Overall great experience. Very busy but we did go on a Saturday at lunch. There was a bit of a wait but worth it! Food was SO GOOD! I had the chicken caesar wrap. My friends had the Blue Willow burger and milk shake and the turkey club. No complaints.
    Staff was friendly and quick.
It’s a little crammed in the dining area, just a heads up.

I came on Sunday morning and the building was filled with customers seated quite densely. Mask requirements would be helpful. I got the Blue Willow special which came with eggs, ham, bacon, sausage, hash brown, and toast. It was delicious and produced very quickly.

Great place to grab some food, with plenty of options and good food with large portions, will definitely have to stop in again!!

Great place to grab breakfast or lunch. We’ve stopped in twice now. So many food options and very generous portions. The tuna melt and fries were great. The kids loved the chicken dumpling soup and fettuccine Alfredo. We’ll be back again when we’re in the area!

We found this place on Google Maps on our way home from a camping trip and we were pleased with our meal. Pretty standard breakfast and lunch items. Being from out of town, it was nice to see so many locals also getting breakfast there. All around cozy atmosphere and convenient stop from the highway.

A nice diner with friendly service. The ambiance inside seems a bit more modern than what I expected for an old time diner. The food was okay, but nothing overly special. The Cole slaw was good. Onion rings weren’t very good. Fries were pretty average. Prices are reasonable for the portions.

There is on street parking available.

There is a small patio out front with tables.

Men’s bathroom is down in the basement and may present some difficulty for those with mobility issues.

Incredibly fast service, such a nice little historical cafe serving food since the 1880s.

The biscuit and gravy was not too good, but sunny side up eggs , hash brown, and bagel breakfast sandwich was pretty good.

Didn’t expect too much , just happy we got to try it.

I had the waygu beef with teriyaki glazed pineapple burger and my sister had the ribeye steak sandwich. Appetizer was crispy ravioli. All was amazing!

Highly recommend their chicken dinner! Our waitress was sweet & attentive. We will come again. 🤗♥️✨

This restaurant was opened in 1888. The food was awesome. The pesto vegetarian burger was one of the best I have had. Potato salad was great too. Everyone enjoyed the food. It’s located on a beautiful street.

I don’t review big chains like Starbucks unless something really sticks out. This Starbucks made our day, yes they were quick, yes it was good, but one of our drinks had a beautiful message, well I guess brewtifull! They wrote have a brewtifull day with a big smile. On a second day of 5+ hours of driving that was a big lift. Thank you Starbucks crew! I had avoided Starbucks for their stances on some racial issues, but this shows some pure compassion and kindness

This place is a total rubbish with a bunch of baristas listening to their own inside voices only. Every order got perfectly screwed up. With no apologies.Pathetic.

Convenience when traveling through this area. Happy to see that the parking situation improved since last year.

FYI: this location often has a line, just be aware if you are extremely tight on time. No complaints.

They’re open at 4:30am,they fill the coffee to the brim and they insert a little do-dad so the beautiful black liquid gold doesn’t spill while taking it to its final destination. What’s not to love?! 5 stars!!! Way to go Wausau Starbucks 🌟👍👍🌟

Shot was aggressive. The strange thing is the very top of the foam was ok but the drink was too watery hot even after 5 minutes. Drinkable but very hot at 8 minutes.

Wonderful food. There was a little wait due to short staffing but very worth it! Chipolte chicken avacado melt was the best sandwich I have ever had.

The minute you walk in it’s freezing. Everyone is wearing jackets eating. Ordered a Mediterranean bowl and it was cold mush. Not good at all. Thought bowls of rice should be warm?? If I hadn’t added the chicken it would have mostly been rice. I got my kids a turkey sandwich and it was literally a piece of white bread and meet and cheese, not grilled and slapped together. Not even some mayo? It was gross. My husband had the chicken avocado melt something and it was extremely dry and the bread was so hard and crusty it cut his mouth. The worst Panera experience of my life. I will never stop there again and I may never go back to a Panera in general. I thought you were better then this Panera.

I ordered a rapid pick up at 11:40 for lunch. They were running a little behind but let me know through updates in my email. I didn’t have to wait forever, but everyone around me seemed impatient and angry. I think the workers did a great job!!! Waiting 20 minutes for lunch at a busy restaurant is not long at all. Good job and thank you for lunch 😀

Cold impersonal stupid people to wait on you in different people to serve you your food the food stinks the chicken sandwich the chicken was burnt the bun was out of the freezer and cold the soup was great my bag gets a French bread had been ripped apart they weren’t even sliced my mac and cheese one side of the bowl was burning hot the other side hadn’t been heated in order to eat the thing I had to mix it together and wait 5 minutes and it was just barely warm, with my order that I placed I ordered a large loaf of bread which when my food was given to me at the window was not with the order and it was I was told I never ordered it $25 for a chicken sandwich a bowl of soup and some macaroni and cheese with no beverage it’s too much, find someplace else to eat that cares, the manager has no idea of what they are doing in running this restaurant what a terrible terrible waste of employees of building of food go someplace else

Went through the drive through to use my gift card and grab my associate a drink. I don’t go to coffee places much as I don’t drink it so I had a lot of dumb questions and the lady taking my order was very friendly and was able to assist me in making my drink to something she thought I would like, with not a lot of caffeine to make me bounce off the walls lol

My coffee was good but not very willing to craft my drink to my liking. If you want something other than normal you might not get it, does make me wonder if this is because they pre make their espresso or something. Not sure. Maybe just feel too busy to do too much customizing. Staff has been wonderful overall in attitude over many visits!

I asked for a white mocha with breve got almond milk nobody said anything that it wasn’t available! Also asked for blonde expresso didn’t get that and my coffee taste like it’s very beany I get this at ever Starbucks and this place is by far the worst one I wouldn’t give this no stars at all! My husband got a Carmel ribbon crunch and it’s all whip creams and Carmel and ice absolutely gross

This store was overwhelmed by the number of orders coming in 3ways: mobile, drive-through and counter. The physical space at the counter was limiting how close people, who waited for over 1/2 hour after placing an order, could stand and were physically too far back to hear when the order was ready. Your employees were practically speaking at what would be a personal and soft-spoken-distance volume, instead of what needed to be a higher public distance volume for people that were 15-20 feet away to be able hear them. The patrons started to try to help that poor and ineffective communication by creating a human chain of announcers, repeating to those waiting further back in the space so that they could hear. The person that was preparing the hot drinks was trying to fill 15 tickets at a time, so her position was completely understaffed. No one seemed to be in charge of improving the speed of the operations… the staff seemed to be emotionally helpless and shutting down with very little personal Interaction, eye-contact or social connections with your patrons. As a devoted Starbucks customer, i have to say it was one of the poorest performances I’ve experienced at a Starbucks in About 10 years-and that traveling to Starbucks Stores all over North America or both work and pleasure.
