Have been going there to study consistently and I do like the atmosphere a lot, I love the coffee smell and seeing how everyone else is so busy at work. But the bathrooms are always so gross, I try to hold as much as possible before I absolutely have to go because it really scares me going into the bathroom each time. My dad is really shocked every time he returns from the bathroom, and he always says he’s never seen anything like this in Korea. Public bathrooms are always kept so clean,. I think we will not be frequenting this Starbucks to study anymore.

Starbucks is a good place to over pay for a cup of coffee. The dark roast at Starbucks always has a weird burnt taste.
This place didn’t have a French press and I am not a fan of the variety they had brewed. First time I couldn’t get another coffee brewed in a French press.
The baked items were lacking my personal favorites. Others were sold out.

Store was super busy and understaffed. I feel sorry for them as they are taking the slack from the Washington road store being renovated. While the guy with the green hair was a little snippy when he said they were busy (I’m not blind) and seemed angry to be at work, there was a female employee who went above and beyond to apologize( wasn’t a big deal, and I appreciated you).

The worst Starbucks in Augusta! I’ve went 4x and every single time my drink was horrible! The drinks taste like brewed coffee and milk! Literally every single time! Once I even asked for 4 pumps of Carmel and vanilla syrup and it STILL was horrible! They either need more training or put forth effort into making their drinks! The one on Peach Orchard NEVER miss!

Cashier was friendly and efficient. One of the employees making the coffees was to busy talking to someone who was hanging over the counter. The other employee seemed rushed like he was having to pick up slack. Presentation of the coffee looked terrible. Not satisfied at all with location.

They make all of their own breads and pastries. I wish this place and the Aiken location would make special menus easier to read and find with larger print that draw the eye in. The regular menu is simple and Southern breakfast with the addition of fresh NY deli style bagels and specialty millennial toasts. They need more indoor seating at inward facing tables, and the coffee and tea bar on the side clutters up the atmosphere more than it already is. There is wasted floor space with few tables to sit at. The window facing bar seating is awkward and uncomfortable. The avocado toast is like guacamole which for a place that goes to lengths to make its bread from scratch, I’d expect to be fresh avocado sliced. I ordered off of the regular menu this time. There was cream cheese on only one side of my salmon bagel. Too much sugar in the pickled onion. I was left with half of a bagel with nothing on it. There was maybe 2oz of salmon on one side. The menu should say bagel sandwich if it’s going to be served this way. I want to love these local places but they leave me wanting more and I’m sad about that. The smoothies and coffees look to be on point. I had an iced mocha once here that was pleasing but sweet. Great start, needs fine tuning and a professional makeover with better use of the large space.

I came to Augusta for a comedy show and ate here the next morning. Let me just tell you to drive straight here and try New Moon Cafe out when you visit Augusta! It’s terrific — the coffee (hot and iced), the smoothies (their green monster is wonderful), muffins, and dishes like their jalapeño toast (sheer perfection). Plenty of seating and easy parking on the street, too.

Went here for the first time and I will definitely be coming back again. The bagels were great. Nicely portioned. Staff was very friendly. There’s outdoor seating as well. The inside atmosphere could be presented a tad better. There are two locations as well.

Went here because I’m a huge fan of Twilight and was disappointed…just kidding

Travel a lot for work and try to seek out local businesses, found this after closing (3pm) one day but kept it in my memory. Today arrived before closing and was seeking lunch in the area. Took a couple loops around the block to find them, they are kinda tucked in which is great as the patio isn’t directly on the street.

Ok so coffee shop personnel are your typical coffee shop personnel, gotta love ‘em.

Food – halfway thru with sandwich and ate a crouton on salad and literally stopped to write this review. I’m not a crouton fan either (lol). Everything is really really good and fresh, even the croutons are freshly baked and seasoned. This place pays attention even to the small details.

Coffee – Glad I ordered a latte, this is how espresso should taste. They sell coffee, next time I’m buying a bag to try!

This cafe is so quaint and adorable. Food was amazing, and the service was super friendly and goody. Definitely a down-to-earth kinda place. 10/10 recommend.

Perfect every time! I don’t come here often because I’m not really one to drink coffee throughout the day (more of a very early thing for me). But when I do come here, the service is fast and my drinks are 9x out of 10 made correctly. That’s the main reason I continue to come back to this location- because I have such a great experience and they are consistent with it. Some years before, I didn’t care for this location. Now ever since the staff and management turnover, I have had nothing but wonderful experiences. If for some reason my drink is not made to order, then they are happy to remake it for me. They will even ask me to taste my drink before I leave. Even when In the drive-through- I always taste my drink before I pull off and they always wait for me to do so. If there’s ever any question I have about the drink, they will just remake it for me. No hesitation. Thank you so much for the wonderful coffee the quick service times.. Also for whatever reason I’m not fully satisfied, thank you for always remaking it right!

I want to make this clear. The staff are very kind. I can’t recall ever having anyone be anything but friendly and pleasant. I’ve read the other reviews, and I am going to have a polarizing opinion here. The wait times, no matter how long the drive thru line is, isn’t an issue. They are actually one of the faster locations. They move a very long line, very fast. The issue is, due to how quickly I’m sure the staff are pressured to move us through, the quality control has become next to none. My drinks 9 times out of 10, taste extremely rushed. This morning, first in a line of only 2 cars, very early in the morning, hence no reason to rush, and my 2 drinks were Luke warm at best and one drink was extremely sweet and the other not at all and I ordered two of the exact same drinks. The busy drive thru is not due to staff moving slow. It’s from people ordering these crazy huge orders in the drive thru, rather than going inside to order, due to the cafe being closed to the public.
I am a regular. Most know me by name. I spend way too much money on Starbucks. But it’s my chosen vice. I just really wish that the drinks would be made with intent and care. It’s gotten pretty bad.
On a happier note. The Peach Orchard Rd location is, killing the game!!!!! Absolutely phenomenal. I only go to that location once a week when I’m on that side of town for medical reasons but I always look forward to it. I’ve never gotten one bad drink there. Not one. And the taste of everything is drastically more fresh than every other location for whatever reason. Please, give Dakota a raise!!! That girl is fantastic!

Don’t bother coming here. I actually felt bad for one of the staff. There were at 13 people waiting on orders and only one person making drinks while the other two watched and took payments. That one person ended up crying and expressing she was stressed but they didn’t help. Even when we got our drinks- none of our drinks were correct. We just called it a lost and left. Extremely understaffed.

Service is kind of slow when busy and the store is closed (or open hours cut) far more often than advertised, but a decent place to get a nice coffee. I would recommend.

If you come often enough and roughly order the same thing, the staff will remember you and your orderwhich is a plus. Staff has always been friendly here, and it’s usually never super busy or a long wait.

Enjoyed breakfast at this local coffee shop on Davis road. The breakfast was good and almost like you were at home but not. Their drinks are wonderful. They have all kinds, like it 100X better than Starbucks. Great place to talk and chill. Will definitely be heading there again.

Love it!!! In my opinion the coffe is way better than Starbucks. The food is amazing too and very well presented, even though I do think the food is a little overpriced. I gave 4 stars because I love the atmosphere, the presentation, the aesthetic could use a little work with some different tables it would really tie the place together as a cozy cafe. But overall great experience every time I walk through the door

Came here for a quick breakfast with the family. This cafe offers quick counter order service with a great selection of coffees and brunch options. The chicken wrap and the breakfast burrito were both tasty and well portioned. Parking in front is limited, but there is plenty of space in the back.

My friend had the croissant sandwich and yeah I was drooling 🤤 she said it was all VERY good and wanted to bring her husband. I had one of the Summer drinks, blackberry matcha, and it was amazing! I definitely want to come back too. Such an awesome cafe for catching up with friends or a day date with your honey! They close at 3pm, very spacious, a great getaway for moms whether for fun or for family planning 🙌🙌

Came here on a whim and enjoyed our experience. A relaxing and dark atmosphere with friendly staff and the food here has been consistently good. Unfortunately this can’t be said about the timing of beverages and food. Though the coffee was good it ended up coming out after we all had finished our meals. Outside of this, wait times were fairly short, we enjoyed our stay and would come again.

Sometimes you just have to support locally owned businesses. The staff is always very friendly and it smells so good! They have tasty pastries and the atmosphere is really nice. The coffee is great, as well!

Had high hopes since they have won awards for being the best coffee place in Augusta. Espresso machine wasn’t working, so we tried the lavender iced latte. Lavender flavor was a lil overpowering for me, but, a cute coffee place nevertheless!

I love the place, taste of the coffee, and the atmosphere. I believe they have special for lattes on Mondays and Tuesdays (ask the batista). I overheard that while sitting there. Good place for studying. They have alternative for milk and sugar, they have SF vanilla syrup. I haven’t tried the food yet, but I will eventually.

Came by with my kiddo on a Sunday morning. Fella working there was very helpful, lady in there, not so much. She wasn’t very friendly but maybe that’s just her demeanor lol my daughter said ‘maybe she doesn’t like kids’. My chai latte was ok, not very sweet at all. Daughter had caramel latte and said she enjoyed it. Cute little place. Prob wouldn’t come back only because we traveled a little way to get there.

Lovely little spot. Third time I’ve been here and the service is always amazing. Just ordered the pumpkin latte and asked for it not too sweet. It was perfect. Seating inside is a bit tight but the outside deck is a winner for chilling and being productive.
