Happened to stop by this place randomly on my roadtrip, and it the best surprise! I got the “smells like teen spirit” which was such a fun/ delicious combo! The atmosphere here was awesome! Such a fun/ funky vibe, I love it so much! I wish I had this same coffee shop back in Texas

California resident on a random road trip. Found this coffee shop and it was fantastic. Nice atmosphere, friendly/nice staff, and great breakfast Bagel. My Frappuccino was amazing. Thank you, wish this place was on my path more often.

My favorite place to go when I’m in Casper! The coffee is great, and I especially love their ice blended drinks. Egg bagels delicious too. It’s a lovely vibe here – always a nice amount of people hanging out, not too busy, not too quiet, every time I’ve been, at least. Staff have been so nice every single time – very friendly and warm. Very accepting of kids (but don’t worry, often there are no kids there at all). Comfy sofas, a place to hang out and chill.

Metro has an easygoing hipster atmosphere. The coffee is fantastic, as is the tea. If you don’t know what you want, the servers give you awesome suggestions.

Customer service is terrible. Rude and lazy women that worked the counter today. This is the O G Metro I’m disappointed.

I have came a few times since getting in town because I feel like you should give businesses a second chance before leaving them a negative review. This Starbucks is the only one that shorts me on cold foam every. Single. Time. I’ve never gotten a decent amount of cold foam here. Usually me and my husband come together and I’m almost positive they make one batch and split it between us and charge us full price still. The cold foam is literally 1/8 of the amount you’ll get anywhere else in town. Skip this Starbucks and choose any of the other ones.

I purchased 4 of the toasted white hot chocolate. It tasted like straight warm milk. I ended up adding a pack of Swiss miss to everyone’s drink. Super disappointed as we only purchase Starbucks as a special treat, a few times a year.

Preordered my drink 30 minutes before I arrived to pick it up and it was still not ready. Sat in the parking lot for an additional 20 minutes AFTER speaking to the lady running the window. Watched every car that pulled into the drive thru leave while I was still waiting. Went to the window and drink was still not made with Tiffany telling me my order must’ve got “kicked.” They all see me sitting in the only car in the parking lot for well over 20 minutes and still want to give me an attitude and excuse after excuse when I go to the window. Offering to make my drink “real quick” after I’d been sitting for that long. Save yourself the effort and go to a local coffee shop where you will get faster AND BETTER service. It would be one thing if this was single event but this is the 2nd time in less than ONE week.

Ashlynn killed it on the drink order. I tried something new and it was delicious. She was very nice and polite. If you’ve had the same thing and looking to switch it up see if she is there to help. She moves fast and gets it right the first time. She always remembers my order.

I’ve been to a lot of Starbucks including Starbucks reserve in Tokyo and the Edo period Starbucks in Kyoto. The magic of this Starbucks is right up there with the rest. Always welcomed with warm smiles and often times my drink already being made people know this as their second home or the first stop in starting off the day right. The Baristas are loved as much as the baristas who moved on from poring coffee. Thank you for always bringing me a positive experience and making me feel at home. Even with Covid everyone has done an amazing job providing the best and safest opportunity to enjoy the amazing coffee and other amazing treats. Love love love Casper Starbucks East side!!!!

Never again. Ordered mobile and sat for 25 minutes after my pick up time without even being greeted. The worst service I have ever recieved from a Starbucks. People came in after me and left before me while my empty cup sat there. Absolutely ridiculous.

Waited for my mobile order 10 minutes after my pickup time. They had three staff members and two were standing around not making drinks. I’ll go elsewhere.

This place is very nice, there are a lot table to sit for different kinds of meetings, however, the stuff is not very friendly, they are as if we they are doing customers a favor.

I honestly didn’t have a great experience here. I felt bad because there were only 2 workers in the whole place but it took 23 mins to get just 4 drinks and 3 of them were identical. No one else was in line and we didn’t see anyone in the store. (We were in the drive thru).
What made the experience really bad was my mother, sister, and I (that got the 3 identical drinks) all got very sick afterwards. Our stomachs hurt and we felt pukey. Not fun.
One good thing was the 2 workers were incredibly kind and had great attitudes. I wish they could get more help for those 2.

I haven’t been inside but the parking lot for this store is big and not so busy so parking is a breeze compared to the other location. They were fairly quick. Priced just a little cheaper than Starbucks but tastes a whole lot better than them too!

I have been spending at least 50 dollars a week at the West side location and today I went to the drive thru and they were not open at 5:30 am. I drove to the East side location and they were not open. I went back to the West side location and they were still not open at 6:15 am. I was sitting in the drive thru and saw a guy walk in but he still didn’t open so I came home and called and the man answered and I told him about my unhappiness that neither location was open in time and I ran at least $5.00 of gas and still didn’t have any coffee and asked if I could get a free one. He said no and was very rude. I called the main office in Billings and there is no way to even leave a message. Needless to say I will NEVER patronize City Brew again and I am taking my business to Starbucks.

I love their frappes and cold brew drinks. The portions are good and the cost is reasonable. It tastes soooo much better than Starbucks and is a little cheaper. Good sugar free options, friendly employees. Quick drive through service, and the interior is nice clean and relaxing, good atmosphere. Very good breads and sandwiches too!

Girls were very welcoming and friendly so I thought I was going to have s great experience. Asked a question about the monkey muffin and ordered one with my mocha. I left with my stuff and got down the road before I sipped on the coffee, as it was extremely hot, and it was black with some whipped topping. Really bitter not a mocha at all.
I could sense a change in tone/vibe when they saw I didn’t add a tip on my card purchase. I tipped cash but they didn’t see that because they seemed disturbed that I didn’t have it on card. I don’t buy coffee from shops often so when I do is like a treat for me. Guess I’ll just go to Metro and drive the extra mile. Sorry City Brew, I used to buy coffee more often and it was always at one of your locations. Not anymore.

I’m sure everyone here is well intentioned – the young ladies that work behind the counter are always very pleasant. Nevertheless, their Internet is very intermittent and when charging a premium as City Brew does, and the relative ease of providing reliable Internet service to its customers, I just can’t continue to patronize this business. I’ve tried on three separate occasions and no luck. In my book, that’s three strikes.

Two mocha lattes. Got the medium because they said it had same espresso as large, just large has more milk. Very weak and watery. Told the employee and he said “the espresso is probably weak” indicating it was used more than once. He dumped a big coffee grind catch and added a single shot to both drinks. Still tasted like watery milk. Looks exactly like Starbucks but with worse coffee (didn’t think that was possibe). Go somewhere else. Zero stars

It very much looks and feels like a cheap Starbucks knock off. Zero originality. I ordered a black coffee, it was so terrible I threw it away. That made me sad as it was early and we were about to start an 8 hour drive and I was very much looking forward to drinking my coffee on the road. My son ordered some flavored, sweetened (in my opinion monstrosity) then made fun of me for ordering plain coffee from a shop like that. He said and I quote, “of course the coffee is bad that’s why they dress it up with all that junk.” I’m sorry I like my coffee with just beans and water and expect it to taste like heaven in a cup. The employees were less than welcoming and not friendly in the least, I really wanted to take my $5 tip back. Idk what was worse the fact that I paid to throw away the coffee or the fact that I tipped them.
To sum it up: No, I don’t recommend City Brew Coffee.

My go to coffee place. The Grande Grizzly is my favorite drink. There are plenty of places to sit, and I often see students studying there. They have plug ins for the electronics.
