This place was spectacular decorated for Christmas. All the pink and black decorations and they even had some out for guest to help decorate. I went here for lunch with a friend. Of course I had to try the pink latte iced! It was pretty good and I like the pink idea. I was debating on a few menu items but I decided on the hot chicken sandwich. It came with a kale side salad that was great and tasted fresh! The hot chicken sandwich was flavorful. It did have a kick to it but it was not overpowering. I don’t like food that’s spicy just for the sake of being called spicy. Healthy me that day thanked myself but unhealthy me wouldn’t have minded some fries. I didn’t see them listed on the menu and I also didn’t ask because it wasn’t that big of a deal to me. For the price point of the sandwich, I guess I was expecting something a little bigger, especially since it was the main item. My friend got a pepperoni flat and it was pretty good. All the workers were extremely friendly and periodically checked on us to make sure we were doing alright and had everything we needed. I will be back to try the chicken + waffle flat as well as attend one of the their coffee tasting events.

What a vibe! Is all I can describe it as. The barista was very knowledgeable about my gluten free and vegan needs. They do not have gluten free bread, but they do have other options for food. They were also serving some delicious vegan Tex Mex salads when I was there. They also have treats from Anna in the Raw, which I had her pumpkin cheesecake. It was pretty pricey, but so worth it!! I also had a pink latte, and the pink sugar rim definitely completed the experience. I would recommend just to experience the hip atmosphere!

It’s a cute cafe that serves both caffeinated and alcoholic drinks. Nice place for a date or to hang out with friends. They also serve a good selection of breakfast, sandwiches, pizzas, and more. I got the hot chicken sandwich, the all day cinnamon rolls, and the black swan mocha espresso. I also included a picture of the breakfast sandwich. The espresso was the best part. Unfortunately, the chicken sandwich was a bit soggy, and the cinnamon rolls were a bit hard, but all in all a decent meal.

Great environment with some seriously good food and decent coffee. Chicken and waffles did not disappoint but i wish there was more chicken because it was some of the best i have had in a long time. Nice patio out front as well. Full bar also.

The place is so cool. The decorations are beautiful. The location is good. It’s crowded in weekends but good in week days. The food and beverages are delicious. You got to try the pink latte!
    Good place to hangout.

I’ve been coming here for years and absolutely love it. Simple yet fun menu. Great vibes. Just make sure you bring cash. I’d highly recommend this coffee spot!

Cute coffee shop with games at the back and a nice selection of specialty coffees. I completely missed that side of the menu so unfortunately I didn’t get a taste of any but with the amount of people that were at the shop I could tell they are pretty popular.. they don’t take debit/credit but do have an ATM inside for withdrawals.

Been coming here for a few weeks now and slowly working my way through their specialty coffee menu. All of their drinks so far have been great, and the staff is all very friendly. It’s a very unique vibe, a great place to go and study, I’m just overall very impressed. I would highly recommend this place, just make sure you bring cash. They have an ATM on site but you know how out-of-network ATMs charge extra.

I’ve been coming here since 2014 and it’s my favorite place to kick back and draw on my tablet. Coffee is great and the atmosphere is friendly and relaxing. Mike is always fun to talk to 😀

Came in after a long shift, and did not realize they only accept cash. The barista, Steve was absolutely the nicest guy! He personally took care of our coffees because he didn’t want us to leave empty handed. Absolutely wowed by him! Additionally, the coffee was sooooo good! We got the iced Nutty Irishman, 10/10 would recommend! Go see Steve!

A really nice setup that fulfills the criteria of what a coffee house should be . The coffee was very good but their other branch was prepared the latte better . The display and seating area was pleasant and clean. The place was airy and the lighting and decor made it warm and inviting. It has a sense of community and I am always impressed when I visit it.

Excellent lattes and location! I had the Promised Land Latte and my wife had the Lavender Latte. Both were clearly made with care and enjoyable. We were just visiting, but would come back if in the area.

These guys are seriously some of the best! Such friendly baristas with a great attitude. And all very knowledgeable. You can ask any one of them about the whole bean coffee they sell they can recite an almost overwhelming amount of insight on the coffee. You have got to try their mocha and promise land latte, it’s the best in town. The cafe (and all the baristas😅) are so cute. Do yourself a favor a get your next cup of coffee from here.

Do yourself a favor and get their coffee beans to take home. Changed my life. Absolutely amazing. Nothing like what’d you’d get at the grocery store or Starbucks. Roasted to perfection.
Also, if your dining in, the vanilla bean latte my perfect drink! Not too sweet.
Always great service. Cute, clean environment.

OMG! Definitely one of the best coffee places in the area. Just getting the drip coffee is a delicious and satisfying experience. The staff are amazing and the location in Ohio City is a uniquely Cleveland gem.

This coffee house is very trendy and well designed. It has comfortable and fashionable furniture and decor. The staff is very polite and prompt. They have a wide variety of coffees and teas and other beverages. I was a little disappointed at the selection of muffins and scones though. We went a little after noon on a Monday and they only had one bacon scone, some cookies and a few different kinds of muffins. The blueberry muffin was very good though.

This coffee shop is very beautiful and the girl who helped us was very kind. I came here with my wife riding our bicycles, she saw the coffee shop driving back home and so we decided to come here to try their drinks. I had a latte with oat milk, it was ok, but not so good, my wife had an Arnold Palmer and didn’t like the lemonade to tea ratio. I am giving 4 stars just because the place is beautiful and the girl was very kind, according to the drinks I had to give 2 or 3 stars.

The quiche was a perfect size, texture and taste were very good! Very cool hang out spot. Coffee comes out screaming hot, but tasty.

Never before been here but I’ve been wanting to for so long! The parking is awful, I had to park on the street. Everyone (primarily the workers) loves to stare and give looks which was intimidating and made my sister and I not feel welcome. I felt rushed to order but I still didn’t know what I wanted because I’ve never been here… so I asked the girl behind the counter. To which the other workers stared even harder and the girl could barely hear us asking for help. Her help was not useful, I wanted an explanation or direction, she seemed new and young and I was overwhelmed. Then I paid $9.50 for a tiny box of biscuits and gravy that are not original. They were bland and not what I expected, especially for $10. My sister ordered a cinnamon dulce latte and it wasn’t very sweet. She asked for more sweetness to which the girl got an attitude. Everything was just uncomfortable and I will never be back.

This is such a wonderful business for Old Brooklyn! The atmosphere and decor is very unique and inclusive for anyone on any given day. I love the large selection of teas this shop has, and I highly recommend the sausage gravy and biscuit on the breakfast menu! Metropolitan is doing awesome work for our community by partnering with all kinds of recycling, composting and reducing waste initiatives. Your money is well spent here!

An idyllic coffee shop: dark hard woods, close-knit seating, all the fixings of uncontrived authenticity. Good coffee drinks and excellent selection of foods and pastries. Location is central to some of the best things about Tremont area. Clearly a spot for good conversations and community.

We stayed nearby during our recent stay in Cleveland. It was in a convenient walking distance location. Our friend visit, the waitress wasn’t overly friendly. We literally had stepped foot inside for a second when she asked what we wanted. Our other waitress was great though. The pastries were just ok, as was the coffee. Seems like Americans have cream or whole milk only (outside of almond milk etc), no 1%, 2% options. We drink our coffee with milk so we asked for a splash. Our cups ended up being a bit more than 1/3 milk, couldn’t even taste the coffee. (Note, we found the same with other shops during our US visits. Also, US do not know how to make a good cup of “sweet” tea).

Everybody here is always so super friendly. The people that work here are always very warm and inviting. I literally feel like I’m at a friend’s house getting a fresh cup of coffee. The coffee is always fresh and it never tastes burned. I love that they have an assortment of fresh snack and bakery items plus sandwiches at lunch time.

The prices are affordable and very fair. It means so much to the local community to have places we can afford to come to and not feel taken advantage of for a cup of coffee and fresh snack.

I truly enjoy my visits. Thank you so much!

Super cute and trendy coffee shop. The coffee is amazing and the baked goods are HUGE and delicious! The staff is very helpful and friendly if you need suggestions on what to order.

Probably my favorite coffee shop to visit just because of their dessert/bakery selections. Coffee was decent and they provided multiple lactose free milk choices. I recommend trying any of their “creamy” desserts and the pepperoni croissant.
