Very tasty Food, the trade off is a really long wait time compared to similar diners. Great food isn’t fast! This place offers Hometown history featuring ships and the men and women who operate them. Overall Great quality food. Worth the wait when busy.

This place is amazing! Great breakfast food. Clean. Super friendly staff. Rad decorations of sea captains. Pictures of ore haulers etc. This place is a true gem. Worth driving across the bridge of you live in duluth or are visiting.

Always a delicious breakfast and really reasonable prices. Fast and friendly service- my coffee never hit the halfway mark. Menu has enough variety to keep everyone happy.

My husband and I came in this afternoon for a late brunch. Our server was Tory/Tori?
I had biscuits and gravy with a side of eggs. My husband got the cinnamon french toast.
My husband loved the french toast, it was an interesting meal. It had actual cinnamon rolls as the base.
My food was good as well, unfortunately the sausage chunks within my sausage and gravy were very cold. I asked my waitress if it could be microwaved, she was happy to do so but I heard the cook arguing with her about it and that is why they got 4 stats instead of 5. It made it uncomfortable. To the cheif, I have no reason to lie. I paid for my meal and did not want a new one but if I wanted cold sausage I would go eat it directly from the freezer.
Otherwise everything was good. My eggs were cooked correctly and Tori was attentive. She kept put coffee topped off and seemed to be a pretty cheerful individual.
I would return and would recommend it if you want breakfast foods in the afternoon or evening. The kids menu is pretty cute too. Prices are reasonable as well. Booth seats are a tad dirty and it is a seat yourself restaurant.

I’m not sure I’m the poster child for McDonald’s but I do eat at McDonald’s or get things to drink often two or three times every day. Since I travel and have family in several States I was visiting friends and relatives and stopped at this store in Superior. I often get to know the workers and managers pretty well and my first impression of Alan the manager was highly positive. I knew right away if I had any issues this was the kind of person that would diffuse any conflict or frustration. He was approachable and not a letter of the law type person or my way or the highway way of being. Clearly he understood the McDonald’s mantra of give them the pickle and if I made a special request I’m sure he would honor it within reason of course. Too many times managers hold their ground and won’t give a person an extra pickle or lemon or a few extra onions on their sandwich and they want to charge for everything which goes against what I believe in and what I think fast foods and restaurants should be about, which is the customer. I definitely would put him at the top of any manager I’ve ever met in over 8 or 10 states that I’ve traveled. I just wanted everyone to know that this is a store I would come back to again and definitely will on my travels and current visit. Maybe we could hire Alan away to do training for managers around the country so they understand the McDonald’s mantra “give them the pickle”…. He definitely would do his best to make sure customers are satisfied from my first impression and my experience in chatting with him.

The manager in 🌈 flair is amazing. All staff are 100% professional and keep it clean. And arguably have the best views of any McDonald’s I’ve ever visited in my life. Lake superior is amazing

This is the second time in the same week I’ve been here and they messed up again! And these are supposed to be Big Mac’s! Not to mention they pulled me off to the side and made me wait almost 20 min just to bring it to me!

Giving this location 1 star because yesterday I found a fruit fly in my Hi-C right after we had drove away from the drive through. I’ve heard this isn’t this location’s only instance of pests finding their way into food/drinks and that someone once got a sandwich from here with a fly in it.

Food was mediocre and they wouldn’t even give me a job. The hiring process was a horrible video clip filled disasterpiece of a time to complete. I will eat here only if I’m dying of hunger otherwise I recommend across the street at burger king 🍔 👑 if you want a real meal 😋

Food was wonderful! Stopped for a late late breakfast, waitress and food was excellent! Five of us ate for under $80 which is good for me. Daughter wasn’t a fan of the mac&cheese she got but…. The Super huge perk was the 🐰’s all over the grass outside of the restaurant and the view doesn’t hurt! But…… 🐰 🐇!¡!

Great stop for breakfast after an early hockey game. The staff set us up in the side room with a great view.

Food was served quickly to.our large group. Meal was perfect.

Server was excellent. I bought a muffin when I was leaving and it’s burnt on one side. How did quality let that go out? I’m extremely disappointed. I have a picture if you need it. Updated::: no comment from anyone at the location. Moving to 2 stars

I love Perkins Restaurant & Bakery.
Perkins is a every Friday routine for me.
I’ve tried everything probably on the list.
I did a curb side pickup.
Tonight I had the Chicken Strip Melt.
Can never go wrong with there sandwiches or there burgers.
Want a sandwich I recommend the chicken strip melt.
Want a burger I recommend the Tangler Burger with BBQ sauce.
Tangled burger is actually the only burger I’ll get at Perkins.
It became my favorite out of all the others burgers.
Very big and very full filling.
    Customer service is always kind.
    Very welcoming

OK I just have to say that I’ve been here for 15 years and I’ve never even heard of the kitchen. Until recently it’s this little off the wall Restaurants/diner with so much history my waitress Chris, she loves her job and It just pours out of her she gave me so many recommendations on what to have and she told me that everything here is phenomenal and I can’t explain the experience I just had with these pancakes it’s like fall and going to grandma’s house when you’re a kid. they’re amazing yeah by far the best pancakes I have ever had and my waitress was amazing. overall 5 stars if you haven’t gone here and you must go

Fun place – a lot of funny signs and I loved the shirts on the wait staff. More importantly the service was good and we had an excellent breakfast. I had the hash brown omelet and it was excellent. Cash only but low prices and a great value. I would go back any time I am in the area.

If you’re looking for the quintessential American cheap eats, fast service, bad-for-you but delicious food, you found it at The Kitchen in Superior WI. You may not get the most polite service, but you will get hot food, quickly and on the cheap. Look online to see the hours before you go because they are not open all day into the evening like many restaurants. If you’re in Superior Wi and want some quick, cheap American eats, go here.

Wonderful staff, wonderful food, amazing prices it’s a tiny rickety building in an odd location with limited hours and it’s awesome. You don’t go here for the decor. You go for a delicious filling breakfast at a ridiculously good price. The staff is as friendly as can be. The only thing I miss about working overnights is stopping here on the way home. Makes me hungry typing this. Highly recommended if you can see past the run down building. It’s part of it’s charm in my book.

We were happily surprised that their espresso was awesome! It had a fruity and salty note in the back of the palate. It was smooth and it made an great cortado. They gave us a tour of the roasterie and we had an awesome conversation with one of the roasters. They were incredibly welcoming. Great customer service and great Coffee!

Fun spot. Good coffee. Friendly service.
    Inside and outside seating.
    Love the vibe.
My one note is that it could use a bit of a wipe down/cleaning.
Booths and glass was a bit dirty.

I’ll start off by saying I am VERY picky when it comes to coffee.

This place does NOT disappoint. The employees are super friendly, and know what they are doing. Came here several times and the coffee was nothing less than incredible each time. You can taste the subtle flavors in the coffee even in their espresso shots. Very impressed and will definitely keep coming here!

This has become a must stop spot for me whenever I’m in Duluth. Love the delicious Coffee, and can’t get enough of that rich smell! The best Coffee shop around, hands down.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff who will tell you all about the coffee and farmers growing the beans. Cozy atmosphere and delicious. They have limited pastry options but the ones they had were delicious. They had a horchata latte that was featured when we went and it was pretty good with a rice-forward taste that I appreciated. Would recommend and will be buying those Aredo beans!
