I’ve been coming to Roasters whenever I’m in Pasco WA area. First they open at the @ss crack of dawn which is fantastic for those who need to be on the road early Friendly service, beautiful new updates, tasty coffees and bakery. Enjoy

Kenna and Calypso were absolutely amazing, they helped us remake a drink from a different location that didn’t taste quite right. They were extremely professional and so kind. We will only be coming back to this excellent black rock! 🤍

Horrible! Worst coffee I have ever had in my life. Ever since they have taken over Roasters, it’s gone completely down hill. Do not waste your time or money unless you want burnt shots and an extreme amount of sugar and flavor to try to cover the taste. It’s sad to see such as an amazing company as Roasters be taken over by a corporate company that does not care about their customers or employees. Take your money and go else where. A waste of my time and money since its not even drink able. I will never ever buy blackcrap again. Try Swigg instead. They have good quality coffee and are all about supporting local. Starbucks blows this nasty drink out of the water, and that’s just sad.

Ever since roasters was sold. The quality of literally everything went in the toilet. With the service being the worst of it. Waited for my drink longer than 30min.

Customer service is outstanding. I love their coffee and hibiscus 🌺 tee. Once in a while I drive from Yakima to the Tri Cities just for a black rock coffee.

They get two stars because sometimes the barista/o’s can be kind and but majority of the time they are overwhelming busy and don’t even pay attention to you at this location. On top of that, I just came by asking for a remake on a drink that they made (it was a new one for me but tasted horrible) and they told me they don’t do remakes. Lol, on your company website it says you guarantee the craft tho. So I’m just a little confused on the agenda this location is pushing. Overall, confusing and they drinks are trashy to be honest. Go to Blackrock coffee or even Starbucks! Yes, I said that. 🤣 Cold brew here tastes like iced coffee with sugar added in.

Use to live in Pasco so I always went to the one on Rd 68, and their store is just awful. This location however, is definitely my favorite. It’s a bonus that it’s the closest to my apartment. With their drive through structure which is not the best, the baristas have to be fast and they always succeed in that area. And my favorite drink has never been made anything less than perfection. My only issue is that they make it so good I tend to end up stopping by a little too much.

Who doesn’t love Dutch Brothers it’s my very favorite coffee shop in the whole Tri-Cities. We always get the picture perfect freeze and the golden eagle freeze and a pup cup. My service dog Brutus absolutely loves getting his pup cup he thinks he’s so extra special when he gets one. It consists of whipped cream and a dog bone. They also have an app where you can collect points accumulatively to get free drinks and if you want to you can send free drinks from your app to a friend. Like I said what’s not to love about Dutch Bros.

On Veterans Day I was at 496 Keene Rd, location and y’all were slammed. The 4/5 people inside were running none stop. I was so disgusted with the fellow customers. Worrying about someone getting there’s 1st, taking so long, blah blah blah. I hope y’all didn’t take any of it to heart all of you were working hard. Thank you for the smiles and positive attitudes!

Staff are friendly to a fault.
Dutch Bros doesn’t rank super high on my list because their drinks are scarcely related to coffee.
Get a breve here and it’s very hit or miss, as I think they’re used to the syrups disguising the fact that they only pull a good shot by chance?
If you’re looking for a sweet drink, they’re better than Starbucks, at least.

First time here really. The inside was clean and nicely decorated. My fiancée got the breakfast in bed crepe and I got the monthly special, peaches and creame. Both were very tasty. The only issue there seemed to be was when they delivered our order in a to-go-bag my order seemed to be missing. After I took it up with the manager (maybe the owner) it was corrected and I was given a complementary card for a free lemon and sugar crepe on my next visit. Looking forward to my next visit, thanks!

Visited Kagen for crepes and coffee on a Friday morning. We got 2 different crepes, a sweet with lemon filling and a savory with gravy and bacon in it. The sweet crepe was pretty good nothing more than that and was a VERY small portion, especially for the price. The savory crepe was a better portion size but was also nothing to write home about. The saving grace was the coffee which was on the sweeter side but was great overall. The one other thing that I did not enjoy was that there was food on most of the tables and seats and that may not be the norm but it was noticeable that it wasn’t as clean as most places. All in all this was an okay experience but the price of about $30 for 2 crepes and a coffee guarantees I’ll be looking elsewhere the next time I go for brunch.

Should be called coffee and quesadillas. The stuffing is a very thin layer of mostly cheese and a little egg and deli ham (got the all American and monte crusty). On the other hand the coffee is very tasty. When I said I wanted it to go, they added a 2.7$ “service charge.” I had to ask what it was for- it’s for the “to go box and plastic silverware.” They don’t have this charge on the menu- it’s illegal in WA to have a hidden service charge. Also, 2.7$ for a cardboard box?

The restaurant is beautiful. The employees are almost to nice. The Crepes are exquisite. The price is a little high. I left hungry. Mind you I am cheep if $10 won’t fill me up I am sad. Lol Full sweet Crepes $10 each half order $8.50. Coffee From Rockabillies was “ok” “my wife drinks coffee not me” $2.15. orange juice bottled I could get a grocery store$3.00. I would have loved to see some fresh squeeze orange juice. They have free Wi-Fi and overall was a great experience today my first time eating Crepes. My wife is quite the connoisseur she loves their crepes. I did not notice it until we were leaving or I would have picked it up and played it while I was there but they have a guitar hanging on the wall that says please play me!:I love that. Total with tip $28.35

This Starbucks has been the better one that I’ve gone to. Staff is very friendly and are quick and professional about any kinds of questions, requests or complaints. I notice here the staff always seem to be in a great mood and smiles everywhere. The atmosphere is very soothing and calming. Good place to do school work or study. Very clean. Bathrooms remarkably cleaner than most other Starbucks, baristas are also a lot more bubbly and cheerful, they are always smiling and make you feel welcomed. I don’t know if they have vegetarian drinks/food but with them being a Starbucks and being vegetarian is alot more common now and days, I’m sure the have vegetarian drinks/ food. Would definitely recommend coming to this Starbucks.

I go here every now and then but they lack consistency and often mess us my order and very rarely do they get it wright. The people from time to time are either nice or rude, it’s like visiting a new country for the first time as your not sure what to expect. Still it’s Starbucks and people like what they will so ignore the new increased prices for a cup of ice and enjoy your cup of Joe.

The staff is amazing, all of them. Fast friendly, quality service with a smile! They are very busy most of the time so I do recommend mobile orders!

This is my Starbucks of choice. I love the employees here and the service they provide. I haven’t once had a bad experience here and love the way they interact with their customers.

I come to this location most often in the morning before 8 am. They tend to be quote busy but I have good timing with a mobile order. I have not seen as much of a rush during other times of the day. I enjoy the baristas here and the space is decent for sitting in the dining area.

Need less flirting interaction with their customers. Feels like it take 15 mins to get a drink here. The coffee shop on Bombing range is way faster than this one.

My favorite coffee place I don’t drink coffee but I love the energy drinks most always delicious but its embarrassing when they ask if I want to leave a tip on my card every time not comfortable with that if I wanted to leave a tip I usually do but I feel pressure to leave one when they ask

never had bad service at blackrock, baristas are always super engaged & friendly but not in a pushy annoying way if you know what i mean. the drinks are a little underwhelming considering the hype that i was introduced to the place with. the chai chiller is really tame in flavor & the last one i received was more liquid than chilled. my only reoccurring order seems to be the blended mexican mocha; crazy good but still very rich! i definitely see how some people get hooked, but for me it feels like an acquired taste.

It can get busy at times especially when they running the $2 medium coffee all day special. Limited snack choices. Limited coffee flavor offerings. I guess their pricing is commensurate to the taste and quality of their offerings. 3 1/2 stars.
