Starbucks is what most think… BEST COFFEE. And I am one of those that gets the Chocolate shredded on top with the cream.

This may have been my best Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappe yet for taste and appearance! The long line was moved at a steady rate. I didn’t get a receipt and the girl looked at me like I was crazy because I was still waiting when she returned my card. That didn’t take away from my experience.

If for some particular reason this Starbucks has decided to turn the dining room into a storage warehouse. So while looking at the pictures you will notice that they have a couple of locations in the dining room with inventory just sitting there. I have a brother-in-law who spends around $1300 annually at this particular location he gets coffee every day 7 days a week twice A-day, So do the covid 19 my Brother-in-law and I visited this particular location every time I’m down from North Carolina, and we get two cups a day that I am here, so one day we decided to get what they call .50 refill (keep in mind it’s $2.94 per cup of regular coffee) we went through the drive thu, and decided to go into the dining room for our second cup(refill) but was told by Sheranda(shift manager) since we did not dine in we could not get the .50 refill price.

It’s a typical Starbucks, so friendly staff, speedy service (usually), and delicious drinks. The only failing was in the drive through speaker being down and the way this Starbucks is constructed making it impossible to leave from the line after a certain point, but before we were made aware of the broken speaker. Not the employee’s fault. Just bad design. Blocked in for 20 minutes in a slow moving line sucked.

Customer service at this store is awful. I’m a pretty easy customer. Order the same thing every time via a mobile order so that it’s ready when I walk in. The baristas at this store will completely avoid eye contact with you so that you don’t ask them for anything. Today I asked her to put more milk in my drink, as I paid almost $7 for a coffee and there’s 1.5 inches of space at the top. She got an attitude with me, told me that space had to be there to shake it. Well every other store fills it to the top, but that’s not the point. The point is I don’t talk to you with an attitude, and I expect the same respect. The drinks are usually good, just not what I’m used to from other locations.

I went to the drive-through and spoke to Mason, where I then proceeded to order a Venti white mocha latte hot. I asked if he could put a bit of extra milk in it to which he offered me the white mocha syrup instead to which I accepted because he said that the drink would be overfilled if more milk was put in it. So I politely accepted, mind you I work in a nice restaurant with a extremely high-quality espresso machine so, I Took Mason for his word. When I opened the drinks to look at there is easily 4 ounces of space left in the cup to which a dash of milk or 1 ounce certainly could have been added to the drink. Not only that but seriously at least 4 fluid ounces of the drink just not there and he claimed it would be overfilled with a dash of milk. I still appreciate you all but this was not very cool.

I love Starbucks coffee. But, I had a bad service experience yesterday. I had a large event that I needed 2 boxes of coffee for on the next day. I had called this location for a few days and never got an answer. I decided to drop in and make my order.
When I made my order the staff person that was waiting on me he was unsure that the store could my order for the 2 boxes for the next morning. So he asked another employee
If they could fill my request. She replied that she MIGHT be able to she would commit to. Preparing 2 boxes for the next morning.
When planning an event a MIGHT will not work. I was extremely disappointed in the service and the attitude of the employees.

Spent time with the family the other night in Macon, Georgia and we stopped in for a coffee and just talk about old times. Great service and good times.

Quick friendly service, and everything I would expect from a Starbucks location. Line moved fast, and drink was made perfectly. It seemed the guy working the register was also working the drive through, probably not the best system for employees, but he handled it well. Nice outdoor seating area with fans. 4 stars because the bathrooms were quite messy. Overall good experience.

Hard for big cars n trucks to get around the parking lot and parking spaces are small due to the location it’s in I haven’t tried drive thru so don’t know how much room they have but over all it a nice small Starbucks with their normal high prices on coffee that I can’t get enough of

The person at the drive thru was rude to begin with. Then I come home and the grilled cheese looks like this. It’s not hard to place a piece of bread on top of another, especially when it hardens in that position. I can’t believe the people that choose to work here are getting paid to do the bare minimum and waste my money. If you don’t like it quit, but don’t take it out on my grilled cheese.

They were a bit busy last time I went. But the manager was there and quickly stepped in to assist on the order. The staff there are very busy handling drive thru orders but all was accomplished and the trip was a success.

I have been coming here for 4 months since my child has been in the children’s hospital across the street. Customer service is terrible. My order has been wrong a lot in drive thru. Today I ordered 2 turkey sausage egg and cheese wake up wraps and One croissant. They gave me 3 croissants. Went inside spoke with the manager and she said she has been getting a lot of compliants. If they were to let go of the people that’s causing the issue then she would be working all day. Well sometimes you have to weave out the bad ones to have a good one. She was nice the manager and understanding. Overall this Dunkin needs a new staff.

I rarely leave a review for Dunkin, let alone a good one. But, I work in pest control and come here pretty often. This one is the best one in middle ga by far. The guy they have working the drive thru during the lunch hours deserves a raise and a promotion. Always on point and will actually speak to you if they aren’t busy. Definitely recommend

Despite the trying times of COVID and decreased staff, I enjoyed my food and coffee. It was a godsend to a group of us waiting in the ER overnight to refresh ourselves at 5am. The sausage croissant is divine and iced coffee hit the SPOT. Thanks DD crew 😊

Highly recommend breakfast at Tommy’s! We stopped by on our way through to Florida and were not disappointed. After 12 hours of straight driving we were able to stretch our legs and fill our belly with some delicious sustenance. The donuts were delicious!! Thanks again, Tommy!

We stopped here on our way to Jacksonville, during our road trip, to grab breakfast. Everything was really good, we loved the donuts, our favorite was the bacon one and the Oreo cookies. The French toasts were delicious and the’re really nice people here. Small cute shop, with tables outside as well; will definitely stop here again if we go on road trip.

Love this place. Some of the best breakfast in Macon. All of the donut choices are amazing…especially those apple fritters. It tastes like fall. Not to mention, prices are cheap and you support local business

They’re a little outside of my regular route, but any trip to North Macon or ATL calls for Tommy’s. Everything on the menu is delicious, but nobody (and I mean nobody) makes a better chocolate or maple bacon donut.

This place is a great “mom n pop” style. The food is fresh and cooked well. The staff is friendly and patient. The biscuits are fluffy and buttery and perfect! There is so much food on the menu it’s hard to choose what you want but everything I’ve had so far is REALLY good.

In an industrial area, so it was a bit unexpected. Eggs were cooked to order, and everything else was prepared so it was really fast. Sausages were delicious, and I believe homemade, I had the spicy and smoked.

Cox cafe is difficult to find BECAUSE it’s a hidden gem! 💎 💎 💎 💎 💎 The food is everything you would want in a home cooked breakfast. It’s fulfilling, hearty, and flavorful. This is definitely not the place to go if you’re avoiding certain fats/grease. I’m not sure if they have items for individuals with dietary restrictions(if I find out, I will edit this); however, the menu offers a solid variety of flavors. It didn’t take very long to place our orders and receive our food, I’d say around a solid 15 mins to order and exit.

Great food and service. It is a very old business and looks rough however your taste buds will thank you.

I really like this place. It’s an old time mom and pop farm/industrial Cafe. If you like new fancy themed franchises, don’t go here. This place is for the working man!

I thought the food at this restaurant was distinguished, everything felt home made. Service felt southern (which is a good thing 😃) Food was flavourful and great. Will be returning
