This is only the third time in 66 years that I have sent a review. I got to the menu board at 5:59 pm. Someone said what would you like at 6:22 pm. Once to the pick up window it took less than 5 min to pay and get my food. I can tell you that I probably won’t go back again. I know that you don’t care or this wouldn’t have happened in the first place. While I waited at least 4 people drove off. Had my wife not been feeling well and wanted your product I would have driven off as well. I hope that at some point you start caring about your customers again. Thanks for reading. Al Purser

Sorry to report that this particular McDonald’s has horrible service. The employees are not hospitable. They seem to be working begrudgingly. Like you’re bothering them. Service is extremely slow, not courteous at all. Please change whoever is doing your hiring, so they will hire people who will pay more attention to details, & work at a faster pace. The younger employees you have there now, don’t care. I started out in fast food myself, and these people are going to get your establishment shutdown. If something isn’t done soon. I love McDonald’s but, hate this one. SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!

My nephew wanted a Happy Meal for his birthday. I had to wait for 30 minutes just to get to the speaker, another 20 minutes for them to actually get on the intercom and take my order. They said they had no milk and no juice for the Happy Meal. I said fine just don’t worry about the drink. I also ordered dinner for the rest of the family. It took a total of an hour at the drive thru to get a Happy meal with no drink, no toy, and no box, and then they left out the chicken nuggets. This McDonalds is a joke! It takes forever for them to take an order. This place just needs to be closed down!!

The three teenagers seem to think messing up the customers food is funny and that the customers are bothersome for just trying to get a drink or a sandwich. There manager was nice but he doesn’t need to cover for all their shenanigans but instead step up and fire people who can’t complete their job correctly. First and last time coming to this location, do better in life

Came to restaurant this morning. They did not have the #7 breakfast burrito meal to even order yet, it’s still displaying on the menu.
They also did not have the coffee machine working for frappes’, and the service was horrible after I then had to think about what I wanted from them. Drive thru window employee showed on her face the anger she had due to them having a line and me having to figure out what I wanted.
I recommend to go to this McDonald’s if you are prepared to be disappointed and/or if it’s the only one around!

Love the decor/vibes, the food was delicious and the staff was very friendly. Their coffee is amazing!! You have to get there early to grab a table and avoid waiting in line, this place gets full pretty quick!

The staff are awesome but they are under appreciated. They are the ones that make it happen, it’s a shame many staff are leaving or have been fired after many years of loyal service. That tells me a lot about the executive leadership. Something needs to change for the better. You can have the best coffee in the world but if you don’t treat the people right who keep the lights on for you then who cares, there’s always a Starbucks around the corner. Everyone deserves at least $15/hr. with benefits, especially people in the human services. Owners take note.

It provides a good shot of espresso and a decent mocha (what I ordered). But per the wife the cold brew was “smooth and very delicious”. So if cold brew is your thing this would be the place to go

I bought this coffee at Whole Foods grocery store. As you can see the roast is between light and medium, but in fact, in this package, the roast is dark, as you see in the photo.

Question to the owner, is your roaster really unable to distinguish between light roast from medium and dark?

If the roaster over-roasted the coffee beans and instead of a light roast made it dark, then you don’t need to supply this coffee to a chain like Whole Foods, thereby deceiving customers.

I stopped in randomly on a road trip and I’m a convert. First off, the coffee is amazing. I brought back 2 bags of Organic Sumatra and it is now MY COFFEE. I’m getting ready to order online for shipment. Secondly, the staff is wonderful and friendly. They were helpful answering my questions and overall, just lovely people to talk with. I don’t know when I’ll be near Thomasville, GA again, but you better believe I’ll be stopping by Grassroots for another visit.

My Uncle and I went to eat breakfast this morning. It was my first time eating at an IHOP. Let me just say, I was hesitant after reading the reviews but it’s where my uncle wanted to go. I had steak tips breakfast along with a couple of extra items. I’ll tell you what, I sure didn’t leave disappointed or hungry! It was absolutely delicious and I ate more than I had in years, literally. Cam was our waitress. Only been there 3 days but was amazing! She was sooo sweet, fast and checked on us regularly. I will most definitely be back and sure to ask for or look for her. I didn’t catch the cooks name, but it was all cooked just right!

The best breakfast I’ve had at IHOP in a long time. Last time we went we got up and left because of no help. Food was great. This time Dana waited on us and she is very efficient and was able to multi-task and wait on everyone with ease. I hate to say it but it’s because the 2 people working the area (a gentleman) are mature folks and they know how to work.

I’m from Macon but I come down here to see my son. Well I decided for us to go too IHOP because the one in Macon is good. I will never go here again. For 1 I went there with my son on 1/15/23 @ 8:45am. For one I ordered a steak and gravy meal. But of course the cook forgot the gave and 2 the cook which she was a woman. Everything that came out her mouth was nothing but cussing. I don’t go to hood rat places where the employees obviously haven’t been properly trained from their parents. But this lady thinks it’s cool. If I was Manager of that place she would have been gone right there. No questions asked

We were so completely disappointing on so many levels and we never once complained. Where do I start. 1) waiting 30 mins after our order to eat. 2) coffee was cold. 3) had to ask for milk and cream. 4) ran out of the item I ordered but only realized 15 mins after my order. 5) didn’t bring us water. 6) never came back to check that we were ok. 7) the food was cold and didn’t taste good; the way ihop tasted before the pandemic. The good thing is our waitress was nice. All things considered, will not be coming back.

This our go to place for breakfast whenever we meet up with our friends in Thomasville, GA. I hate to admit it, but I get the same thing every single time we go: sirloin tips (no mushrooms or onions) with scrambled eggs w/ cheese, hash browns, and 3 pancakes. But the way I see it is this: if it tastes freaking amazing every time you go, why change?

What did my wife have? I have no idea because I was lost in my steak tips and scrambled eggs with cheese. Man were they good…

Considering it was around 7 p.m., they still had a variety of doughnuts. I am not a coffee lover, so I had a hot chocolate. It was very good. Their strawberry dragonfruit refresher with green tea was a hit with my daughter and grandson. The staff was friendly.

I’m not sure what’s wrong with this particular Dunkin’ Donuts/Baskin-Robbins but every time I go they are out of specific donuts they’re out of ice cream or not serving ice cream at the moment, they never have anything I want to order. This past time I ordered a dozen glazed donuts since they didn’t have any others we wanted and when I got home there was black hard specs all over the donuts when I called to complain he said yes ma’am they all look like that is probably just A flavoring or cookie crumble or some thing that got in the batter or the glaze. No sir it’s hard and crunchy and why would you serve donuts like this to customers knowing it’s on all of them just because you don’t want to throw them away and make more. Instead of offering me a whole new batch of donuts he told me to come back the next day.

Staff is always so kind to me! Very prompt in ordering and always gets my order right, I can’t have lactose and they accommodate my order every time, with great attitudes. The morning shift is amazing!!!!!

What a fantastic place for breakfast! Everyone was welcoming and friendly! It has a feel of being a locals place, but we were treated as locals as well…great people and service.

Food came out in a normal amount of time so your wait will not be too long.

A cat head is a large biscuit…so t be afraid to order order one! Ha!

Added bonus, you get to walk along Broad St shopping and browsing on a traditional Main Street, USA. It was a perfect way to spend an early Spring morning before heading to Doak Campbell stadium.

FANTASTIC! food was great and didn’t take long everyone was friendly. It was busy and the kitchen staff (all female) was impressive to watch. They were on it – speed and taste. If i lived here i would go regularly.

Recently tried Q Cafe for the 1st time. Overall, an enjoyable experience + tasty food. Had the crabcake sandwich and family member had chicken salad. Both were very good/fresh. Had side of regular fries, which were homemade with the perfect amount of seasoning – absolutely some of the best fries ever had! SO good that we got 2 orders of them! The only downside is that it is very noisy inside! It’s hard to enjoy eating or conversing due to the small/noisy ambience of the place. Otherwise, the wait staff was very good, patient, attentive. Don’t think will dine inside again due to the high noise level but will certainly try more menu items soon via takeout.

What a fantastic find!! we tried this lovely café on our way out of Tallahassee traveling back to North Carolina. The pancakes were the most amazing we have ever tried. The chef has a special batter that he uses and they are so light and fluffy and delicious. All of the food was far above most breakfast cafés. The service was wonderful and the owner/chef is top notch. We will make this an intentional part of our trip every time we visit our son in Tallahassee.
