I will give this restaurant 3 start. First we had to wait like 10 minutes to be seated when there was no one in the restaurant. All employees were in lala land. Tasha was our waitress super friendly the coffee came out super fast but then she disappeared and we had to wait 15 minutes to order. The other table got theirs food before us even though we got their like 20 minutes before them. Anyways I was just passing by but next time will go to another restaurant for sure.

I would normally never step foot in an IHOP but I was desperate for coffee and breakfast driving down 95. Cornell, my server had a very upbeat and positive attitude. Made my experience friendly and inviting. My food However was a mess. Worst coffee I ever tasted and it was a fresh pot because my first cup was served filled with grinds in it and cheese on the side of the mug. I ordered over medium eggs and was served eggs that were hardly over easy, completely gooey with white slim. The menu offers turkey bacon but I was told they only had turkey sausage. I was completely okay with that and it was the best thing on my dish. My toast was served dry and no butter on side or table. Not Really sure where the problems start in this place but cleanliness, laziness, and lack of organization seem to stand out.

Decided to eat here Halloween night so the kids could get the Scary Face pancakes for free. To start with, we waited a good 45 minutes before receiving our food even though the restaurant was mostly empty. My Colorado omelet was good, but that was about the only thing. My bacon was cold. My wife’s eggs were cold. She did not receive her sausage at first. She had to ask for it, and when it was brought to her, it was only 1 piece when it should have been 2. The toast my wife was brought was hard as a rock! She had to get the waitress to bring fresh toast. The kid’s pancakes were ok even though they didn’t have the same stuff on them as the pictured ones. (grapes instead of strawberries, chocolate chips instead of candy corn which was fine). The kid’s hashbrowns where undercooked on the top and burnt on the bottom. When we advised the manager of this, she stated that it was “because they were wet”. When the bill was brought to us, the pancakes were not listed as free. We were charged for both of the kid’s pancakes. When the waitress was advised of this, she stated that she was unaware of the promotion even though it was posted on EVERY table in the restaurant! They had to take the receipt back twice to fix this because the first time, the waitress tried to remove the charges herself, but she didn’t remove the full amount of the cost. The manager had to revise it herself. After describing the rest of the issues to the manager, she seemed unphased and uncaring and did not offer to provide any sort of reconciliation for the poor food and experience we had here. Never eating here again!

I want to commend our server for her exceptional service. We had breakfast at the David Mcleod store in Florence SC. Jessica was our server, from the first contact we had with her she was pleasant, she smiled and remained that way our entire meal.I felt very welcome and not like an imposition. Jessica went the extra mile and warmed my coffee cup before she brought it out. I watched her interact with her other customers and every single interaction was VIP service. I saw a little boy ask her where the bathroom was, she walked him to the bathroom instead of pointing. Jessica has all the traits that make up a great employee. I watched her pick up trash that others walked over and I could tell she takes pride in what she does. By far one of the best servers we have encountered in a very long time anywhere. Five star service all the way. Thank you , Jessica!

I’ve been there twice and each time both of the ladies that served my table with excellent so they have a great service. I’m telling you they are wonderful but the thing that got to me. Some of the employees were very loud in the back and use words that I call substitute words or you can say profanity. That wasn’t good coming from the back knowing this supposed to be a public place I think you should always be professional especially if you ask for the job.

So usually they are pretty decent, but today really was a disappointment. So it was KK’s anniversary today and because of it they were doing completely chocolate glazed doughnut. I ordered almost a dozen in the app, and when I go to pick it up, I just get chocolate iced. I called the store to ask if they were doing the chocolate glazed doughnuts, and they said no. First of all, if they were not doing them, the app should not have let me place the order for the location. Second of all, the employees should have seen that and called me to ask if I wanted to replace the doughnuts or cancel my order.

The strawberry sprinkled were firm. All other were great. Always like the variety pack when I’m cheating. Cream or custard? Cream – all the way for me and they very good today. Jelly filled was good too. Mostly fresh and delicious.

This donut shop is a nice place to go when you get a sweet tooth. They have the glazed donut coming off the conveyer warm. However the ones in the window are not warm but still taste alright. I purchased the chocolate donut with cream inside, which I was not too pleased with as well as the cinnamon twist. Glazed donuts are my favorite and I do recommend this location.

I visited this location for the “Day of the Dozens”. The drive through line was long but was moving fast. The cashier was pleasant, thorough, and fast. The hot sign was on but not indicated for that location on the website. The donuts were hot and delicious as always!

    Best. Donuts. Ever.
I don’t like the donuts at dunkin or really anyplace else, but there’s nothing like a hot Krispy Kreme donut.

Caveat: not a fan of their coffee. Not very tasty and the flavors have a fake taste I can’t describe. But the donuts are great.

Panera bread has good food but I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied with my order. I decided on the pick 2. I got the turkey chili and green goodness salad. The portions are soooo small it’s a rip off. The total was $14.99!!! I have all of three pieces of meat in my little side salad portion salad! I can almost deal with the little cup of chili but no, it’s too small for the price! To top it all off I asked for extra dressing for the salad and they didn’t even fill either of the cups up half way! Though it’s not gonna get me anywhere, I’m calling to complain!

*UPDATE* I called and of course got nowhere. A worker answered the phone told me he was going to get a manager to assist me and sure enough no one came back to the phone! DISAPPOINTING PANERA!

Exceeded my expectations by a long shot, bread was so fresh and soft unbelievable. Kitchen sink cookies delightful. Sandwiches were freshly made and served hot. Download their app for for free sweet reward. Will be going back .

Definitely a promising young staff. This location needs some TLC. It’s very frustrating to pay for what you expect, but are disappointed by just sub-standard *everything*. Wanted pizza, not avail, settled for alternatives and served cold…

Place was empty, it’s not the Panera I know.

We were really surprised and wonder whether they want to see customers to dine in or not…
Whehn we came in for dinner about 7..we couldn’t see anybody who welcome us or serve us..
We had called for someone and waiting for few minutes before a lady came out and asked our order..
The food and the price could not help either..
Really disappointed for our first coming…

Ordered through the app for curbside pickup on our way through from vacation. The app worked perfectly, as always. And was even greeted by an employee to make sure we knew that they had just received our order and was currently working on it. Very pleased with the service. Good customer service. 👍🏼 Great job!

First of all, the music is entirely TOO LOUD. You can’t hear anyone speaking without almost shouting. There is clutter everywhere. On top of not being able to hear or sit, the staff totally botched my order. I had hoped to sit read a book and enjoy a light snack and beverage, that didn’t at all happen. There is a better environment in a Waffle House.

This Starbucks has gone way downhill. Ordered through the app for pickup and got to the store and the doors are barricaded by chairs with a sign that said pickup orders through drive thru. The whole reason to mobile order is so you don’t have to wait in the drive thru. The staff in the store can control the options in the app to show pick up is not available but obviously management doesn’t care about making people wait. Don’t waste your time. Go to Bean Bar down the road or somewhere else.

These geniuses allowed me to place a mobile order through the app and when I get here they are drive through only! So I still have to wait 30 minutes in the drive through line and they have the nerve to have a tipping option on the receipt.

SECOND REVIEW – I just sat in their drive thru line for 25+ min no joke . Why is this Starbucks so slow ? I hope a manager sees this and can answer this question

    FIRST REVIEW –
Nice people, but Slowest Starbucks drive through I have ever been to. Be prepared to
    Wait 10 minutes minimum

Ordered ahead online and the lobby was closed. Nobody would run it out to me. If there is no benefit to ordering ahead then TURN IT OFF. I don’t have time to wait in a 30 car line, hence why I ORDERED AHEAD so I wouldn’t have to. WHY HAVE THAT OPTION IF I STILL HAVE TO WAIT IN LINE. Place is a joke

Let me tell you that if you’ve been to Florence South Carolina and you’ve not gone to longer in Cafe for breakfast or lunch, you are seriously missing out in life! Every time I’ve been there they’ve had great service! And the food is absolutely above and beyond the what they charge! Highly highly highly recommend the smothered red potatoes if you get there before breakfast ends which I think is at 11:00. And if you get there after breakfast cut off go with the shrimp and grits. They’ve literally got the best shrimp and grits! And let me tell you you’re not going to be paying an arm and a leg, like I said you get way more food for the cost of what you’re paying! I went there for at least one meal each of the 3 days I was there last week! Dine-in, take out, whatever, they’ll take care of everything for you!

Incredible Cajun omelette. Staff seemed overwhelmed but there was a lot of chaos with it being graduation and a packed house. Will return on a less crowded day

The food is always delicious and the service is very polite and timely, not to mention the prices are more than responsible for the serving amount you’re getting. Whenever my husband and I are in Florence SC we stop in for a bite to eat! Keep up the excellent work 👏🏾👏🏾
