They killed it. Double checked our order. Drinks were surprisingly perfect. I don’t usually review Starbucks or quick stops but they earned it. Great job!

I’ve left reviews for this location a few times before and it honestly varies a lot from year to year, but right now (December 2022) there’s a barista named Willow who is the fckn best ever. I haven’t had a latte as good as she makes since I was a Starbucks barista back in 2014 and made them myself! As far as I can tell, she’s there in the mornings during the week. Definitely go get a drink from her. I will change the way you think about coffee. Thanks Willow!

Convenient location. However be prepared to maybe wait in line a little bit if you’re in your vehicle. Always have provided excellent coffees and lattes and frappuccinos in the past do not think today will be any different. Customer service is always been very good. The location May throw you off as it appears that you’re in a bank or at a bank. Just go slightly pass the drive-thru area of the banking and then you’re able to get into this establishment.

Friendly and patient staff. I’m not sure what happen to my double smoked. It was discombobulated, taste was fine, but it was all torn apart.

The avocado toast is so savory and satisfying! Match with the matcha for the beat pick me up on the road.
✭✭✭✭✭ By Rita Amber (3 months ago)
Big fan of the Dunkin brand but this location disappoints. The customer service is good but they never have any inventory… no milk, no donuts, no breakfast sandwiches, no tots, no matcha… and the list goes on. It’s taken me years and close to a dozen visits to finally decide this location is not worth the frustration.

My daughter went an picked up donuts for the family and according to my daughter, the customer service was awful as the workers were very rude!. When she brought the doughnuts directly home for us to eat. Both the cake and raised doughnuts were extremally dry like a doughnut you would eat the next day. These doughnuts were not fresh doughnuts.
By Shane Hughbanks (3 months ago)
Being 20 miles away, it is very disappointing to make the trip for Jelly and Bavarian Cream donuts, only to find every single time, morning, noon, or night, the shelves are empty. Then to be told, “Sorry we’re sold out” adds insult to injury. If you’re a business owner and have a product that is in demand and sells out, wouldn’t you tell your Baker to make double the quantity next time ? When the shelves start going bare, why isn’t the manager telling the Baker to fill them back up ? Hard to understand a business selling fresh products that fails to make more when the supply is running out.

The worst. Supposed to open at 5 am, most days not even open at 7am. Always take a long time and often get order wrong. Kid behind the counter was rude, tried to intimidate me and slammed the door when I pointed out the don’t open on time. “We only have 4 people!!” Not the customer’s problem Dunkin, you failed

Cool ambiance, wonderful building art, and nice staff. Didn’t spend much time here but I would if I had it. Coffee was good—but I don’t care enough about coffee taste to have a very relevant opinion. I’d love to sit and work here though!

Really neat place in downtown Pueblo. The food, a bagel, was very good. The strawberry gratis (sp?) was nice. I had a pour over coffee. Bit weak for my taste but is was well prepared. The staff were great and the place was busy with locals. Always a good sign

I usually don’t write negative reviews but I’m fed up with this place. On a few occasions my order was less than but today topped it all. I ordered an eye opener and an iced coffee. I was the only car in the drive thru yet had to wait over 10 min before I was even greeted at the window… whatever. Then I get to work, take a bite and the bread was so hard and stale I couldn’t even bite it completely off. I open my sandwich and see the cheese was over baked (burnt) on the bagel and the egg was barley there…but tons of bacon! I tried to call the location (no answer and voicemail full) then I find another number, the marketing office, they say they can’t help to keep trying to call the location. So here I am. Hopefully this gets the attention of SOMEBODY 🙄 I’m very upset as my sandwich was $6+ 🚮 If you want a burnt bacon bagel sandwich, this is your place! I won’t be back!!

Highly recommend the Carnitas Burrito and a cortado. Good people. Great service. Plenty of space indoors and outdoors to hang.

I’ve yet to get a great tasting coffee here. Everytime, its been a total fail. How wrong can you get a simple coffee no sugar + half/half? I got a half/half with a splash of coffee instead. The coffees I’ve had here has always been a terrible mixture. Overly sweet, overly brewed/bitter, overly creamed. How does one enjoy coffee like that? I want to support local business, please train your baristas! See the photo…that is supposed to be plain coffee with splash of half/half…not hard to make! Plus there were no other customers but me..so they weren’t rushing. I was charged $6+ for this drink…lol..my e-receipt said “latte”..🤣..really.. I should just stop trying, since they aren’t changing how they handle customer service and quality. One star for ambience. Get way better coffee at convenience store, without the frustration and let down.

The Starbucks I go to is really nice. The atmosphere is smooth, calm, & relaxing. It’s my favorite color green so I really enjoy being there. The Starbucks associates are awesome. They’re so friendly & always smiling. They have such great camaraderie. They always make you feel welcome like family.

I have ordered the same drink for at least a couple of years. 4 shots of espresso with cold foam. Today I was told I would have to pay for vanilla sweet cream cold foam, because the foam button wasn’t charging me. Why would I be charged for something I am not getting. Is blended up non fat milk really 1.25 extra the same as sweet cream!!!!! This is terrible customer service. Be aware of what they are charging you!!!!

Really disappointed in the customer service as well as product options. A drink that I’ve been getting for over a year has suddenly changed, and when I asked the lady at the window about it, she just blew me off and said it hadn’t changed. When I asked further because it was clearly different suddenly, then she said it had been discontinued. Basically, now you have to pay extra for what you got for free in the past. While trying to figure out more about this since there wasn’t anyone in line behind me, she literally just turned away from the window and started working on something else while I was in mid sentence. Didn’t even attempt to finish the conversation or even say goodbye. Just turned around and walked away. Extremely rude. I wasn’t mad or anything about what she had told me, I was genuinely just asking questions, because I want to figure out if the old way the drink was sold was still an option. I guess she thought I was taking up too much of her time though, and she just left in the middle of the conversation. Between the awful customer service, and the fact that the only drink I liked there is gone, I don’t think I’ll be back any time soon.

Waited for a good while on my mobile order which was fine till I got my iced coffee. I put it in my cup holder and took off just to take my coffee out and the cup was BROKEN inside another cup. Pure laziness! Knowing the cup is broken so putting the broken cup in another cup, it leaked on the seats of my brand new car!

Delicious and cute! We had the breakfast burrito with green chili sauce and the chicken fried steak with the sausage gravy. Both were YUMMY! The gravy had tons of large chunks of sausage. The green chili sauce had a hint of spice and was the perfect complement to the burrito. The food came quickly. The staff was attentive and friendly. Cute place with a nice vibe.

Great service from our server, Hope. A bargain price for the food, less than $30 for two breakfast dishes, served quickly and with a smile.

Definitely check this place out if you’re in town. Sit outside if the weather is nice, and take advantage of the view of the Pueblo Union Depot across the street.

Memorable. Greeted by friendly staff, and the short wait was spent enjoying the enchanting outdoor dining area. The food was outstanding: eggs benedict w/ perfect potatoes, avocado toast loaded with flavor, coffee, and a large cinnamon roll to end with. I will recommend and look forward to my return.
