Very cute and comfy place for breakfast. We ordered English muffin breakfast sandwiches with sausage, eggs, bacon…. All good. The chocolate croissant was delicious as well. The house coffee, Holler Mountain, I think, was very good. There were lots of other delicious treats, like tarts and muffins, that I wish I’d had room for.

Stopped in while visiting from Delaware. Really cool atmosphere in the place. Kind of an old town Boston feel. Got a latte and breakfast sandwich. The sandwich was great. The coffee was good. It was hazelnut. Excellent flavor but little nut pieces made it a bit chewy. They do make all of their syrups in house which is cool. We would return.

The food was quite disappointing. We ordered the Greek sandwich and the grilled cheese and they were mediocre. I won’t list all of the reasons but the grilled cheese was a bit cold and not grilled enough. The Greek sandwich had canned olives that you put on cheap pizza, definitely wasn’t Kalamata. On the other hand, the place is nice and cozy and the coffee is good.

Great food in a very nice and cozy atmosphere. I stopped here for a quick lunch and couldn’t be any happier with my sandwich. I had a B.A.L.T (bacon lettuce tomato sandwich) and it was really fresh and tasty. Will be definitely back to try their coffee and more items from their food and pastry menu.

Service was fast. Latte didn’t have much flavor. Wanted a cap but they apparently couldn’t do a certain flavor and told me they would give me a latte which is “basically the same thing”. Crazy! Breakfast sandwiches were fine, nothing special.

This is my favorite coffee shop in Boston!
Love their coffee, and I buy their prepacked coffee to brew it at home as well.
I have tried most of their bakery/pastry dishes and they re all very delicious, especially the cheddar bacon scone and banana bread.
This “BALT” sandwich was also great!
Love their grapefruit and orange juices.
    Very busy in the weekends.

Food was great! Loved the Barcelona Sandwich and the Vanilla latte. Pretty good value. Maybe it’s the Nashville in me, but found the staff to not be super interested in the customer– tried to spark a conversation since it wasn’t busy, but got shut down hard– seems like the focus is on getting things out quickly, not customer experience. Overall, a great place to work– maybe not so much to be social.

Came from out of town & wanted great coffee. Ended up coming here every day of my trip. The people are super nice & the coffee is delicious. The gluten free & vegan snickerdoodle cookie is INSANE. We bought 10 over the course of our trip. Try the oat milk latte or turmeric latte. Both are delicious.

A fantastic spot for a cup of coffee and pastry in Boston! Their hazelnut latte was delicious and the inside seating was cozy and intimate, perfect for a morning date! Definitely recommend if you’re a coffee lover.

If you are a fan of hazelnut latte that is made of homemade hazelnut sauce that you can actually taste the nuttiness and the actual bits of hazelnut itself (vs. the artificially flavored syrup) then Thinking Cup is a must try. For iced latte, the milk is not just poured in over ice, it is actually frothed. Yes, frothy iced latte!!! I have tried hazelnut latte in a lot of cities I go to, and Thinking Cup is absolutely the best.
    Such a gem!

Great experience at Jaho. There’s no prices on the menu, so you know it’s going to be a little pricey. It’s still worth checking out. Came out here for breakfast and tried the Smoked Salmon Bagel (removed the tomatoes & lettuce) and a French Toast Latte. Loved the coffee container, it’s affordable and picture worthy! The Smoked Salmon Bagel was decent, way more cream cheese than desired and had to scrape some off. The latte was delicious!

Jaho is one of a few coffee shops around this area where you can work/study/absorb good vibes, and it’s quickly becoming my favorite.

Early in the morning, I love their breakfast sandwiches, especially on a bagel. They have an endless selection of coffee drinks, but personally I’ve found the Vietnamese iced coffee to be a sleeper hit.

For study/work, I’d come here earlier in the day because the seating does get occupied quickly!

    Great atmosphere
    Great food
And an excellent diverse drink menu.

I didn’t give you a complete start for two key reasons, one, your staff members lack empathy and honest friendliness service, and two, your baristas don’t know the recipes for basic international coffee orders.

Please, serve your food in plates not paper wraps that’s not to the standards of this location.

One of my favorite café to study or chill with friend in Boston. I really like the atmosphere here, good coffee and delicious breakfast. Will definitely go again.

Godly turkey sandwich… soooo good and so big
Matcha latte was also really nice
It is a good spot to study with free wifi and many outlets to charge your electronics.
Great location in downtown Boston as well
I have nothing to complain about this place.
Hands down my favorite cafe in Boston at the moment

Nice place, I enjoyed my cappuccino and chocolate croissant. The atmosphere is great and calm. Everyone friendly and helpful. I saw an employee no wearing mask, that’s the bad point only.

Not that impressive. I would say that it’s like a wanna-be faux Italian style coffee place, aside by its better decor it’s basically another Starbucks. Slow service by staff. Paid a second visit while visiting Boston, just to give this place another chance. First time was two mornings ago, got weird stares from one of the attendants. Maybe I reminded her of someone, but I couldn’t enjoy my coffee. Tonight, I stopped here to unwind before my evening stroll and the I was completely skipped when waiting for my latte. The couple after me got their drinks and coffee and I’m just waiting. I approached a young man and complained, he apologized and I gave me a loyalty with all these stamps on it . Cool guy. I’ll give it to a staff member at my hotel but I ain’t coming. Cashier lady who took my order had no mask 😷 covering her face, yet they have signs and expected all of us customers to wear one unless eating or drinking.

Cute little coffee shop – service was excellent. Cappuccino was good – I prefer the milk to be a little creamier. Chocolate croissant was really good.

    Lots of seating.

I’m visiting Boston, this is the 2nd Café Nero we’ve been to and really the care and service has been terrible… they don’t have human quality, they’re not nice, or attentive. the coffee is sometimes good, other times cold… the cafes are nice but poor service is lousy.

Quality pastries and sandwiches in a nice ambiance. Great hot and cold drinks selection. Definitely worth a visit.

Rate to find a coffee shop rooted in Japan, even more rare to be rooted in Kyoto. Great vibe, chic design, friendly staff and tasty coffee!

There’s three different types of seating, stadium style, regular table and staged seating. Definitely a great place to meet with friends or have a date. Priced fairly as well!

Very expensive compared to other shops in Boston. Got a caramel latte. It was pretty good. Nice place to hang out or study. Unique options with an Asian flare. Definitely stop in for a unique coffee experience.

Great tasting coffee with beautiful latte art presentation. I had the cappuccino with their house blend Kyoto coffee and it was what I expected from a wonderful cup of espresso drink. Nice atmosphere, variety of seating options to chat with friends, read, or just chill. Highly recommended!

The best cafe in Boston! Such incredible latte artists! Great selection of unique drinks, coffees, teas, and very creative desserts. A must visit if you are downtown

5 different coffee beans on choice. Good quality of every beverage. I got their specialty Espresso Eggnog which tasted delicious!!!!! My girlfriend had flat white, but she chose a bit strong coffee, so she wasn’t that satisfied. However it doesn’t mean it was a bad taste, just a poor choice.
    Recommend to visit.
