The cost of a grande coffee latte is $5 but I was charged $6.45, the coffee is over toasted which gives it an extra flavor interesting but not what I prefer. Overall taste good, the ambiance is inviting and cozy. Recommend it.

For the Friday morning i was looking for a coffee and breakfast place and came across The Blind Tiger Cafe. The cafe’s atmosphere was amazing and loved the decor. Cool cafe with different coffee options as well options to eat. After browsing through the menu I ordered Hot Cafe Con Leche, Pumpkin Bread, Thai Tea, Avocado Toast and Butter Croissant. From the order first I got the coffee and Thai tea and then I got different food options that I ordered. The coffee was freshly roasted as well as hot. I loved the coffee. The pumpkin bread was delicious and I loved the bread. One of the amazing pumpkin bread I ever had. We loved the butter croissant and avocado toast as well. Both were delicious and tasty. Amazing food. One little disappointment was the Thai tea. It can be made better. Rest everything was up-to the mark and amazing.

Great little coffee shop with a great logo in the heart of Ybor. The pour over was extremely delicious and their specialty drink was good as well. I have removed two stars because of the female working today-she seems to like to talk…a LOT…I stood behind someone waiting for over 12 min at the register while she “chatted” with him-seeing me stand there knowing I’m waiting to order-but her personal conversation was much more important. Then-waiting for my drinks-she stands around talking to other coworkers who were trying to work-until one stopped her mid sentence to tell another guest and myself that our “orders are coming right up”. Her talking made others wait over 10 min for their drinks. She then walks from behind the counter to go and sit with the man who had been in front of me at the order section, to sit and chat some more with him-while the trash can directly behind her chair was overflowing and the place was quite dirty. Absolutely the worst type of employee to have at a coffee shop.

The Blind Tiger in Ybor city is a great place to grab some food and a hot beverage! I would describe the staff as goofy and friendly. Definitely a lively and eclectic bunch. The food is fabulous and they give very generous portions. The breakfast sandwich is enough for two people, or one really hungry person. Come on down and see em at the Blind Tiger; you won’t believe your eyes.

I visited Ybor City about 5 years ago to buys some hand rolled cigars. We stopped at The Blind Tiger Cafe for a coffee and I took some photos of the decor. My daughter loved the pics and I took her there last week for lunch when we had to go to Tampa. Had some great sandwiches and my daughter loved the mint tea. The story of how the place got it’s name is amusing as well.

It’s a nice place, we stopped by for a quick coffee break on our way back home. It’s a nice spot to hang out with friends. They have got great options for coffee and sandwiches as well. Another good aspect of this place is that they have got a few parking spots at the back of the store.

Amazing coffee and equally amazing staff, especially the barista Alix and the super friendly server Abigail! The best flat white in Tampa and they serve it in proper cups! If you want a cool place to take your friends for a chat and a delicious cup of Joe this is the place and specifically the Kennedy location.

The nitro cold brew was good. My partners vanilla latte was too milky with not enough espresso flavor. We were not called or greeted when our drinks were ready, and we had to ask to confirm that the drinks sitting on the counter were in fact ours, while employees awkwardly looked at us. Pretty atmosphere!

The original location of Buddy Brew just a stone’s throw away from the University of Tampa, Kennedy is a great quick stop for delicious Java. There is plenty of parking around back, curbside pickup and order ahead options, indoor and outdoor dining experiences, a rewards program, and plenty of merch to bring home with you if you find yourself to be an avid supporter of the brand, such as fresh roasted beans (which they’ll grind for you should you wish), mugs, stickers, shirts, light hoodies, hats, and more. For my first experience, I’d say it produces a cozy vibe, stellar customer service, and pretty solid coffee. I tried the Cortado, which was prepared beautifully and was unique from others that I have tried on flavor (presumably from the choice of roast). Since I purchased beans as well, I received a drip coffee to go, so I tried their Pig Jig roast. I thought it was pretty good, but I don’t usually prefer medium roast and would probably not order that particular brew again. I’m very excited to try their Free Wheelin’ and Mexico roasts back at home in my new Buddy Brew cup since in my area back in South Florida I can’t find these roast options in stores! In summary, I would say they are more like a 4.5, but since I was pleased with the overall experience, it was hard to say 4/5.

The wifi has been working great the past few times I’ve come. There are plenty of seating options and a good work/study vibe. Staff are super friendly.

The coffee is good! Love their lattes and just tried their new seasonal nitro cold brew drink 💯

But the food could be better IMO! I’ve gotten a couple of sandwiches and there is just SO much bread and little on the inside. You take a bite and just taste bread. Not worth the money. So far I’ve had the TBR and the Kennedy and they weren’t my fav, huge slices of bread.

Previous review: Don’t go here if you have work to do. The WiFi is trash. Ordered a $7 latte and had to leave cuz I couldn’t get any work done.

Give me that alleyway coffee any day of the week.

Spaddy’s is essentially a coffee truck that has set up in an alley in Seminole Heights and has built all kinds of interesting things around it. Old vans, mannequin parts, plants and murals join forces to create one of the most eclectic spots in all of the Bay area.

All this design would be for naught if Spaddy’s didn’t have a good product. Thankfully they do. Spaddy’s is probably the only coffee shop I’ve frequented that has convinced me to regularly purchase their special. They know how to marry unique and original in a tasty way. I remember an orange flavored latte (called the Florida Man) that really showed me how coffee can leave typical behind and become something new and fascinating.

Spaddy’s offers food items, I’ve never tried any of it. They also sell whole beans so you can bring their coffee home. I bought their Heights Blend home during my last visit. I was not disappointed.

Very cute little coffee spot, lots of seating. Lots of options on the menu to choose from. Small local and extremely down to earth experience. Unlike most coffee places, you have a few Barista’s, and a few patrons waiting for their fresh little cup of coffee, tea, or fresh Cuban toast from the nearby bakery. They are kind, quick, and very delicious.

Been going here for years. Great staff that turn out equally amazing coffee. My fav item is the sproda (which may or may not still be on the menu but they will still make it for you!) Which is a shot of espresso in sparkling water with the syrup of your choice (lavender is my go to).

Outdoor courtyard really separates this place from other shops. Love the people, vibes, and coffee so 10/10 every time.

On Saturday morning I went to see the sunrise. After sunrise i was looking for a place to have coffee. I searched around and decided to have coffee at Spaddy’s Coffee. It is a cool place and they provide a seating area also to enjoy coffee. By browsing through the menu I decided to order Espresso coffee with Milk plus Butter Toast. I got the order quickly. The coffee was hot and freshly roasted. Loved the coffee. The toasted bread was also good. Overall a nice place to have coffee.

I haven’t really been here yet but I’ve heard a lot about this place. So my review is more or less based on what I e heard from friends. Everything I’ve heard is good. A Lot of my cycling friends come here and meet up here to do a ride or coming from one. So for the most part is been all good vibes. I guess 8m just gonna have to join a ride out and stop in for some coffee and see what it’s hitting like. See you there🌀🚴

I had a good experience here. I visited twice for breakfast. I was happy to find vegan options for breakfast earlier than most places. Their coffee is of excellent quality as well (see below). I hope, over time, they can build up their vegan menu; I think they’re working on it from what the owner told me.

I will go back when I’m in the area. One thing I couldn’t place, something about the vibe of both the place and the people working there, was off. I would like to see more sustainable packaging! They are using one of the worst plastics you can use in terms of sustainability (ps6). Yet, I should say they were helpful and patient with my questions and food orders.

The pumpkin spice latte and Vietnamese coffee were high-quality drinks. The food also was tasty. The prices were very reasonable too.

I’ve been coming to Cafe Hey for over a decade. Cheong has created such a cool & creative atmosphere that is great for a mid-day unwind with a cup of coffee. They have plentiful options available, so nearly all dietary restrictions can be accommodated. They also have regular events, including poetry, open mic, and art shows. I love the Iced Cafe Con Leche! If you want to eat, I recommend the ‘Rebel Rebel’ sandwich.

I stopped in at Cafe Hey to try out the vegan breakfast burrito, but unfortunately, they were all out of the tofu scramble. I came in around 12:30, so I suppose I should accept that it’s first-come first-serve — they were even out of the beer I ordered. However, more accessibility to their full menu and pastries would be appreciated. The friendly staff member suggested the V.L.T (BLT with Sweet Earth bacon), to which I added avocado. The bread was flaky and delicious and the bacon was cooked better than I can cook that brand at home. Sadly, the tomato was pale and flavorless and there was a bit too much vegenaise, in my opinion. Also, the red cabbage was an unconventional but not very well-received ingredient added to the classic sandwich. The potato salad was very tasty and well-seasoned, albeit also heavy on the vegenaise. The guava turnover I ordered was good, not great. The overall atmosphere is cozy and welcoming; it’s a great place to get a cuppa and enjoy a book or talk with friends. I will be back to give this sweet little spot a second chance, but the first impression fell short of my expectations.

This place is becoming my new place to escape for a delicious, inexpensive Cuban coffee. I have to try some of the other options on the menu too.

Lots of local art and books create a cozy feel at this place. They also have signs for community events and upcoming comedy nights. This is clearly a local favorite.

I had a fantastic turkey sandwich (Turkey in the Grass, pictured). Just as I was thinking to myself “Wow, is this the best turkey sandwich I’ve ever had?”, another person in the shop shared that she was eating was the best turkey sandwich she’d ever had. Astonishingly, it wasn’t even the same sandwich – she’d ordered the Festival Turkey. I can only recommend the one I had, but I’ll be returning to try the other. Cheers!

I was looking to having a coffee and quick breakfast in the morning. I searched around me and decided to have Coffee from Caffeine Roasters. By browsing through the menu I decided to order Cafe Latte Medium and Egg & Cheese Croissant. The service was quick and I got my order in 10-15 minutes. The coffee was hot and freshly brewed. Loved the coffee. It made my day along with croissant. Loved the croissant too.

Visited with Lithuanians to remind them of a sliver of Lithuania during their study abroad. The menu board looks quite similar to the ones in Lithuania, and the taste is just as amazing.

Two things I have for recommendations:
    1. I miss the flower garnished pastries and tartes. I would’ve wanted to see more “to go options” like fruit cups, eclairs & other treats

    2. The dirty chai latte had no “mango” or “spicy” option like in Lithuania. I’m aware it is different in Latvia too but the mango tastes so good!

Everything else was perfect. Madison was awesome and I heard the two Lithuanian owners are very sweet.

I have yet to go inside but Caffeine Roasters has given great service and hot Dirty Chai Lattes every time I have come here. The parking lot is small but the drive thru goes by pretty fast. My hot drinks are never to hot or cold. And I really loved how they represented the Tampa Bay Lightning with the cup sleeve. Cute little coffee place

This place is hands down amazing. Cute inviting and a cozy atmosphere. A much better environment to sit and relax or get some work done rather than at a loud noisy coffee chain. The food is high quality and tastes amazing. The orange cold brew is a must try. This was my first time here and travis was amazing he was super friendly and made everyone feel welcome.

Really liked this place a lot! Had interesting kinds of coffee like Orange Cold Brew. It was super interesting. Cold brew with a hint of citrus flavor to it made the original bitterness of the cold brew fade but the strong sense of the cold brew is still present. Genius! Highly recommend trying it if it’s your first visit there. Workers were super friendly and efficient with when the food and drinks are being served in a timely manner. Workers were also insightful with what was on the menu so asking them about a certain drink specialty or what to recommend was super easy.

Downside: not a lot of outlets. Wish there were more outlets in the seated area. But it is still a nice place to chill at if you want somewhere to chill and read a book at or meet up with friends or as a date.

They offer drive-thru service too so makes on the go a lot easier. Would definitely come back for a visit whenever I go on a Tampa adventure again.
