Customer service is great!! I had an old lady rear-end me while I was trying to order my orders!! An employee that came out and helped us. Figured out that they needed the manager. The manager came out and helped us even customers came out and helped us. I appreciated everything that was done that night. All around four-star but I’m giving it five star!! Just due to that night. I have had only one problem where my food was cold it was taken care of right away so I’m giving it a five star even though I should’ve given it a four-star for that reason but due to the night that the old lady hit me I’m giving at five star

Theses workers get paid pretty good money and the service sucks and the young workers have no customer service skills. They don’t smile and the language I heard coming from the employees was atrocious especially when there were young kids in there. The manager said absolutely not to the workers. N. Main street Elmira NY, below average service.

Ordered lunch through the drive-up window. We had to wait quite a long time for someone to take our order. We ordered 2 fish and 1 small burger with fries. Simple. On top of the food order, we also ordered decaf coffee. It took a while to get the sandwiches… a couple of vehicles lined up behind us. I finally walked in to get 2 cups of coffee. Basically, the response was “oops”. The employees were simply standing around chatting. I had to wait for coffee to be made.
Have never had an experience like that.

Food was great, way better than Burger King but rap music was being played in the kitchen pretty loud which I don’t really have a problem with but I think it’s a little unprofessional for customers to be hearing the n word in the workers music. On top of that there were workers and their friends coming in and out hanging out in the parking lot with shirts/masks over their faces and one was swinging a bat around and jumping with it like he was hitting someone with it

Waited in the drive through for 30 minutes just for the food to be cold and have missing items from my order. Called to express my concerns and was met with an employee claiming to be a manager, once i was done explaining, another lady answered and claimed to be a manager as well. I had to explain myself again and was met with an attitude and dismissed.

So I’m so glad they made it so that you can now see much better how they are making the coffee over on Madison Ave. Because i had a feeling they were doing this and then just now i seen it right before my eyes. So often times if i order Dunkin’ i will order my coffee with a shot of espresso and this time i ordered it with a shot and also a couple shots of vanilla and coconut and i watch the guy make it totally disregard the other things and put plain ole coffee and sugar. I said excuse me this says coffee and flavor shots AND espresso and they proceeded to put the flavor shots in and not the espresso, i watched them. They’ve always been lax here but a shot of espresso is almost the price of another small coffee- if you see it you need to put it in there, RUDE.

One of, if not, my favorite places to go. I have a slight donut obsession lol and they’re donuts are amazing! They also have an amazing new cookie cold brew that’s really good. Highly recommend!

I was fully dissatisfied with my service. My sandwich was burnt, napkins wrinkled up in my bad like trash, no chocolate drizzle on our drinks, they took about 30 mins for our drink while the peoples food behind us was already packed up and getting cold. They didn’t even mention our drinks until about 15 minutes after we were sitting there. The workers also started taking selfies while flipping the camera off right in front of us, they are very unprofessional. Another thing to mention is all of the garbage from dunking on the other side of their building the least they could do is keep the area around their store clean from their trash.

Today at 4:30 pm I tried to go to this Dunkin’ Donuts the drive thru had a huge line so i decided to go inside. The door was locked. So then I tried to go through the drive thru like everyone else and realized they were ignoring all the cars. I called and the girl said “we close at 5” I responded “yeah it’s not 5 o’clock yet” then she said “oh yeah we close early so we have time to get our stuff done”. They refuse to take anyones order.

It says this place is supposed to be open until 8:00 pm yet the doors are ALWAYS locked by 6:00 or earlier. The drive thru is hit or miss if it’s open after 6:00 as well. The evening shift is typically rude if you try to get anything, and have on a few occasions thrown our order at us and said “just take it I don’t feel like ringing it out” then slams the window and walks away. Ended up stuck with a stale plain donut instead of pumpkin muffin on one of those occasions. If this is how this place is , maybe it should’ve just stayed closed!

I used the Mconald’s app, still learning how it works. Was pleased with how fast the order was recieved and ready to go.
Also when using the app you earn reward points which in turn earn you free food, which is a nice surprise.
Staff are very helpful, restaurant is very clean and sanitized.

I waited 15 minutes in drive thru for breakfast. This is no lie. As I pulled up to microphone to order my breakfast they changed the menu and told me breakfast was no longer being served. I told them I waited 15 minutes behind someone because they took so long. Lady says yea well can’t help that breakfast ends at 10:30a! Will NEVER GO THERE FOR ANY MEAL AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON!!! RUDE RUDE RUDE!!

Average store with accurate orders and below average customer service. Only good for making my double/double cheeseburger plus add a fifth piece of meat whenever I go there. Drive thru gets priority service, but inside gives you time to check your orders for the mistake on something everytime!

We spend 42.00 for 3 people to eat and they put the wrong suase on the Big Mac! It was very hot and spicy! It was awful!! Very upset with the fires as well! They were only half full! As much as they cost they should be at least full! Terrible experience!

Anne’s Pancakes is a rare find. The food was great, the Service was excellent, especially the server (I believe Lisa was her name). She was awesome, good sense of humor, made sure we were taken care of. My wife and I ordered the steak and eggs, steak cooked to perfection, they gave us steak knives, I think out of habit because the steaks were so tender they almost weren’t needed. My nephew ordered the Belgian waffle and what he got was perhaps the largest waffle I’d ever seen. The deepfried home fries are now my favorite home fries. But now we must mention price. The price point for the amount of food you get is excellent, huge breakfasts for very moderate prices. The only negative thing I’d have to say is, it was packed. (Which isn’t a bad thing, it’s a good indicator of the businesses reputation,) no my negative is a personal one. I sat at the counter, I really don’t like sitting at the counter. But the food quality, quantity and speed it arrived was enough to offset that personal dislike. Five stars all the way down Anne’s Pancakes. We will be back.

This was awesome! So nice to know there is a place other than the Lights Bakery to have breakfast. There establishment was clean, inviting and the waitress wasvery friendly. My food was served quickly and it was delicious 😋. I will definitely go back to try the pancakes. Please do not pass this place by. These buildings are being revitalized across the bridge and this is “must try” diner. Thank you for being just what I needed today. Breakfast price was reasonable and looked freshly cooked
. The little potatoes though were too well done for me. But still tasty.

Great Breakfast. Great coffee. The Real Deal.
This is hearty fare, traditional American country breakfasts.
You can get freshly made biscuits or home fries, [or get biscuits AND home fries!] and you can get them with sausage gravy on top.
The pancakes are the best, the eggs and bacon are perfect, the coffee is hot.

Great place to stop for breakfast food was delicious and the service great. I got the hash and it was some of the best I’ve ever had. Don’t forget to check out the bakery so you can take something home with you it’s to die for

Ordered scrambled eggs, home fries, and toast.. Received deep fried taters, first then a separate plate with toast, and waited for eggs. Waitress informs me she didn’t like the way they looked so she sent them back, by the time I received them they were cold. They definitely have sunk in service from what they once were and we won’t be back . Sad since we have so few restaurants any more.

Awesome little diner/bakery! Found it while visiting from out of state. Kind of like going back in time to the 80’s lol The staff was super friendly and the food was awesome! You get a lot for your money. The donuts from the bakery were also super! I highly recommend stopping if you’re in the area.
