The service was extremely slow inside the store. We went in to order because the drive through line was so long but our order was held up by the line and every car in it got their order before we did including about 12 (if I counted right) that showed up after had already ordered. The coffee was not well made and was by far the worst I have had at any Starbucks. We will not be back to this location again.

Hey it’s Starbucks. What else can I say! They had good service. They were a little busy at 2:30 Sunday afternoon. I’ve had many meetings at this location and they have always been kind and courteous to me and my clients. Pretty fast with the coffee!

Starbucks has legitimately good coffee. I want to hate because it’s corporate coffee, but I do have to give them props because certain blends they have are delicious. Their food on the other hand is mediocre at its best. This particular location produces a great customer experience more often than not.

kid and I went through the drive through to get coffee. Did you know they now request tips for a simple coffee order? We both were waking up and just needed a cup. The lady not only managed to make the coffee wrong but asked if we would like to leave a tip. It probably took her a second to pour coffee into a cup and she is requesting a tip. Wonder if she tips herself.

Too many bad experiences. Some drinks not made right. Online orders not ready soon enough. Stars not added back to my account when an employee said he would cancel the order. I was basically just told call customer care to figure it out when I called the location to get help fixing it as I never received the drink.

Peppermill Cafe is a weekly treat for myself and my parents. I absolutely love their French toast platter. Eggs, breakfast meat of choice, and deliciously fluffy French toast. For an extra treat ask for some of their whipped cream cheese butter. The service here is outstanding. Very friendly and hard working staff. A+++ restaurant

We absolutely demolished our food. So unfortunately we forgot to take pictures
I ordered the steak omelet and it was decent
But the French toast was on Point
Also the loaded potatoes were the best thing I’ve tasted in a while. I mean it blew my mind. Amazing seasoning and preparation. Biscuits and gravy were also amazing. Maybe I ordered the omelette on an off day because the rest of the food was top tier breakfast.

Absolute delight. A touch of down home goodness. The Hawaiian omelette was delicious, red tater homefries were super tasty. My first time but definitely not my last. Wait staff were kind and a comfy atmoshere. You have to try the carrot cake pancakes, yummy!

For the past three weeks I have tried to go through the drive thru before work. The first week it took around 15 minutes, mainly because there were a lot of people in line, I’d expected it to go slower because of that. The second week I was the first in line and sat at the order speaker for around 15 minutes before the employee finally asked what I wanted and when I tried to order they said they were cleaning their kitchen so they could not make the items I was asking for (bagel minis and bacon). Which is fine, it happens, but I was trying to order this on a Saturday morning, probably one of the busiest days to choose to clean the kitchen, which wasn’t very efficient for them. The third week I sat at the drive thru for another 5 to 10 minutes with no indication that an employee was going to take our order. When we pulled to the window to see if there was even an employee in there, the person ducked down because another customer was walking up to the door. Might I add that this happened around 7:30, 30 minutes after they were supposed to open. If your systems are down or you cannot take orders, tell the customer that, do not just let the customer sit there for minutes on end, some of us have places to be. It’s really disappointing because they do have some very good breakfast items. Their bagel bites are fantastic and it’s always nice to have bacon in the morning, especially with the sweet glaze they put over top of it. But the service needs to improve. A lot.

It was the absolute worst service I’ve ever had. I sat at the the drive through 10 minutes before they even took my order. When I got to the window it took another 20 minutes to get my 3 drinks. The cashier was busy playing on her phone and ignoring the drive thru. I had asked for donuts but she didn’t even know what kind they had so I told her to forget the donuts and I went to Krispy creme for those. I seriously doubt I will ever come back here.

By far the worst Dunkin’ Donuts in the area do not waste your time or money. they don’t have anything on the menu, and their service sucks, a whole bunch of little teenagers that do not care about customer service or having anything in stock. Even the basic items that a Dunkin’ Donuts would sell they don’t have available. They don’t have any Boston creams they don’t have jelly filled donuts they don’t have the bacon egg and cheese croissants, they don’t even have bagels. They have customers
waiting 45 minutes for some thing that they don’t even have, for example you order one thing and you’re waiting for 45 minutes for your food, only for them to come back and tell you they’re out of it,They don’t even have boxes for a dozen donuts. By far the worst place in High Point.

Every time I come to this Dunkin’ Donuts something is wrong and I can’t get my coffee. The first time they didn’t have any workers for the morning shift. The second time the expresso machine was not working. Please get it together lack caffeine leads to agitation.

15 minute wait in the drive-thru for an old tasting iced coffee.
I love dunkins but avoid this one if at all possible or prepare for a really long wait.
Once in the drive thru you are trapped!

My husband and I were visiting family for the Thanksgiving holiday and went to this Starbucks location. The staff were very friendly and the service was excellent. There was an African American lady that greeted every customer and knew them by name. I’m assuming she probably was a manager or team leader. She was great! I wish I had got her name. Staff were coming in a as well and she greeted them by name with a big smile. You can tell she loves her job. When I’m back in Greensboro I will definitely visit this location again.

Visited this Starbucks at the Palladium in High Point and was extremely disappointed. My order was simple and waiting was not a problem. The problem was when I saw someone drop my cup on the floor, pick it up, rinse it with water and then fill with coffee. Then it was passed to another person who did call out my order so I knew it was mine. Of course I did not drink it, just put into trash. I decided not to cause a scene in establishment by complaining and decided to share my experience with a review. I love Starbucks but I will not ever go into this one again. So beware.

Came in a few weeks ago to get a sandwich just to find out it’s discontinued 20 MINUTES AFTER ORDERING! Works placed my order for the sandwich and assured me that it would be ready in a few minutes. A few minutes go by so I ask again when it would be ready and A DIFFERENT worker tells me in just a second . Finally after another 7 minutes passing I go back up there and ask when the sandwich will be ready it’s been over 18 minutes and they say the sandwich is actually discontinued! WASTE OF TIME AND LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. No apology at all! Employees should always double check to make sure they have the item in stock before allowing the customer to pay and wait 20 minutes for something that doesn’t even exist anymore. Well Atleast that’s what all the other Starbucks I’ve went to do as protocol. Never returning here again

Waited 26 minutes from order time to the door for a grande white mocha only for it to leave her with the wrong drink and a burnt tongue. Paid almost $7 and got a $3 drink. 0/10 would not recommend unless you got time to burn. Employees seemed nice but slow and over whelmed.

Wow! We love the atmosphere of the store. The staff is always friendly and they treated us like family. We love to try the seasonal drinks and our absolute favorite snack is the vegan oatmeal cream pie! Best I’ve ever had!

Very nice and cozy inside. Lots of different options for drinks. There’s always a good selection of muffins, cookies, and bread to grab if you’re in the mood for a sweet treat.

Not to mention, there’s a wide variety of coffee you can purchase to make some at home.

WOW!!! Our first experience to DeBeen Espresso was phenomenal!!! My wife and I just stopped by earlier today and we are officially loyal customers. From the unique atmosphere, to the super friendly staff, to the incredible selection of menu items, to the fresh baked goods…we were truly impressed with the level of care that has been put into creating this one of a kind gem. We cannot wait to go back and highly recommend it to everyone!!!

I ordered a iced vanilla latte with cold foam almond milk and Splenda. It was so good and even though it was a brief stop traveling through the area I highly recommend. Also reasonably priced!
