Had a good time. The menu was a little limited but the options they did have were very good. I had the lobster bisque and both hot and iced tea. My friend got the hot chocolate and one of the cakes. The tea varies are great. The service was very friendly. It is your classic chill and work spot!

This restaurant is our biggest go to in Troy downtown. Need a place to get away during the farmer’s market or a place to people watch while you eat? This is that place. Need a hot cup of soup on a cold winter evening? Come here. Want speciality French press brewed coffee for a very low price? You’ll definitely find that here.

Not only is the food absolutely delicious and made with the same quality every time, their coffees and teas are absolutely perfect. Highly recommend any of the salads, sandwiches, or crepes. If you’re looking for a more fancy experience you can get the tower pairing with multiple options for each tier (worth it!).

Overall the service provided is fast and the food sometimes comes out even before you get your drinks! The only thing I would say would help improve the experience is if every table that was served was provided with water and refills by default – feels sometimes like you have to explicitly ask for water or more water.

The interior is comfy and if you’re lucky to sit in room with the natural light you’ll even get some people watching in! There is a back dining area which feels and looks a bit disconnected from the rest of the establishment, which I wish they would remodel to make it feel homier. Bathrooms feel a bit dated and I wish they’d re-do the signs to make it acceptable for any person to use any of the two bathrooms available.

Aside from having a variety of great teas, the food here is delicious. You can even get a three-course meal for one low price. The interior of the restaurant is quite nice. We’ve also had good experiences with the servers. If you’re visiting Troy, this is a good place to check out. If you live in Troy, hopefully you’ve already checked it out!

A great cafe. No complains about any of the food I got. The Quiche, Soup, and crepe were all divine. The crepe especially was fantastic, I got the bananna foster, which is bannanas caramelized in butter with brown sugar and rum, and filled with their scone cream sauce. It was delicious.

    Highly reccomend.

When our son told us we were going to a Tea place I did not have an idea how good the place was. The tea is fantastic but since I am more of a “coffee kind of guy” I ordered a specialty coffee with chocolate, hazelnut and cinnamon and I have to tell you is one of the best coffees I have ever had in my life! I also ordered the crepes with ham which are to are to die for, along with the tomato soup I just couldn’t get enough. This place is “much more” than a tea place (yes they have lots of teas) It is an experience. Stop by and experience one of the best restaurants in all of Troy.

I got eggs with sausage and home fries. And for dessert a cinnamon roll. I think that was a lot of food because I left a half of everything, so maybe you can share plates

There’s nothing like a good diner, and this is one of the best! Good food, friendly service and that hole-in-the-wall experience that is unique. Had a pulled pork sandwich that was excellent, stole some of my friends eggs Benedict which was perfect. Recommend this place very highly, it is essential Troy!

A true breakfast and lunch place diner style. Food is fresh and a very good menu. Only down side is no gluten free options available. Never had a bad meal and it’s busy but worth the wait. Staff is very good. A Troy gem.

Really great food with huge portions at a super cheap price! Lots of unique options across the whole menu! Some of the best milkshakes I’ve ever had with so many options to choose from, create your own type, or swap/combine different shakes. A great place for college students to hangout and get some good food!

The employees have such a friendly smile and although I was a bit confused on how this dairy free matcha would come out, it was perfectly creamy and sweet!

Officially my new study spot. Great staff. They’re always finding time to keep the place clean and orderly. Though busy, you’re always guaranteed a place to sit and get work done. The drinks are great too. Definitely recommend!

good when it’s good, but they regularly close the cafe during business hours and either have drive thru only or fully closed. i don’t have a car so when i walk here for an iced coffee, this is really disappointing. they also don’t accept mobil orders.

The cafe is closed and this is not indicated on their google account. Didn’t find out it was drive thru only until I arrived. No bueno. I needed a place to sit and write. Bad customer experience.

Look at these new holiday drinks. This is ridiculous. Went back in and said the cup was 3/4 full. They put it in a smaller cup to make up for it being 3/4 full. What the heck?!?!?! Never going here again! Who does that? Dunkin of course. I stopped going to Dunkin for some time because of these types of things and now I’m going to put them on the naughty list of boycotting like a few other shady practicing businesses.

I always go here for my bagels and hash browns and rarely do I have an issue. One time my coffee was gross and I asked to put 2 sugars 2 creams they put on the receipt it said 20 sugars and 10 creams I wanted to throw up that’s was my first bad experience today marks my second when I got to work on lunch I bit into my bagel and the cheese wrapper was still on the cheese GROSS I tried to call just so that they can pay a bit more attention to things like that but no one answers the phone

Every time I open at my job, I come here for coffee/food first! Usually there’s only 3 workers when I get there to order. Still they’re always moving and getting things out. Today they looked decently staffed, and were even faster then they usually are! My Latte was PERFECT. Staff is always so nice! Not a fan of the muffins lately but that more of a personal preference on how I like muffins. LOVE the sausage egg and cheese I had today on an English muffin though. 5-star from me all the way 🙂

Backed up on multiple orders. Very disorganized with getting people their orders in a timely manner. Lots of us had to ask workers about orders we were waiting on. I asked about my coffee and no one knew what I’d ordered. I’d showed the girl my phone with my order and she’d given me an iced coffee when id ordered a hot. After the first girl took my order, someone else finally noticed me and asked what I was waiting for. I told her I was waiting for a coffee and someone else was taking care of my order. She proceeded to ask me what kind of coffee I’d ordered as if I didn’t just tell her that someone has it.

If I could give zero stars I would. The wait time is ridiculous, the workers are rude and the quality is sub par. Avoid if you can. I understand it’s in a convenient location but it’s truly awful. As an assistant manager at a different Dunkin I just can’t understand how a company can let this store crash so hard. after 5 whole minutes of sitting there waiting for my order to be takin I simply said hello? And the lady yelled at me to give her a minute. I just drove away. Its a consistent thing too unfortunately.

We love this place! The food is delicious, the bubble tea is fantastic, and the selection of board games is top-notch. The staff are all so friendly and they do a great job fostering a welcoming & inclusive space. The special events are so much fun and the ‘pixel to plate dinners’ are well executed. There’s nothing negative to say, this is a great business doing great things for the community!

A lovely little resturant/cafe with a fantastic atmosphere. Walking in I was hit with chill music, a comfy atmosphere, and I had a good chuckle at all the little stickers and trinkets they had lying around. The boardgame selection is also fantastic.

But my forte is the food. I ordered the “fancy mac” and an Oolong bubble tea. Both of which were very good! The bubble tea was fairly standard, and the fancy mac was extremely interesting. The choice of cheese curds, truffle oil, and cheezits was a bold one. I feel like it paid off at first, those first few bites were great, the cheese pulled from the plate for what seemed like meters, but I struggled to finish the meal by the end with the overwhelming flavors. Maybe hold back on either the truffle oil or the curds, together, they’re fighting for room on my tounge.

Regardless, this place is fantastic. A great cafe.

Excellent spot! Very unique place with a plethora of board games to play.

Came here during lunch. Highly recommend getting one of their sandwiches. Their ciabatta bread is homemade. In addition, their cocktails rock! I love that they put boba beads in some of them! Try the pisco pineapple punch! 🙂

But I don’t recommend getting their salads. There was no flavor and just felt like a boring salad that I can make at home.
