This place was clean and modern, plus the staff was friendly.
Unfortunately the food tasted a little funky. I don’t know what was wrong with it, but it definitely didn’t taste like any McDonalds breakfast I’ve had in the past. Something was definitely off. My dog didn’t seem to complain about it though!

$1.19 for a cup of water?

I went to the drive through to get a 20 Piece nuggets, fries and a cup of water for a member of my family. After I pulled up I asked why I was charged $1.19 for a sweet tea. They said they had to charge us for a water and that was the only way they could do this. Hu? I buy a significant amount of food and you charge me $1.19 for a cup of water? I have been at this mcdonalds many times and have never been charged for water. WHY? If you are charging for water please make sure to put the price on your menu.

Do you want me to go to Burger King or Wendy’s next time? Please explain.

Super friendly staff. Had breakfast. Everything was good except the oatmeal. Too much water and it was cold , so I asked for a replacement. They replaced it but it was not made right again. Tossed it.

Extremely rude window workers. Pick up window always has loud obnoxious things going in between employees. 7 times out of 10 your order is wrong and if you correct them or let them know alot of the workers are just rude about it. They require that if you get 3 or more drinks YOU HAVE to take a drink carrier and of course I’m allergic to the material used to make them so yay me.

Every Tuesday I order for my grandson at school #3 plain large. Thats a double cheeseburger, nothing on it. I either get 1 burger on the double, or 2 singles which he can make into a double. They just can’t get it right.

It was my first time ever going to a Sonic, it won’t be my last. I LOVED THE FOOD, especially their fries. They don’t skimp on toppings for your burgers or sandwiches like most other fast food places. There was a 15+minutes wait but only because it was busy. Trust me when I say, it was worth the wait. Very nice service and they double checked the order to make sure we had everything. Very reasonable prices and a lot to choose from.

Good place, great service, wonderful food. But, why would Sonic let this restaurant run out of cheese curds for over 6 months? C’mon Sonic! You can do better!

All-natural lemonade is the best around and cheapest during happy hour. I like that light ice really is light ice. And this last time I was given (upon sight of my dog) a pet treat of ice cream, which she loved. I know most every eatery has Staffing shortages so commend them for almost always being pretty quick.

Stood there for 30 minutes waiting on my order. Never got my order cause not all of us have all day to stand there and wait. 8 cars went threw drive threw and got there orders first. 2 employees standing outside talking doing nothing. Service is complete trash at this place anymore.

Been waiting at stall 2 watching others get their food and won’t even take my order. I asked a waitress what the problem was. She stated the kitchen was backup but I still see drive up people place and receive orders. Lady at stall 3 got tired of waiting and left. When they finally ask for my order, there was no “sorry for the delay”. Just got food. Still no apologies. Love the food but tired of the lack of service.

Food was good and good size portions. We all got the Sunday Special which came with a meat of choice from one’s listed, 2 sides, and a dessert. Was best bang for your buck, otherwise prices are higher here compared to similar type food restaurants visited elsewhere. Waitress did well. Place was clean. Restroom was also clean and didn’t smell bad, huge bonus!!

One of the only places open on Sunday and it was a great find. Reasonable prices and the food is awesome. No wonder the locals come. The wait staff are welcoming and super knowledgeable about the menu. I opted for one of several Sunday specials and my boyfriend got the rib eye. Not only did we need a carry out we needed to be carried out. The chicken fingers a huge and delicious (appetizer). Truly a gem in IA

If you can only order one thing, make it the breaded tenderloin!! We live 8 hours away but get one every time we are there. Big does not do it justice. You have to experience this to understand. The staff is so kind and friendly. We went two nights in a row and our server from the first night, popped into our section to give a friendly hi! How are you tonight!!

Decent place with friendly staff and lot of verity on their menu.

The food I had was pretty average all around, but to be fair I didn’t try any steak! I do like that they have a bar to sit at and non-alcoholic beers available.

I ordered the chicken alfredo pasta, and it was alright. It wasn’t the best alfredo sauce I’ve ever had, but for it being homemade it could definitely use some work or a little seasoning. The chicken was pretty average too; it could’ve been grilled a little more and seasoned, but it wasn’t terrible.

I’d like to come back and have a steak some evening in the future!

Service was great, but the food left something to be desired. Half my pasta was so hard I couldn’t even attempt to eat it. Also, charging $4 a glass for sparkling water??? Thats some insane markup! Wow.

Let’s have an Amen. I like this store. ANTONIO is someone I’d come back just to say hi to. His spirit is full of joy. He put a smile in my face all day long. The food was good too. Hot fries and cold drinks. Good as always but the trip to this Wendy’s is to rejoice with ANTONIO.

No complaints! Even though there were lots of customers and orders during the lunch rush, the employees were friendly and got the food out in an appropriate amount of time. The tables, chairs, and condiment stations were clean. No sticky floors or trash cans either. When I got my food everything was there including the sauces, and there were no missing items.

Our cashier made us feel like we were regular customers even though we were from out of state. He was so warm, friendly and in charge. Sadly, I do not remember his name, but I would hire him in an instant. Thanks for making our stop so special.

As far as fast food Wendy’s is my favorite but oh my the service in Keokuk is hopelessly slow. I’m sure that lack of ability to hire enough people is probably part of the issue and the staff is usually friendly but there are so many bad decisions made about service that it’s a wonder we keep going there at all. Last time more than one person left before being served because of the wait time. Someone needs to do an efficiency study of the organization of the staff who are waiting on people. First of all each person has too many tasks. It is not very efficient to have the same person waiting on you also be the person who has to get the food and make change. It’s crazy! Either people are not getting the right training or there’s way too much turnover. Probably both. One has to wonder how McDonalds manages to do it very well and very efficiently. Better wages maybe or better benefits for workers?? Take a lesson Wendy’s OWNERS before you totally lose all your customers here in Keokuk!! I’m blaming you rather than the Keokuk staff. Thank heavens your food is still better than McDonalds but face it, you are still a fast food restaurant and people don’t go there because they want to sit down and spend a leisurely hour waiting and eating!!

Long wait. Food was good, but other customers in the restaurant received the wrong food. If Wendy’s can hire enough staff to handle the business, it would be 5 stars. No other issues.

Several years ago this Taco Bell was one of the best fast food restaurants in Keokuk. It seems after 2019 it was sold to KBP foods and now is among the worst. Consistently out of stock. Once no tortillas, a few weeks later fryer caught fire, ect. Today I placed an order at the kiosk as you can’t order at the counter. Waited 10+ minutes and was told they were out of nacho fries. Maybe next time have a list of food they are out of. The employees were nice and offered me a replacement but this place is in free fall. It seems to me all the owners care about is profit. This place is just not worth going to anymore.

    Previous:
Ordered the new steak white hot ranch fries. Tiny size. 8 fries, 6 tiny steak bits and covered in lots of ranch sauce. For $3.50. And doesn’t look anything like the picture. Asked the staff and they said there was nothing they could do. Rip off.

The workers was fine. But I stopped and bought $30 worth of tacos. And when I got home. All there was was shell. Hardly any meat. Hell they didn’t even hardly put lettuce on it. Raise the price of the product, and take away the filler. Had to combine my tacos to each other. To make it feel like I had meat in the shell. The last time I spend money there.

I’m a huge fan of taco bell, but this location is slipping. Almost all of the workers have been professional to me, but the quality and hours are slipping. Old oil in the fryers leads to acrid, chemical taste in some fried items, and good luck visiting the drive through after 11pm; of the eight times I’ve been since January, six times, the drive through was closed from a half hour to three hours earlier than posted. Hope it gets better.

We went through the drive thru. It was 10 am, I had no idea we could get both breakfast and lunch items. We changed our order at the window. The young man didn’t even bat an eye. He said no problem, changed it and we were on our way in less than 60 seconds. It was the fastest and best fast food place in our area! Great job crew!

Fryer has been down for almost 2 weeks. They never answer the phone when you call them. This used to be my favorite taco bell but not anymore. They need to get their act together!!
