When there is a line you know it’s good. After a fun and busy weekend in Tucson we were on the hunt for some delicious coffee and food, and found this gem. We first saw the long line and debated if it was worth it, and it was!!! The line moved fast and they had live mariachi playing to keep us entertained. Once at the door the items they had were sweet and to the point. All good choices and the hardest part was to narrow it down. After a healthy debate we made our choices (sample it all). We highly recommend this place and we can’t wait to go back.

Saw this place on instagram and decided to check it out. I got the horchesso latte and it was absolutely delicious. Probably the best latte I’ve had in Tucson. The line is long and it doesn’t really move that fast. I think we were in line for 30+ minutes. But the drink and food comes out quick. They give a beeper for the order. I wanted to try a burrito but maybe next time. There’s a reason why there’s a line. Small parking lot, will need to find street parking! Can’t wait to come back when I’m in town next.

Traveling and was passing by, I wish there was one in my hometown! I had a chorizo egg and cheese burrito and it comes with two. I also ordered a barrio cold brew with lechera and hands down best coffee ever!

Wow! This place is phenomenal all around!

The breakfast burritos are grilled, with a nice crunch to the tortilla, and seasoned perfectly!

Their staff is friendly and playfully took my order all while explaining their menu and making sure it was exactly what we wanted. They also offered different milk options for the coffee and different sugar levels which is a lovely added layer of attention to the details that most don’t offer.

Cute outdoor seating and artistic vibes.

I can’t wait to come back!

The horchesso latte is delicious, and so are the burritos! I added roasted hatch green chili and sour cream to mine. Their salsa has some heat to it, really nice! I also got a Nutella concha, the flavor was great but it was pretty dry. It was my first time trying a concha though, I think they are supposed to be on the drier side to dip in coffee etc.
There’s also a nice little outdoor patio to sit and eat at, highly recommend!

My favorite Dutch Bros to go to! I am from Vail and have been back to visit every year and always make sure to grab a coffee everyday while I’m here from this location. The staff is always super fun and easy to talk to. They do a great job with training their employees to talk to guests. I always feel great getting my coffee here. The drinks are always pretty consistent too, whereas Starbucks is a hit or miss.

One day, I cheated on Starbucks… and I’ve not looked back since. I always pray the calories in my Dutch Bros deliciously naughty coffee will go to wanted areas, but it goes straight to my bum. And I’m ok with it. It’s worth it. Get you a picture perfect blended magical white chocolate mocha. It feels like a sin, and tastes like a Saint. You’re welcome. 😁☕

Walked up to the window today. The guy never called my name to pick up our drinks. It took 15 minutes. Finally a lady walked up and he almost gave our drinks to her. I said they were mine. He said “Sorry”. My daughter’s hot chocolate was cold and my peppermint mocha was cold, too. Very disappointed. 🙁

This location is probably the worst I’ve been to. I don’t know if it’s the lack of staff at 6:30 or the fact that it’s vail and all the people who come here don’t know how Dutch works. With 4 cars it takes 5 minutes to order and no one understands pick the shortest lane.
They also never ask me if I want my preferred tip, which I do but still all other locations ask. I also don’t really like when they are having 1-1 meetings at 6:45 in the morning sitting on the tables when there is a line.
This is the closest drive through coffee shop in vail, it really should be more efficient.

Overpriced and slow. A cup of plain old coffee was more than $4. It took more than 15 minutes and didn’t even taste great. Gas station quality at best.

This is our 2nd trip to this place. Very quaint, local place to sit and eat, chat, get some work done on your laptop. Plenty of choices food and drink wise and so far everything we have tried we are very happy with. A little ways out of town, but so worth the short drive. Great for group friend meet ups, amazing lunch date spot, or even excellent relaxed dinner date location. Hope you enjoy.

Urbano Coffee is a gem in Sierra Vista! My husband and I are on business here and leaving in a week… why didn’t I find this place sooner?!?

Stopped in for breakfast and some coffee. Heads up, I think I heard the kitchen doesn’t open until 10 but there are pre made, diet friendly breakfast bowls that are quick and delicious!

Very cool ambiance here and the staff was super friendly. We will definitely return asap.

Urbano is a unique coffee company because the products, staff, and ambiance are all of the highest quality. The coffee and tea are always fresh and delicious with an abundance of tasty flavor choices that tantalize any discerning tastebuds. Coffee flavors are as complex or simple as you need and the knowledgeable staff is ready to accommodate your needs! Oh, and that coffee cake!!! Speaking of the staff, they are all such gems from this community. They are so very kind, ready to help, and will become a second family to you as a regular. The business itself is a place of comfort and people. They have couches, games, instruments, and puzzles to keep conversations and connections going strong. Come try Urbano Coffee Company where good people seem to gather to enjoy the finer things in life.

    Update 4/17/22:
    Good food.
    Reasonable prices.
    Friendly Service.
    Not overly crowded.

My husband & I dined in with my Aunt & Uncle yesterday. An employee came to our table & asked if we were waiting for food. I explained we hadn’t order yet & this was our first time dining in. She politely explained the process. Saying we could order at the counter which a sign does point to & that drinks would be called by name but food would be brought to the table. She warned us that the team gets busy & it could be a short wait to order. We ordered & she brought our drinks to us. My Uncle had a black coffee which he seemed to enjoy. My husband & I shared a Cremosa (might have that wrong) it’s an Italian soda with cream. We chose passion fruit at their recommendation & it was creamy and not overly sweet but well flavored.
The Ruben was a little spicier than expected but well flavored.
The turkey pesto was delicious as was the Spinach Walnut Salad which had strawberries and creamy Goat cheese.
We shared a basket of truffle fries and that was hot and savory. We tried the bourbon bananas foster and a chocolate pie slice and they were both sweet and tasty. I got another Blended matcha mango drink to go and it was just as good as last time. We will be back.

    Original 4 Star Review:
I had only ordered online prior to this visit The place is larger than I expected. There was one person ahead of me in line to order. When it was my turn they said they would be a minute, which I said was fine. I waited more than 5 minutes before they took my order, but they were polite and the gal that was working the register kept letting me know she would be right with me. I didn’t feel ignored but it did take longer than I’d like to order a drink. That said this is basically a full restaurant not just a coffee shop. They have breakfast, lunch and dinner on their menu including alcohol and desserts. The Door Dash menu is deceptively small in comparison to the menu in house. This is not a complaint just noting it in case anyone else only knows them from online orders.
I ordered a blended matcha drink and added mango after asking staff for a recommendation on what flavor I might add. The drink was delicious. I shared it with my husband and he loved it too. It was like a mango smoothie and it was creamy, cold and delicious. I would definitely get that drink again. We will have to stop in and try out the food another time.

Phenomenal experience this spot gives extraordinary service. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. With changes to customer service this place now sets the bar being among one of the highest levels of customer service I have experienced. You can tell the staff now truly cares about your experience. Its Always nice when a restaurant succeeds because of its staff and not in spite of it. My experience was a very pleasant one and will most definitely return again in the near future.

We loved coming here to get a quick coffee! This coffee shop has such a neat, rustic and authentic coffee house vibe. Very cool to see the roaster in the back of the shop too! Coffee was good and the customer service was even better. Gotta love the prices too! Paid $4.75 for a Mocha, if I’m remembering correctly. Seating is a little limited and all the seats were taken when we got there, so it looks like seating could be hit or miss and probably not the best place to study if you can’t even get a seat. But nonetheless a great coffee shop near downtown Tucson. We will be back for more!

I got an iced americano – strong/good flavor! Reasonable parking considering it’s so close to campus. Pleasing aesthetics with a large number of spots to work, which is a huge plus. High ceilings make everything feel open.

Hidden gem, literally, just happened upon it. Very cool place, rustic vibe, baristas are super nice and make a great coffee, it tasted like coffee!! I had an americano with almond milk. Will return to this spot.

Best coffee in town! Staff is nice. If they are busy you will have to wait a bit so not the best if you are in a hurry. ……But it is absolutely worth the wait.
Also…they make the flavored syrups they use in the coffee. Lavender Lattes are my favorite.

I really like Exo. I agree that it’s a PLEASANT industrial reclaimed wood and brick atmosphere (I promise, in a good way). I am not exactly young and I felt comfortable in this hip coffee shop and roaster with its nice mix of patrons and welcoming atmosphere.

Add to that the really high quality coffee, with some great local options like chiltepin and local honey latte and mole and chocolate. Bottom line is they do the basic things incredibly well and do the add-on things even better.

Loved the iced latte, the local honey iced latte, the cold brew (one of the best cold brews in the city, a city full of great coffee) especially, because it’s not too strong or off-putting with bitterness, you really do taste the coffee flavor.

Baristas are approachable and pleasant, like the bar area in the rear, and the tables are comfortable. The accessories area has all I need – simple syrup and half and half. And they use the true paper straws, I like that. The roaster is for real. Talk about fresh!

Still haven’t eaten here, which is a shame given how great the food looks, and how locally sourced everything is, let alone the options for vegans and gluten-free diets in terms of baked goods, plus the breakfast staples (eggs and meat).

Really enjoy coming to this place when I’m anywhere near downtown and it is becoming a reason to go downtown in the first place.

We love Roadrunner Cafe; they have great service, the food is good and the pastries are bomb. We go there three times a month and enjoy it every time. Yes the burrito is on the smaller side, but the turkey sausage breakfast sandwich is really good. Highly recommend!

It was my first time visiting Roadrunner coffee and received an excellent service and decent beverage. I like it because it’s very accessible and the environment feels very homey. The noise level was decent and there’s plenty of seats you can choose from to relax.

I got myself a Coffee Frappe and I’d say it’s worth it for the price because it’s such a huge serving that I had to finish it after two meal times.

I had a nearby appt and decided to give this place a try. Very disappointing. I don’t know what their full staff looks like but 3 were on shift. It looked disorganized after we ordered. I noticed people in the drive thru looking upset. After 20 mins of waiting for a bland, mediocre breakfast burrito, I understood why. (Concur with previous reviewer’s comment about chewy eggs.)The coffee I had was okay but nothing to rave about or recommend. Even my 6 year old was unsatisfied with their hot chocolate.
✭✭ By Cole Mo (a year ago)
I ordered a wildberry smoothie with whipped cream and a sausage burrito and they were both exceptionally tasty, though I wish I had some salsa packets since the potatoes made the burrito a little dry tasting, hot sauce packets were provided but then it was a little TOO spicy 🤣🤣 but it was piping hot and well made and salsa is just a personal preference. The smoothie was fresh, cold and different than the “run of the mill” smoothie.
The customer service was also phenomenal and I definitely look forward to coming back again!

Love this place!!!!! I used to go here when there was different management but the new management is just as good! The frappes are really REALLY sweet and I would call it coffee but that doesn’t mean it’s all bad. Their bullet proof coffee is excellent and I like their espresso shots too.
