Warm ambiance and great coffee. Barista is kind and knowledgeable. Will go here again! They also have a large menu and are open earlier than many area spots near the Hilton.

Cappuccino for dine is was served in a paper cup as was a double espresso. Mediocre foam on the cap, rushed to make it. Sat for 30 mins waiting for the sandwich and finished the coffees before the food had arrived. The veggie sandwich was a pile of cold raw veggies on soggy bread with a microwaved egg. Why did it take so long to deliver such mediocre and basic food? We will not eat here again, may stop in for some sugary beverage and nice atmosphere but that’s all it’s good for. Disappointing that the better cafe across the street was closed on Sunday.

Pretty neat and trendy place! It’s usually fairly busy and has a steady flow of people in and out. I had a vanilla spiced Chai Latte and it’s honestly one of the best I’ve had in a very long time. There is local art posted on the walls which is cool and they have a wide selection of menu options!

This is the story of atmosphere and menu done well. Typically bustling, the simple menu and service model have withstood time. The building and seating are lovely. Occasional music performances liven up the downtown scene.

Coupled with the variety of coffee, scones, quiches, desserts and gelato, Copper Rock provides a delicious and engaging experience for conversation or quiet study.

Just ordered breakfast online for pickup. I can be a little picky, because I do NOT like onions or peppers so I thought I was safe with the sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast burrito because those were the only ingredients listed in the description. Well, I’m sure you can figure out what happened; it was a sausage, egg, cheese, onion, red and green pepper burrito. 😭😭😭Thankfully it didn’t go to waste and my husband ate it. It’s a good thing I’m not allergic to peppers or onions because that would have sucked. Coffee is great though!

Tempest is my favorite coffee house in Appleton. Their coffee, breakfast, and bakery are amazing. Their staff, especially Sydney, are always wonderful. Even when there is a rush our orders always come out correctly and delicious. Their patio is dog friendly and it’s so nice to be able to get breakfast and then walk the fox river trail with our dog.

Great place to get excellent coffee, food and a nice view. It’s a bit confusing trying to locate it for the first time, but once you’re sipping on their coffee, you’ll find that it’s worth it. Yes – it’s facing the water and located below and within the apartment complex.

I ordered my usual go to – iced caramel latte. I knew going in that their sister company is Lawless, so I already had high expectations that were quickly lived up. They did a great job and the flavor was as I had hoped for. I also ordered the Green Shakshuka. I’m a huge tomatillo fan so when I say this, I mean this in the best way possible… it was really good, but it needed more of a base substance. I’ve reached the age where I need to carry tums on me for my heartburn for most meals. I ended up eating the egg, the pita bread and some of the tomatillo, but had to take the leftovers home to place it on top of some rice for dinner.

Everyone I was with enjoyed their meals as well. The service was friendly and I look forward to trying more items on their menu.

This place is ABSOLUTELY amazing. All dishes are elegantly displayed to add a warming touch. ALL dishes (other than to-go) are glass and metal saving waste from entering the land fills. It is cute, inviting and cozy.

Before leaving for Door county we were looking for a place to get good breakfast & sit down to have coffee and Tempest is best place we had!! Nice place on riverfront with nice people!!

I have to say, this is probably the best coffee shop that I’ve ever been to. There are so many coffee shops in the Appleton area and I will bypass all of them and drive 20 minutes to get here. Everybody is always super friendly. Drinks are consistently amazing. I used to be a barista and I have to say, it’s actually pretty uncommon to find a coffee shop that really knows how to pull a good shot and make a great drink. In my opinion this is the best of the best. They make their own homemade syrups and every drink is just delicious. Drinks are pricey but well worth it.

CAUTION ⚠️ before you order ahead of time. Shortly after they opened, I ordered ahead on the Starbucks app. After arriving at the store, the store was completely dark and there was no vehicles in the parking lot. This is NOT the first time that this store has opened at 5 A.M and there is no one there. This has happened at least a half of dozen times to me. I would not recommend this Starbucks store whatsoever.

Actually got myself banned from this location because I messed up and 100% deserved it! Otherwise it’s a great place with the nicest group of baristas I’ve ever encountered in the country, especially Raquel!
I’ve never seen someone go out of their way so much to make other people feel so special as much as she does! An incredible human and a highly recommended location 💜

I go out of my way to stop at this Starbucks because Raquel works at this location. She is the most friendly and helpful Starbucks worker I’ve ever met. I’m always unsure what to order when I stop and she will go out of her way to help me. Raquel will make customized drinks for me, she makes up on the stop and they are always amazing. HUGE shout out to Raquel, stay golden girl!

Wow the rudest girl ever working the window on Thanksgiving day. My husband did not know to stop at the speaker for a mobile order pick up and we were chastised by her at the window. Yikes she was nasty
By Kerry Wilda (a month ago)
Slow experience. This isn’t just at this one Starbucks it’s at all of them. There needs to be a separate line for mobile orders versus those who order in drive-thru. People who order via the mobile app do so so that they can quickly get their coffee and be on their way. With that being said their customer service is always great. Unfortunately great customer service doesn’t make up for the lost time though.

Nice location, right off Northland. Small parking. I often park in another lot and walk over.

Lack staff. Expect wait in store or drive through. Long line.

Huge shout out to Max for his kindness and generosity. I was 2.5 hours from home, unfamiliar with the area, and my phone broke. I didn’t know how to get home without GPS. I ordered a drink at the counter, told him my situation, and he didn’t hesitate to help me with directions. He even went out of his way to write down the route for me. He went above and beyond to help me. I got my order super fast and I was on my way in no time. Thank you so much Max for being a kind and lovely human. I’m grateful to have made it home safely thanks to you. Keep being amazing !!

This location always seems swamped. And never in a good way— staff is doing their absolute best but there’s no way for them to catch up, with the amount of people on shift. 15-20 minute waits on mobile orders, beyond their scheduled times. My cashier is taking all counter orders, making food, and manning back bar. It’s 10 am and they’re running out of cold brew; and by the time I got my drink, it doesn’t taste right, but I don’t dare say something and overwhelm them more. My muffin didn’t even get offered to get warmed, and I can’t even blame her or be upset. Your staff at this location is working their butts off, every time I come in here. They deserve help! Staffing shortages aren’t an excuse anymore; if you can afford to remodel the location, you can afford to raise your starting wage to get help in the door for your staff!

I cannot have milk and probably half of the time feel like I didn’t get my requested substitute because it tastes off. My body confirms my suspicion horribly most of the time. One time, they were super swamped and I forgot to put my order in for the drive through, so I had to go in. I actually watched one of the baristas pick up the jug of milk, look at the order, then shrug and make it with milk. Again, they’re always so busy you dare not say anything because it will just make everything worse, but I think I’m done paying the consequences for playing latte roulette. Very personable and polite barisas but they are under-staffed for the number of customers they get through.

The WORST parking lot I have ever seen at a Starbucks. If the line is even four cars deep, you can’t park or even get to the front door to pick up your to go order or go inside. Absolutely a mess.

Also super slow and rude today….

They really just give you whatever. I can’t count how many times I order something and they just give me something else. Sometimes they tell me because they ran out – most times they don’t tell me at all so I don’t find out until I get home. One time they even gave me one single glazed donut instead of 25 glazed munchkins. It’s just wild to me they can just give you whatever instead of what you paid for without even telling you. Here’s my 25 glazed donuts I ordered today.

Coffee was good and services was good, but my food tasted like chemicals. I ordered hash browns and a bacon bagel sandwich. My bacon was not cooked even remotely and everything had a taste of chemicals to it…I could not finish neither my hash browns or bagel due to this taste. I think something is seriously wrong with their food. Hash browns should not taste like plastic.

The cleanliness and service at this dunkin has improved by a millionnnnn the last few months.
They sometimes have cute artistic donut options, that we all love!
Lots of cute basket gift options and clothes.
All the employees seem to love their job and are friendly with everyone. Smiles and giggles everywhere! Great way to start my morning

The only CON is, This location is small on the inside if you choose to dine in.

Love love their seasonal refreshers! Blood orange was good. Really really miss their blueberry pomegranate and cranberry apple ones they have had in the past. Wish they would do one for the holiday season/winter!!!

We went inside to sit for a short while. My cappuccino had no foam 🙁 and we had to wait 5 minutes for my son’s hot chocolate (I was finished with my sausage/egg and almost halfway through my cappuccino when he finally got it). Although it wasn’t a very busy time, the employees were barely interactive and definitely not friendly.
