Yup the coffee here is legit! I had a latte with no added cream, sugar and flavor. The creaminess of the coffee and smooth flavor was delicious. A good coffee in the morning is like the perfect pick me up and this was just that. I savored every last sip and will return when I am in town.

Fantastic spot for third wave coffee with a significant variety of single origin beans. I’ve tried both their macchiato and their V60 pour over, and both came out with great flavor.

I love a simple cortado, never to go though. MTCR has a fabulous variety of coffees and teas. The place was busy yet relaxing and quiet enough to sit and talk and enjoy a good cup of joe!

I only go here to get my coffee beans, though it’s a really cute and homey location. If I lived in the neighborhood it would be a really nice place to hang for an hour or two. The selection of beans here is off the charts and everything always seems super fresh. Staff is friendly too, and always helpful. Highly recommend the beans here.

This is a place you cannot compare to anything. It’s in a house right in nob hill and it fells cozy. There are many places to sit. But it’s in such a great part of town that you can grab your drink and walk around. The coffee is amazing. They know what they are doing with different roasting techniques that I’ve never tried before. Parking can be tricky but it’s worth it.

Nestled in the downtown of Albuquerque on a somewhat rough neighborhood is one of the better coffee shops you could go to. It appears the block is revitalizing as I think a brewery is going in next door. They do one thing and that’s coffee, it’s very good and they have several unique drinks but I have not seen on other menus. It’s not a large space inside but you can sit and drink your coffee and I believe there is a outdoor seating in the summer.

I just said an unforgettable, dark roast espresso here!

If you’re looking for that strong, dark bold hit – this is it!

If you’re in the downtown Albuquerque area and you want a unique espresso experience, then definitely come to Zendo.

    Spacious inside and out.

    Five big stars.

Cute little coffee shop with really delicious lattes. The menu has a lot of unique drinks. The cashier and the barista guy were very friendly and nice …the African American lady that was helping needs to pick up her game! Very rude and antsy, also when service pastries and working behind the counter you don’t stick your hands down your shirt to fix your cleavage!!!

This is the best and my favorite coffee ever.
I love to try the different lattes they have.
The Aztec Latte is one of kind and my favorite with hints of dark chocolate and cayenne pepper.
And I always end up taking 2 bags of espresso beans home coz its soooo good..!!

I really enjoy going to Zendo. This coffee house is like no other in Albuqurque. Zendo has a great selection of coffees, teas, espressos and lattes made with their locally roasted coffee. They also make some unique iced drinks. Among my favorites, the sparkling lavender ginger lemonade. So refreshing slightly peppery sweet, top this off with a hit of lavender and you have magic. It’s heavenly for my taste buds. They also carry a nice selection of fresh baked goods from Witching Flour a local bakery. Kudos for supporting other local businesses. Zendo has amazing amazing natural light from their huge skylights, which creates a calming and relaxing state of mind. The staff is friendly and professional, who can ask for anything more.
A bit of goodness in all they do.

The staff was nice but my drink was not as I expected :/ It tasted more like espresso than the chocolate and caramel. Good for a pick me up but not as the tastiest drink I can get somewhere else

    EDIT:
Went a few more times and got better experiences! The espresso bases drinks are still not a favorite but the energy drinks and smoothies are full of flavor. Even the pastries were a nice treat.

They sold me a cup of milk! I ordered a small iced kicker and this is what I got. The line was long and the women at the window was hanging out the service window talking to the gentleman for 5min after he got his drinks. Each customer was held up talking to the staff. I needed to get to work and it took 25min to get the three cars in front of me through the drive thur. When I left the line was around the building. This is the 2nd time I came to this one and most likely the last. The Dutch Bros on highway 550 is so much better quick service nice people and they make coffee that has coffee.

Every time I go great drinks and atmosphere. Outstanding service 👏 thank you my puppy enjoyed his first pup cup. I got a jelly doughnut white coffee freeze extra shot of wc. My husband got a normal coffee jelly doughnut, my mother ordered a peach Mango smoothie, and our son had a sweet sunrise green tea all made to perfection 🥰 our favorite coffee shop!!

It’s not as acidic as Starbucks coffee. Flavored drinks are very sweet. I wish they had more lower calorie drinks. Music is crazy loud outside the building. I won’t go out of my way to get coffee here.

Every experience has been an uplifting one. Employees are always in good spirits throughout the day. Surprisingly, in the early morning placing an order, the atmosphere after associating with the help made for a good day. The various drinks are worth the extra cash.

I ordered an iced pondi cherry tea and my friend had an iced honey latte with almond milk and whipped cream. Both were very tasty drinks at a great price point and the service was quick and efficient. We ordered at the window and enjoyed the drinks in the outside area. We checked out the interior after and it seems like a nice space to have a beverage and work. Lots of plants and natural light indoors. Would recommend this local coffee shop!

The barista was very efficient and we had our coffee and breakfast quickly. I wanted to try cardamom in my latte and she gave a suggestion for what to add with it and my honey cardamom latte was delicious!! My husband has the Pumpkin Con Leche and he said it wasn’t “over-pumpkiny” (yes, that is too a word.). The bacon breakfast burritos were delicious and those tortillas alone made my mouth water. We also shared a Mexican chocolate croissant and all I can say is YUM!!

Visiting from Houston, TX. with my partner. Very safe space for LGBTQ+ individuals. Very quiet and very friendly and welcoming. The Lavender latte is DELICIOUS! As well as the Green Hatch Chili bagel. We’ll be here for a few days, we plan on going every morning.

if i lived out here, i’d make it a regular spot. very good coffee, cool atmosphere, and nice people.
oh but their pothos are in desperate need of attention. someone please re-pot and detangle them or they’ll start losing leaves.

In passing before we left New Mexico we decided to check out this coffee place that had good reviews… ***WRONG*** The coffee tasted burnt and the customer service “SUCKED”… I should have gotten McDonald’s coffee Instead…. Not worth the time, money or gas coming here even If It was just In passing…

Sweet gem nestled by a main road and at the beginning of a residential neighborhood. Staff is personable. Espresso shots very good. Milk steamed very well. Pastries are good as well. Last time I tried their cold brew, it was, in my opinion a little too “citric” for my taste. Prices are comparable to other coffee shops. Inside seating is nice. Recent upgraded outdoor seating is a huge plus.

In my opinion, this is the best coffee spot in town! Amazing for working and/or chatting with your loved ones. In addition, Little Bear Coffee has top notch staff, who are so friendly and will go out of their way to learn your name if you go multiple times. Truly a gem of Albuquerque.

Sure do love this place. They have been doing some renovations and it is coming along! The staff is so kind, good tunes, great vibes! Great place to meet and catch up with someone, and sublime plant gazing. Im personally not a coffee drinker but they have GREAT tea selections available hot or iced.

My only comments for studying: bring charged devices or plan to look for a plug before sitting down(not sure if more plugs are coming) and the general seats are not the most comfortable, so either plan to beline it for the couch /comfy chair in the back OR bring something soft to sit on if you are a “get in the grove and crank it out” kind of worker.

A couple of friends and I stopped by Little Bear back on July 4th and I’m just now getting a chance to review.

It was the first visit for all three of us and Little Bear didn’t disappoint.

What a nice place with a quite chill ambiance. The decor was lovely, staff both friendly and accommodating and the coffee and espresso drinks were terrific.

The three of us enjoyed our time spent there hanging out and chatting.

    We will visit again soon.

This place is really nice! The staff are wonderful! I definitely recommend giving this place a try. I ordered the chai latte. It was delicious. They also have great vegan dessert options. The atmosphere is great too.
