First time trying Philz Coffee!! Tried this spot based on a recommendation from a social media travel influencer. I ordered the iced mint coffee and it was amazing!!! Staff was very friendly and asked us whether we enjoyed the coffee, knowing it was our first time. The restaurant was clean, great seating indoors.

Philz is always a safe and good choice to get coffee, pastry, sit down and chat!! It’s such a good coffee shop. My friend and I went to Philz for a quick coffee. The mint mojito never disappoints – I’ve had it with caffeine and decaf, both are really great. Original taste. Their speciality is the mint mojito or the rosé so definitely try these when you come here!! I tried the lemon poppy seed loaf bread and it was small but good too.

The service was awesome, there was a line when I arrived just 3 people in front of me, but it was fast and everybody was really polite.
Plus, the coffee tastes amazing. Highly recommend.

Amazing philz branch with very friendly staff! I highly recommend the mocha tesora, it has become my recent go to drink. Vibe is great and perfect for a nice 1-2 hour work session.

One of the best places for morning coffee and work session. As a remote worker I always struggle to find the right place to spend several hours and have my work done. This place has become one of my regulars. Special thanks to the friendly stuff who make the most delicious coffee in town.

One of my fav go to coffee spot at DTLA. There’s a huge coffee roster at the back, you can find a lot of different flavor of Stumptown coffee which you’ll not see at the grocery store

Very nice layout of the Business, Very Eye appealing when you walk in. I got seasonal drink peachy keen(see attached photos) I really enjoyed the drink. My wifey got an Machiato (she is a coffee junkie, and she gives it a 5 star)
    .
As I try new places , I always ask, what’s different about this place than other coffee shops, what’s the Popular Item, etc.. cashier didn’t really give me the best answer for it!, so the interaction was a little awkward. Reason why I gave it a 4 star, but still a nice place to try (:

Best tasting coffee in the area and pastries are so fresh.

Cappuccino has the right amount of flavor and strength.

Latte was strong and good , could have had more aroma but it still had great taste so it’s just a personal preference

Vanilla latte and and vanilla latte with soy milk plus chocolate croissant. It was all so good! The bakery items are not warmed for you but still great flavor. It would be great if they warm it up. Out of both drinks the one with soy milk tasted the best. Parking public next door is 15$ for all day flat fee. Beautiful decor

Medium-sized coffee spot with a couple exclusive & palatable signature options. I think you’ll enjoy the high ceilings, earthy outdoor seating, and loft-like interior.
    Things you should know:
    I. LOCATION
The entry way is pretty easy to find off S. Spring St. because they have an array of plants decorating the exterior
    II. SERVICE
    No complaints
    III. QUALITY
We ordered the Missile Coffee (iced) and the Whiskey Coffee (hot). The Whiskey Coffee was a holiday special at the time we went so I’m unsure if it’s still sold today, but I definitely recommend trying it.
    IV. CAPACITY
Plenty of available seating inside and outside for a Tuesday morning.

Indoor and shaded outdoor areas to chill. Excellent variety of house roasted beans. Quality and selection is legit. Baristas are friendly and chill. Music is lively and would def come back again.

I had visited this Alchemist Coffee Project location a couple of times and the experiences were a bit different. The first time I got a delicious and beautiful cappuccino, and the second time a Duo Latte (latte + milk tea) that is syrupy in flavor and sloppy in presentation. Neither of the times the service was very warm.

The store is decorated in a weird, old-fashioned style with dated artifacts to reflect an alchemist’s work. It simply doesn’t work as a coffee shop. I think the Pearl shop has a much better vibe. With so many coffee shops in Koreatown, I don’t feel looking forward to going back to this Alchemist location soon.

Great brew, good music & dope staff. I recommend the strawberry croissant! Egg Bat sandwich was delicious. Duo latte definitely packed a punch 🤜🏾

Really enjoyed discovering Alchemist while visiting LA recently. We came in to have breakfast and ordered 2 oat milk lattes, the Avocado Truffle Toast (which was absolutely unreal in every way because of the truffle salt mixed into the avocado), and a perfectly fried egg on the side. Everything was top notch and I can’t wait to come back. Love finding a great coffeeshop!

The staff behind the counter was so nice and helpful – that can really make or break a coffee shop. I had an iced espresso with oat milk and it was good but nothing special. Onyx coffee is always a winner. The chocolate croissant was very fresh and toasty. The bakery items were all labeled with veg/vegan options. Parking was a bit annoying but that’s LA, isn’t it?

Great coffee spot in K-town to hang out. If you like matcha, I recommend their Lavender Matcha Latte. So good! Great customer service and vibes all around. Definitely check this place out!

G&B coffee bar in the Grand Central market has a neat 360 degree bar and I enjoy the more sociable atmosphere. Service is always fast and friendly.

Once I had a fantastic cortado, and the other time I tried their signature almond macadamia latte. The texture and taste are definitely different and unique but honestly not something that I really enjoy.

This place is the first one you see when you enter Grand Central Market. Pretty chill, and excellent coffee, but the lady running the bar was a bit cold / uninviting. Not one to usually complain about such things, but left an impact today.

Either way, great coffee – I had the iced latte, half oat, which was super delicious!

Really nice coffee shop. Similar to a bar experience where you go up and order without waiting in line. It was really nice to lean on the counter and wait, rather than awkwardly stand back somewhere out of the way listening for your name.

The coffee is great too. Seems they have “daily” specials of different sources, which I really enjoy

I love this place. They’re very good at what they do. Baristas w/ a European vibe, polished, calm. Most high octane coffee I’ve had in LA so far…solid caffeine buzz. One star off because the pastries are a bit meh to my tastes, and they also sell out quickly. Gotta arrive early if you want a bunbun!

Really nice place for your morning coffee. I do believe it had the best mocha I have ever tasted. The barista asked if I wanted oat milk and it was delicious. Quick and very friendly service. And it is in the Bradbury! Only some of you know the significance
