Waited in drive-thru line on left, right lane had 4 vehicles go through before one in mine did. We didn’t even get a chance to order but the right line had several cars go through before we found a gap and left. Can’t even call ot bad service because we didn’t get any. Sadly this isn’t the first time this has happened.

Cost me 27 dollars and cancelled my order after i ordered it on doordash 4 minutes after I called got cussed put by a black woman calling me racist names. Sad that the staff has to resort to laziness and racism in order to deal with a customer. Guess the pay doesn’t do the job justice especially when the manager sounds like she shops at the union mission!

This McDonald’s in Bluefield Virginia B shot of Sam’s Club sucks they all was making my food wrong and they are rude and there managers have no respect for nobody but there safe and they said we don’t sale a 6 pice nugget meal but my receipt said a six piece nugget meal and I said a 4a combo and they gave me a chicken sandwich only when I said a combo if I ever want McDonald’s again I will go to the one on Oakville Road beside sheets……also the janitors we’re taking trash out and taking peoples food to there car without washing their hands while coughing over the food

Bluefield Va needs to change their hours online if they are not open! Online says 12:00 midnight and you come through at 11:20 and have to sit in drive thru & no one will take you order! And people behind me in line & was done the same way! If you are not open than don’t say that you are!!!!!!

A lot of the employees are nice and I’ve only been really disappointed once or twice so overall nothing to complain about

I went thru the drive through at almost 9:30. I ordered nuggets, fries and cheeseburgers. I had to wait a few minutes, but the food was fresh, hot and made correctly. I didn’t mind the extra few minutes for fresh food.

Went through the Drive thru. Order four cheeseburgers with lettuce, tomato, and mayo only with small fry. Simple enough order. Pull to the window. Paid lady real friendly. Ask if the order was right she said most certainly have a nice day. I looked at the receipt was charged extra for the tomato everything rang up right. Drop off order by my DADS. The next evening I ask Dad how his meal was he said great if you like a bottle of keptup. The Cheeseburgers were everything but what I ordered. Not a happy camper.

Fast even though I ordered 6 McDoubles! You can not beat the price on those and the other choices 2 for $3.19.. 4 doubles And a basket of fries is only a little more then $10..that’s unheard of these days!

This place has great food and service. Beans and cornbread on the menu is the first clue of good food. Other menu items are delicious also. The hot dog special combo far surpasses the flat sided grilled hot dogs so popular at the ice cream place just down the road. And the fries are much bigger and better too! And here you get a biscuit with your gravy at breakfast! No stretching the gravy to cover your biscuit. All served promptly at reasonable prices by friendly competent staff. You will enjoy!

I am a long time customer here and place is normally amazing. Today however I don’t know what happened but the food was absolutely disgusting to the point where I could not even eat it. When I said something about it the staff showed complete interference. Rather than argue with the staff I just left and went to McDonald’s. This experience was a total shocker as normally the food here is totally amazing. Not just that but the service was poor. I hope this was a fluke because I love this place. After this experience I will be taking a break from this restaurant for a while. Hopefully this can be made right thru this channel. I would hope I could get my money back or something.

My daughter stops at Cumberland Rd location everyday. For a quick breakfast. Before work. This is one customer who will never be back!!! She paid with a $100.00 gift card. Given to her by her employer as a bonus. She absentmindedly drive off without her card. After the balance was deducted at the drive thru. Immediately, she turned around and returned. The worker at the window told her it wasn’t there. The car has been searched throughout. Her purse. Everywhere possible. It was definitely lost between her hands & the ladies hand. I hope you needed this for your children. The one it belongs to sure could have used it for hers.

Tudors is usually a good place, love the breakfast food,my last visit though they had a dessert of apple biscuits but it barely had any sauce on it,plenty of apples and icing just not a lot of sauce like the picture shows other than that they’re a good place to go

Two words: slaw dog. This Dairy Queen is a Bluefield institution. I grew up eating hot dogs here as did everyone else in Bluefield since 1959. The bun is the same, the slaw is the same, the chili and the wiener – all the same. McDonald’s wishes they could be this consistent.

Last time I was here was about ten years ago, so we decided to stop by as we passed through on I-77 this week. Oh am I so glad we did. It was just as I remembered – the tastes, the smells and even the way they take your order.

If you live here, you already know. If you’re passing through, take the extra 5 minutes and stop in for some slaw dogs – they are the best you’ll ever have!

We always go here for a great hotdog and a dipped cone. My baby request his ice cream from here. Wished there were more dipped cone flavors.

This is the slowest ,nastiest dairy queen I’ve ever been in,and not only that they charge us a 15% charge on our 22 dollar meal without us even knowing about it . I will not be going here again ,no matter how hungry I am!!!

Stopped with my boyfriend while we were passing through on a road trip. So happy to have found this place! The menu items had excellent variety and creativity.
The cocktails (especially the house infusions) were creative and over-the-top—in a good way. Service was great and our server was knowledgeable, attentive and kind.

We shared the popcorn shrimp (10/10), I got the Asian inspired salad (10/10), and my boyfriend got a burger (6/10). The burger didn’t look like anything special despite the exciting description on the menu. Didn’t stop us from really enjoying the experience, though! Glad we found it and I recommend it to anyone local or anyone passing through town.

Such an amazing food experience! I loved being able to try an assortment of martinis in the flight. The shrimp mac and cheese is off the chains! Our steaks were cooked perfectly. The home made ranch jalapeño dressing is yummy. Carrie, our server was so sweet and gave perfect recommendations. The GM is lovely and honestly interested in our experience. Even the lovely hostess (I didn’t get his name) was friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend.

My husband and I live in Crab Orchard and we have drove to The RailYard 3 times since recently discovering it. The wait staff are so friendly (Makayla was so awesome last visit). Everything we have ordered from here has been so great especially the fried green tomatoes, sweet fries, wings, Eastwood burger, and choo shrimp. It is very consistent and always just as good each time. We will continue telling everyone we know about this place. Highly recommend!!

From the outside it doesn’t look too special but on the inside it is super cute! We all ate burgers, fries and chicken tenders. They were great. The menu is cute and the price is a little expensive. I went based on the desert…and I will be going back! The gravity defying milkshake with the cookie and brownie was $17 but worth it! If you want cheaper go to Wendy’s for a 4 for $4 and a frosty. I would absolutely recommend theRailyard for a fun experience!

Traveling through from Ohio. We ordered fried green tomatoes and mushroom spinach dip as appetizers-both were delicious. I had a red sangria which was also tasty and strong. We had the railyard burger-with waffle chips and the cowboy killer burger-with shrimp Mac-n-cheese. Burgers were ok but the Mac-n-cheese was great! Nice atmosphere, we sat on the patio. We ordered cheesecake with chocolate fudge to take back to our b&b. Our waitress was very friendly and did a great job!
