We went early on a Sunday morning and they were busy with the drive thru but inside was pretty quiet. Service was fast and the employees were friendly. The drinks and breakfast items we ordered were what we were expecting. Would recommend this location.

Hands down the worst starbucks in the United States, and I was holding out hope that it would get better after this summer’s renovations. They’re always slow even when they aren’t busy. They have allowed me to order items they don’t have in stock multiple times, and then instead of refunding me or otherwise compensating me, they just apologize emptily and go back to doing what they were doing.

TWO WEEK UPDATE: Went back today, November 15th after a two week hiatus. Service took 20 minutes and I wasn’t informed that they only had tall size hot drinks available until I was trapped and had been waiting 10 minutes in the drive thru line already due to the layout of their drive thru lane. I don’t understand how this location stays in business

This is clearly a failure of management. It doesn’t matter what day of the week it is or who’s working, the service is always the same level of complete garbage. I honestly don’t understand why starbucks continues to allow this store to operate under their name.

I’ve included a photo of coffees that were left on the counter by customers who couldn’t afford to wait an hour for a coffee. This is the standard of service you can expect here.

I am a habitual Starbucks customer. The baristas are fast, friendly and all know my name. When I have the occasional problem they always are quick to go above and beyond to make sure it’s fixed and I am happy. They have raised prices a bit since I have cut back on my trips but it doesn’t change the fact this place is amazing.

Second time in a week that my order has been wrong. I order a shaken espresso and the last two times I’ve been given iced coffee. Those are not the same, I also pay extra for almond milk and instead got regular milk this last time. And when someone ask for light ice, you give them light ice.

😢 I went with my 2 kids, we went inside to not have to wait in the car in the big line. Our order never came out so I asked the cashier to cancel my order after ONE hour of waiting and she said it’s because they have to get the orders in the cars first. I don’t understand their system.

Had never been here before. Didn’t know the program, but seemed a little off today. There was a sign at the door saying to wait to be seated, yet I waited for probably 5min or more while several employees buzzed by, and no one offered help or even said they would be back to seat me. Someone clearing tables (not wait staff) finally asked if I had been helped, and I said no, so he told me to just find a spot and someone would be with me. Didn’t seem like it was part of his job, so kudos to him for noticing I wasn’t getting helped. My waitress didn’t show for a while. Once she did, it took quite a while for her return. She came by for other tables, but passed me up. I didn’t even get my drink until my meal was half way eaten, whereas I’m used to having a drink while looking at the menu. I ordered the bright side burger and chili. Both were pretty decent. Not out of this world, but worthy enough to try again some time. Fries were decent too. From my experience, food seemed good enough to try again sometime. Service certainly seemed lacking today, but I saw other servers buzzing around attentively, so I think it is possible that my issues happens to be with the particular server that I had. Therefore, since the food was decent, and it looked like other people were getting good service, I’m not going to dismiss the place from a lack of service experience this time, as I assume it was likely something that may not repeat if I try again. So I’ll give a good 4 stars at this point, and try again sometime to hope they hold the 4 star rating I gave them the benefit of the doubt on.

You can’t go wrong with anything on their menu; their Sunday brunch buffet usually rotates different themes and is always a hit. Personally, I’m a big fan of their keto burritos.

This place is very inspirational with the writings on the wall. It’s a nice relaxed atmosphere. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I also like the fact that they help pay for meals for 10 people a day. Feed it Forward program. Our meal was fresh hot and totally awesome. Thank you for the great service you’re providing for your community

The service was great! Loved the Mexican style breakfast options! For 2 adults and 3 kids our meal was less than $32.

However, if you like places that help others please consider their “Feed it Forward” program. We need more businesses like this!

I have been in this Starbucks multiple times and they always do a great job even if the wait time is a little long. The service I had today from Anibal was exceptional though. He was incredibly busy and still so friendly to every single person that walked in the door. One of the best customer service experiences I have had in a long time.

As someone who doesn’t like coffee I really like the non-coffee drinks. At least that is when I actually get what I ordered. The last two times I’ve tried to order an apple crisp oatmilk crème frappuccino I get a regular frappuccino which I then have to give away or throw away so that’s $6+ wasted. This has also happened with the double chocolate chip crème frappuccino. If I order a crème frappuccino I expect to get what I ordered not the version with coffee. It’s been different work crews each time so it’s not just one group of workers making this mistake. It’s correct when ordered and correct on the sticker but the actual drink is wrong. The correct drink would be an off white not tan. PLEASE just give me what I asked for.

It was insane. We went into the building at 9:45 where we stood in line for 10 minutes when one of the guys working took our order. He was the only highlight of this trip to Starbucks. He was kind, professional, and overall good at his job. I wish I would’ve got his name honestly. Another positive was how clean everything was. But after waiting until 10:20, and people who came in after me had gotten their drinks, I finally went to ask how my order was going. I was IGNORED at the counter. Nobody would look at me or talk to me. I had been more than patient the entire time and sometimes you just need a gentle reminder. If I wouldn’t have said something, I’d probably still be standing there. I finally got our drinks, and they messed one of them up. I was honestly just fed up with this visit. I try to remember that a lot of customers have bad attitudes and the staff is doing the best they can. But with at least 5 people working, this shouldn’t have happened. I don’t see myself going back again…

It’s hit or miss here. Sometimes my order is correct and other times, it’s not. The inside is disgusting, very dirty. Last time I picked up an order the counter was covered in liquid, dripping over.

Last time I got a drink for my grandma. She loves caramel and was so excited for her “treat”. She had a sip and spit it out, I guess she’s not a fan of mocha. Waste of money.

I visit this location when I am in town but now only order very basic drinks, like iced coffee black, or iced green tea.

This is a notorious issue with Sbux and while I am singling this one out, hey constantly short the drink. This one is juts PATHETIC! A solid 2 inches short!

I have been a consumer since the opening in Seattle & their Corp “bottom line” mindset needs to change. We are spending a lot of money for a single drink. This is unacceptable!

The 20 oz Cold Bru was $5.71. The staff was professional and we spent very little time in line. Unfortunately, the cold brew was incredibly disappointing. It doesn’t have the full body flavor of a cold brew. It tastes similar to standard iced coffee from a gas station. We were very excited to try this place because it has such a beautiful building. However, we won’t be going back.

Such a cute cafe! They have many food options and good coffee. Great spot for convos with friends or working (outlets at the table and WiFi !)

A very legit coffeehouse. Beautiful vibe inside, the large fireplace is so comforting. They have everything from cappuccinos to pour overs and a wonderful array of pastries and breakfast dishes.

I go to Sioux City once a month for work. I was there this past Tuesday and I needed some good coffee to get me started. Stone Bru did not disappoint! I had the cinnamon Honey and it was probably the best coffee drink I have ever had! The coffee flavor was deep and just strong enough and the sweetness was enough to cut any bitterness but not overpowering. I can’t wait to go back next month.

My mother in law likes their chicken salad. (Sunnybrook)
This spring they would no longer take our sandwich order through the drive through. (I get it, it’s a coffee shop.) So we would call to get our order and pick it up. Today I called, they would not take my order over the phone. Was told no longer take orders over the phone. We have an APP for that.
I have a solution for that. “Cup of Joy” which is also on my way to my MIL. They also have great chicken salad and will take my order through the drive through.
Thanks Cup of Joy for wanting our business. Dakota Dunes.

(Update: my 92 year old MIL loved her lunch.) 🙂

The donuts here are great. Coffee bar looked wonderful. I just do brewed. That was very good. Pretty good seating inside. Very busy with take out. Many dozens of donuts out the door. I can see how they have been in business for over 24 years.

My honest review; I recently moved to Sioux City, and I can honestly say we have the best donuts in town. The donuts are amazing. Guys, if you’re not from here and just passing by, you need to stop here and try this amazing donuts. I keep saying”amazing”, seriously you need to try this donuts. I don’t know about the coffee, I haven’t try it. The customer service is good as well.

Jitters was horrible. Wanted to get something other than donuts and coffee and waited in line only to find out the breakfast wraps are only egg based and they didn’t have a cook to make anything. But there were 4 people working!!! So if you’re looking for donuts and coffee it’s probably great.
By Larry Legg (3 months ago)
Never going back. We didn’t know we were going to jitters so we got coffee at Starbucks. We walked in with our coffee cups not thinking anything of it since we were getting our donuts to GO. The cashier said that next time we shouldn’t come in with coffee from another place and gave us a smirk. We were in there maybe 5 minutes.
I guess no business is better than some business.
