveling, it was a great break for her. Love how they have decorated this McDonal’s.

No one at register. Customers in front of me in line had been waiting & had to yell to the back for service. The girl that came up did not know how to run the register. After waiting, our fries were cold & brown (old).

Took my two kids to eat today. Ordered two chicken nugget happy meals and a chicken sandwich combo. Went to the play area thinking they would bring me my food like normal. They weren’t busy at all. Waited awhile and finally went to the counter. My food was just sitting there. Asked for ranch when I ordered which I didn’t get so I went back to the counter. She handed me one and I asked for another one. They are 4 and 5 and would have argued over one. She told me I would have to pay extra. Pay extra I asked? I ordered two chicken nugget meals. I should have gotten two anyway. Ended up getting the ranch. Went to sit down and eat and food was cold. Just not a good experience at all.

I came in on a Greyhound bus. I used the kiosk to order. My food was hot, fresh and correct. I waited a few mins for my food, but no more than I’d expect. This crew did a great job. My fries were hot and fresh. If I came through this town again, I would most definitely come back.

Firsly, the waitress was really nice, and the scrambled eggs and french toast were amazing. Now, the reason for 2 stars. The bacon, sausage, and turkey bacon were dry, shriveled, and/or burnt. (Pictures included.) I sent the bacon and sausage back for turkey bacon, because how can you mess up on turkey bacon. (Turkey bacon is also safer when undercooked. Just in case…) The turkey bacon was burnt and charred. I never send things back to the cook more than once, and I will ask for a refund or discount for the bad items instead. (Don’t need part of the cook in my food.) The best that the manager offered was 10. I declined as I had the intentions of leaving a bad review if all they could do was 10%, because the meat was about 30% of the meal. (I also didn’t eat them.) This restaurant has room for improvement, and beware of the 24-hour hours of service. As I was finishing, they were turning down customers to close.

Our waitress was the best. My grandson had a birthday coming up so I took him on a pre birthday dinner. I asked waitress if they had cake and candles. No candles but has strawberry cheesecake which was fine. The waitress started to sing the birthday song so I joined and guess what? So did the whole restaurant. The way my grandsons eyes lit up made my whole day plus some. The waitress went above and beyond. Not to mention my grandson was flirting with her……. He is 10.. lol I will be going a lil more offen… Thank you to the waitress.

To start, I’d give it 0 stars if I could. One day, I show up and see that the 24 hour location is closed. Perfect. I guess I’ll eat a roller fog from the attached gas station.
The next day, I order my usual lumberjack. Eggs over easy, wheat toast. The meat was ok. Not great, but edible. The egg whites were still clear jelly on my plate. So I ate around them. The wheat toast was a new 7 grain whole wheat toast that my waitress failed to mention was different than regular wheat bread. So I moved on to the pancakes. I cut into them and the insides were still liquid pancake batter. As far as the toast goes, I’d had regular wheat toast here just 4 days earlier. I’m not eating raw eggs and raw pancakes.
The waitress was very inattentive. My glass sat empty for several minutes until my food arrived.
Go somewhere else. Anywhere else. I’ve eaten here 3 times in the last 2 weeks and this was the final time. They got progressively worse. The first time, I had a coworker join me. He didn’t like his meal the first time.. so I ate alone the second time.. it was bad the second time but I figured it was a fluke. . I was very wrong.
I guess it’s 5 hour old roller dogs from the gas station for me in the future. A much better option than eating in this Denny’s restaurant.

Great place. The Bennys southwestern breakfast is really good. Friendly fast service. Deliscious all around. Thats Denny’s..

We came in on a Saturday morning so they were definitely busy, but we were seated right away. The food was hot and delicious. Our waitress, Pam, did an excellent job catering to our requests and making sure we had everything we needed. Excellent food and customer service was provided!

So I order the $6 boneless wings and this is how I get them??? Wow… I tried to eat it because I couldn’t go back since I was on my lunch break!!! I am very disappointed! It made me sick after I tried to eat it!

Time before last I tried to go, I was told the lobby was closed because they were short-handed. The drive-thru line was extremely long & slow. I (& others) went somewhere else. Last week I gave them another chance. My beef n cheddar didn’t have enough sauce on it to taste. Usually, it’s so much it’s messy. My fries weren’t hot & fresh either. I love Arby’s, but this one is very sub -par for awhile now. I don’t plan to return to this one for a long while. As much as it costs now, definitely not worth the disappointment.

I stopped here for food while driving from St. Louis to Atlanta. The drive-thru service was unreasonably slow, although my order was correct. Interstate travelers wanting something familiar and quick might try their luck at other restaurants on this exit.

Side note for management: I ordered two sandwiches and asked for Arby’s sauce. Your team gave me 11 sauce packets. I used one. Good for me–it’s nice to have a little cache–but it came at your expense.

The fries were nice and hot. We went jn and got takeout. Friendly service, but she didn’t notice I was still standing at the counter needing something even though I was the only one standing there until she waited on two other people.

Food tasted fine, but the sandwich (a mcrib), looked like they threw it across the room before handing me the bag. There was more sauce on the outside of the container than inside!

Last visit was a 25 dollar disaster ordered 2 of the BLT meals basically got the sauce on a double cheese burger!. No bacon,no lettuce, and no tomato.Totally not what was advertised. And after a 20 minute drive home and a call back to the store we was told oh we didn’t have tomatoes and they must forgot to add the bacon and lettuce…You got 2 orders identical and you basically scheduled us out of 25 bucks..Not the first bad experience here ..And I watch Mt Vernon chat on FB and many others talk of simular experiences!..Step up Corp and do what you use to to places not making the name fine them or make them remove the McDonalds name and close them!…Years ago when I was a teen this service would been termination of employees or a business!…

Edit: I received a cinnamon roll on the 21st of January dated for the 20th of January at 6 am. It was hard as a rock. Definitely look at the stickers and go back if after the date.
Easy in and out. Drive thru and take out is only open right now. The line does go by fast normally. Drive thru open at 5 am until 12 am Monday thru Saturday, Sundays 6 am to 12 am. Lobby open 6 am to 8 pm. Masks must be worn while inside.

It’s McDonald’s the food is consistent we had a large order so the service is a little longer in the evening. Did the drive through the order was filled as given.

I personally didn’t have any problems. But there was a lady there that went through the drive-thru that waited over 10 minutes for her food she came in to find out why she didn’t get her food yet. And the lady that waited on her was very rude and disrespectful to her. When the lady gave her her food she didn’t apologize for nothing she just handed her her food and walked off and didn’t apologize for the long wait.
