Found this hidden gem by seeing the sign on the side of building during the day of being the largest coffeeshop around, so I decided to stop in and try it out. Was very surprised on the space that was inside. They’ve couches and a little karaoke little area with pool tables as well. Very nice customer service. The smoothies are very good and tasty. I would definitely be back to see how the atmosphere is at night.

Great little hidden gem. Fun atmosphere. Good drinks (our London Fog was excellent) homemade pastries. I also love the board and pool games in a much more laid back environment than a bar. We will definitely go back there for date night again!

My first time there, i loved it! Love the couches, its like a hangout basenent atomsphere lol, very cool. Coffee is great as well! Cant wait to go again.

I love that Sozo stays open late most days, as I am a night owl and love a 5pm coffee. They’re coffee and tea has so far been amazing! I love the huge selection of flavors and tons of seating options.

Sozo is a good place to study and sometimes they have shows. You can rent the study rooms for $1/hr. There’s pool to play, board games, very good coffee, smoothies, and tea.

Hard working counter staff pour excellent drinks. Nice atmosphere. Very welcoming and friendly to all. The coffee roast is very nice. Dark with a hint of smoke and not to acidic. The flow at the counter is a little confusing if their busy. The set up has everyone step back once orders are placed and it gets pretty confusing where the lines are and where to pick up napkins and utensils. Overall great experience and a very nice Sunday morning coffee.

Really good coffee and bright spacious dine in area. Very pricy though (spent over $8 for a large latte)

Fantastic Americano iced or hot, huge seating available, good for meetings and social distancing.
Muffins delightful, but scones a little too muffin-like. Cinnamon rolls are lovely.
If you’re looking for a coffee hangout to read and lounge, not your scene.
Annual membership is not as good a deal as I thought unless you get plain coffee regularly.
    Overall, good experience.

Great coffee shop with lots of seating available. Had their turtle latte and pecan roll and both were quite delicious. They allow dogs in the lobby and on the patio too, which is nice!

The coffee is so good it needs no sugar or cream, but you can add milk if desired. The flavor of this drink will entrance any palate with its exquisite taste that leaves every sip feeling like pure blissful fulfillment!

My son & I were wanting to try a new place for coffee this morning. I found this place from a Facebook group & couldn’t wait to check it out. Great place to sit & relax while enjoying your coffee. We tried 2 different toast flavors & were impressed by both. Little on the more expensive side but totally worth it. I will continue to try new things here & will definitely bring my business back. Customer service was pretty good considering they were busy making orders the entire time we were here. No complaints at all.

Whoa. I’ve been wanting to come to Zen forever to try a coffee flight. It was amazing!! First of, great service. Next, cozy environment. For the flight I chose the Belgian waffle (hot), London Fog (hot), Vanilla Silk (iced), and lastly a Matcha latte (iced). I have to say that I usually hate Matcha… It tastes like grass to me. This one though? So delicious!!! The London Fog was one of the best I’ve ever had. I’ll absolutely be back.

Excellent Belgium waffle latte – wow!! Toast flight is such a great idea & I love the variety and opportunity to try different things. I was a little disappointed in the slow service as my friend didn’t get her food until most of us were done eating.
I was also slightly disappointed in the peach toast as it was soggy and the peaches tasted canned, and the avo toast – it was just plain & should have more toppings. I recommend adding pickled red onion & a poached egg.
The honey bee toast, lox toast and caprese toasts were EXCELLENT!

The other recommendation I have is rearranging the tables. There is one small walk way to get to the back/other room and we all had to back up to let someone go by. I would move the 2-person tables in the middle to being right against the wall to open it up a bit.
    Overall good experience!

We came with a large group, this was the perfect choice to get the right option for each of us. From coffee (hot/cold), latte, mocha, tea, hot chocolate, lemonade and more. The coffee flights were a fun way to give everything a try.

The atmosphere was chill, the service was fantastic and we loved it.

    G’day,
Based on instagram, we were excited by the prospect of getting a latte board. We were disappointed – a novelty at best.
Seemed like the liquid was just poured into the cups, the dregs of cream splashed on the top and bulk syrups added at the end. No coffee flavour at all. Three of us ordered the same lattes, but received three different versions. And, our Belgian lattes didn’t come with waffles.
Ultimately, the veneer of Insta didn’t survive the actual interaction with the lattes.
Disappointingly not worth the effort – hopefully our Saturday morning experience isn’t the standard.
    Bagels/scones were acceptable.

Love this place! Great coffee and ambience. Absolutely love the outdoor area in the back! So quaint!! The staff is super sweet as I couldn’t punch the hole in my plastic lid and spilled it all over the counter in the process 🤦🏻‍♀️. The staff was very understanding about it and told me happens daily!
That’s the only negative to this place: they need new lids for the plastic cups!
Otherwise, I always love coming here!

Good espresso style coffee and variety of vegan treats including brownies, muffins and burritos. Wish found this place earlier have been struggling to find well made espresso coffees in the area.

I had a vanilla Latte here and it was awesome. Most place I go have little flavor and is excessive on the vanilla. This place has it just right!

Didn’t know this one existed. I’ve only gone to the one on 30th. My dad came to visit from Seattle and I took him to about five different coffee spots all around Omaha. Hardy’s was his favorite. I even mailed him a bag of beans on his birthday. Needless to say though, this is a great little tucked neighborhood location.

We have been to Hardy in all the locations. Truly enjoy it. Just got the peppermint Mocha with extra peppermint. Really good. They have been consistent every time we have visited over the years. Highly recommend. FYI…they do not over sweeten their drinks. So if you like your drinks sweet you might consider adding extra syrup.

Cool little coffee shop with an industrial vibe. The chocolate latte was very tasty. They have a good selection of beans to take home from different regions of the world. Everyone was super friendly.

So many great options. I’d never tried a chocolate latte (as opposed to a mocha) and it was absolutely delicious. The breakfast sandwiches are really good, too, and they are made with like sweet corn bread.

Very nice coffee. ☕️ very nice. Tasty, creamy, not bitter.

I liked the decorations of the place too. Neat and cozy. I liked how they had plants and painted walls.

    The staff was friendly.

I did not like the smelly bathroom though.

Cappuccino is so good with coffee cake. The coffee cake had such a great texture. Nice and open place to relax sipping a good cup of coffee.

Edit: The last 2 visits have been disappointing. I’ll be back for one last try, but I can’t in good conscience say the consistency is there. The drinks (both mine and others) from the last 2 visits were poured out due to an extreme bitterness. On top of that, the cortado and latte were the same volume…if you know espresso beverages, you know that’s incorrect, and at this price point, the basics should be known.

Original: Pretty chill space. They’ve got shirts, pour over coffee apparatus, bean grinders, and bags of coffee beans for sale in the front. The bags of coffee also include the “roasted on” date, which is extremely important in selecting quality coffee to bring home.

The espresso drinks have consistently been above average, and I’ve found myself disappointed at seeing the bottom of the cup each time, just wishing for there to be one more sip.

The scones I’ve tried have all been pretty good once warmed up.

As far as pricing goes, it seems a little steep on initial glance. But given the area, and the quality of coffee, I’d say it’s pretty well on point.

I’ll continue to be a repeat customer as long as I’m in the area.
