Honestly disappointed is an understatement, this was our first time here since we uust moved to AR from Washington State…we ordered 3 drinks, a 20oz mocha, a 20oz egg nog single latte and a 24oz energy drink; came out to over $21 with a 15%tip. (Regretting the tip for sure now)
After she handed us the drinks I asked if there was a mistake in the drinks she gave us as one was definitely not 20oz and the other was, she then says “well its like a 20oz here and the other is a 20oz!” I truly wasn’t in the mood to argue with her and just said “okay that doesn’t add up” especially because she made zero sense! (See the photos below) then go to drink the egg nog latte and it’s not even full!
We will not be going back to any 7brews again!

Super friendly staff! Always super quick to get the coffee out with their long lines and it always tastes amazing! Love that they offer pup cups for my dog as well! Their coffee always very pretty, but if you have any specific dietary needs this one always seems to mess it up. I always ask for sugar free and a milk substitute but they always seem to mess one or the other up which sucks because they are always super nice.

Unimpressed. The music is so loud you have to shout your order and the girl couldn’t hear me. No markings or signage for where to go so we accidentally got in a line. I ordered a hot half sweet pumpkin spice latte. It tastes like gross sweet milk, can’t taste the coffee at all no pumpkin spice flavor. Tried this so didn’t have to go across traffic to Starbucks. Do not understand all the hype.

I I first drink seven brew coffee in Fayetteville Arkansas. I ordered a hot Blondie and it was great. I drank it two or three other times in Fayetteville Arkansas. I was told Fort Smith was getting one and was very excited. My first hot Blondie I got at the Fort Smith location when it opened was delicious I had to be even bought a friend one and she liked it since then. The coffee has not been near as good. Just got one today same just does not taste good.

I love this Starbucks the staff is always so friendly and they mixed up my bagel and immediately fixed it! I was so happy and I love their energy at this store! And they made sure I scanned my code in the app to get stars even though I was paying with just a card! I love them here if I could give them 10/5 stars I would.

Really polite, chill location. I would just appreciate seeing my name on the cup so that I am certain that I am picking up my drink.

I dont know why I go to Starbucks. Its so over-priced. Everyone was nice, but they inly had one person making drinks, one at the window and one standing at the register. There was a manager, but she was working on paperwork. It wasnt super busy, but that one batista was very busy. I had asked for light ice, I dont think they know what light ice is, lol.

We wanted to try this coffee shop out because it is freezing outside and there is only so much you can do to keep warm while running after a hyperactive child at the playground for so long.

We really liked the setup of the place. My daughter LOVES the phone booth. She keeps trying to call Ryder from Paw Patrol saying there is an emergency that needs to be fixed. Hilarious.

I like the beer that I was able to get while my wife got the coffee and she said it tasted really good. We also picked up an orange muffin, homemade cream soda jelly beans, and some rock candy for her. Everything was good and the atmosphere was nice and friendly. Will come back

Nice cafe in front of a park at rogers. They have a great array of beverages under coffee, tea, smoothie etc.. we bought a cold mocha and a double shot espresso. We also bought a veggie sandwich which was so fresh and neatly packed.
They have a nice library upstairs, free wifi and couple of cozy corners for reading.

Our group of 9 came here mid-afternoon for drinks only. It was a very hot day so most of the group got iced drinks and smoothies. They were very good. It’s a great location right in front of the park. Definitely recommend.

Good coffee, friendly and fast service, clean bathrooms, and a great selection of flavors. I would love to like it. HOWEVER I feel that in times like these, having a Soviet styled red star that is now associated with Russia’s genocidal war in Ukraine is insensitive and problematic. I can’t condone a coffeeshop that has such a hateful symbol in its design. I think you should redesign the logo. If you would do this, it would be a five star place.

Iron Horse Coffee is a real gem, the heart and soul of downtown Rogers. The atmosphere, decor, and menu offerings remain largely unchanged since I first set foot here almost 25 years ago – a paean to the rise of the 90s coffee house, before Starbucks dared make ingress to small Midwestern towns as these.

The coffee here is simple, well made, and reasonably priced. With shelves upon shelves of books and arrays of well-worn couches and booths, IHCC offers a great way to spend an afternoon or evening either alone or with friends.

This is our favorite location in the area!! ( they are all great) but this location always goes above and beyond. Friendly customer service. Drinks are made just right. Today I ordered 3 drinks and the girl with the short black hair took an extra step and recommended a drink for me. She also labeled my drinks for me and gave me a drink carrier. Thank you guys for always being amazing!!!

I come here religiously. The coffee is always great, never had a bad one. But even better than that is the people that work there. They are so kind and friendly, and at my regular spot, they even started remembering my drink order. I love the atmosphere and the people, and if you need something remade they are so nice about it.

Local chain, drive- through coffee place. I’m really impressed. I took an iced mocha, which was really good. The size of the ‘small’ is much bigger than that of the Starbucks! The coffee was much better too. Now I will explore more this coffee joint. They have many locations across the NWA. At this location, the staff was very friendly, and cute.

Pup cup approved! Always have super good service at this location. Staff is always very nice and offer a pup cup when they see the doggos. My dog always knows and whines until she gets one. Love this location

My mom and I are coffee conissiers and I swear we have coffee flowing through our veins. We found this cute little coffee shop next to our hotel (how convenient!!) and have been coming through the drive thru every morning. My family and I came to Arkansas from Arizona due to some sad circumstances….my grandpa died and it’s affected everyone in different ways. It’s been a difficult thing to get through, but the kindness from the 7Brew crew we’ve gotten is out of this world. When one of the baristas (Campbell) asked us how we’re doing and why we’re visiting the state, he proceeded to make sure we have a free drink every time we come due to our loss, which was very nice of him. Every time he took our orders he checked on us and asked how we’re doing and seemed genuinely curious about our well-being (which is nice because most people just ask to make conversation but he made the effort to actually care). He even remembered our drinks when we came thru the second time.
The entire 7Brew crew is wonderful, but Campbell in particular has made our stay a little better and our hearts a little less heavy.

This coffee shop is great for quick service, delicious coffee, and kindness from the baristas.
If I’m ever in Arkansas again, I am definitely coming back to 7Brew 🙂

Had a lovely visit to Einstein bagel recently. Food was good and staff were very efficient and polite. The bagel was good as expected coffee I went for the French vanilla roast and it tasted almost chemically enhanced so wouldn’t bother with that again.

Einstein Bros never disappoints! They have phenomenal customer service. Their service is fast and efficient. Whether you are getting a bagel and shmear, or one of their bagel sandwiches, you will be happy! Their cold brew coffee is always on point! Do yourself a favor and download the app and start collecting points towards free food.

This is a very nice location. A large dining area, well lit, and clean. The coffee pots were kept full although the creamers run out pretty fast. Not sure how they could correct that. The staff was very friendly and they make great sandwiches.

If you’ve never been to an Einstein, there are several coffee flavors available at all times and are in dispensers where you serve yourself with free refills. The bagels are fresh every morning and worth trying every flavor.

Over the years Einstein has changed it’s coffee (they now serve Caribou), but that’s not this restaurant’s fault. I wish they would go back to the old ‘brew’, it was much better, but I know that’s just a dream. Overall this is a great location and we would recommend.

I’ve been coming here for years as a regular but it has changed.

One day the system was down and they charged my card on the owners personal square account. They didn’t tell me so later that day I spent hours trying to figure out why this strange charge on my account was there from a person I didn’t know. It wasted a lot of my time. Extremely unprofessional.

Another time I ordered a breakfast burrito and the employee told me at check out that it was $10 even though the sign says it is $6.99. She acted like it was my fault for not knowing and asked me to know for next time. How about you Change your sign to reflect the price? That was a month ago and it still isn’t changed on the sign.

Their system seems to always be down now so I can’t get reward points for my purchases. I should have earned many free rewards by now but I can’t because there is no way to add receipts later in their reward system.

Several workers were there for years and were so good. New workers are rarely as nice or as efficient as old workers.

I have little incentive to keep returning after years of business.

Every time I come to Einsteins bros bagels I’m never disappointed, the food and the most wonderful service that I’ve ever experienced. Today, I got a bagels with chips and they forgot my chips and gave a cute apology and a muffin, how sweet whatever you are doing keep it up! What a beautiful team!
