I would love to give them all five stars but I see their employees standing outside when it is freezing, or when it is hot, even when it’s raining to take peoples orders. I know we should be appreciative for the fast service but I would be willing to wait a few extra minutes if it meant that your employee could be comfortable inside and not having to stand in the rain next to moving cars that are splashing puddles on them.

Ordered about 9 large drinks, and they were able to manage and handle my order like the pros they are. Labeled every drink and made sure the drinks have lid covers so it will not spill during the car ride. Their customer service is spot on with good vibes 👌

Drive through line can get very long at times but worth the wait since this is one of the best places to get coffee. If you’re lucky you might even get your drink ahead of the line and you can pull off to the side and leave. 🤞

This place was busy like always, long waiting line for the drive thru, but to my surprise the line went pretty quick. And it was my first time going to dutch bros, I’m a Starbucks fan myself but this experience my have me go back one or two more times to try. 😉

Best coffee, better than Starbucks I would say, I just moved to usa couple months back and it’s the first time I had it and it was really good. Thank you Dutch bros 👍🏻

Absolutely great service! Drinks are a tad pricey for what they are but it’s good. Place can be a little crowded on weekends but the coffee makes up for it. Kudos!

I love coming here to study. The atmosphere and coffee are amazing. The tables are sometimes a little dirty, but probably because it’s usually very busy and there’s not always time to clean in between customers. Staff are friendly, and service is usually pretty quick.

The coffee is really good. Sizes are huge so go for the small size ( I could baptize my 4 year old in their small latte). Also the vibe is friendly and the prices are really good as well. 5 stars it is !!

Service and atmosphere was great. The coffee tasted great, the downer was it was cold outside and my husband and I wanted a Hot cuppa joy to get warm and it was lukewarm.
I will return again I will just ask them to put in microwave for 30 seconds.

My first time going and I’ll definitely be back! No line on a quiet Monday. Iced vanilla latte was exactly what I expected and the crossiant even better. The barista warmed it up for me and both ladies working were friendly. Definitely better to support them rather than a big corporation.

Came in this morning with my boyfriend along with our soccer team. We had a Van Full of people. The blonde lady as soon as she opened the window says sorry you need to get the F out of here. The last time you didn’t hand me the money properly and denied service to all of us. Really. Then closed the window and didn’t give us the opportunity to speak. Had no clue what she was talking about. It was our 1st time there we were traveling from San Francisco to Los Angeles. Must have been having a bad day Will not return. Don’t recommend. Van full of people. You guys passed on over a $100 we ended up going down the street to Dutch Bros and we’re more than happy with their service and will be returning to Dutch Bros.

This place is amazing and the drink selection is pretty unique! I got a hot raspberry cheesecake mocha and my sister got an iced dirty blonde. They were both so GOOD! I’m a bit sad it’s a little far out for me, but can’t help but love this place. ❤️

Very unique cafe shop to stop by, the barista was really down to earth.

Coffee?or Expresso? Whichever roasted liquid sensations you need to jolt you into your Monday routine, they have a unique twist in way they mix it up. The menu features a list of extraordinary flavors and each one tastes as good as the variety of colorful names. Starbucks has friendy face bartistas and at the Pink Panther………..well, seeing is believing. 😉

The service was fast! The prices are decent! The barista was very nice and looked amazing! My Carmel Macchiato was better than Starbucks by far!

Came here around 9am, and ordered cardamom latte! It was so yummy!
The temperature was perfect with also perfect volume of the music!

Tables and chairs feels comfortable and easy on the back, after. Sitting for 4 hours, I wasn’t that sore, thanks to the curvy chair! Definitely they put effort on picking the right comfort chair!

Thank you for the great experience!

This place is cute, I love the glass coffe cups they put your coffee in when you dine in. I got a vanilla latte and avocado toast. The latte was good, not too sweet or anything. The toast was really good, I’m not huge on ordering avo toast, I feel they are usually over priced and mediocre. This avo toast tasted really fresh and was around $7, the bread was really good, perfect amount of crunch. Prices were average for coffee around $6 or $7. It’s a small cafe, they have tables and outlets for students.

Great coffee, sandwiches and pastries. They also have some interesting variation of beer in bottles. We are espresso and latte snobs and this place is top notch!

The espresso bar was a great friendly experience. If you’re a first time there, they’ll definitely take the time to help you out. Plus, the drinks looks so enticing!

I enjoyed the scenery and the staff was very friendly and helpful for helping me pick out a drink that suited my tastes and preferences. Their hummus toast was also very good. I would recommend this place to anyone who is interested in gourmet coffee.

Hands down our favorite coffee shop in all of Fresno! Great drinks and food is awesome too. Cannot ask for a better group of people who work there!

Coffee and food is delicious and customer service is great. Glad we stopped here. You can also order from your table with their QR code and it’s very simple and easy. A good place to hang out and relax as well, they won’t make you feel uncomfortable.

Inside is newly renovated! It looks super cute. Great space. You don’t feel crowded. Love the options of food and drinks here, although I haven’t had a drink which is the 4 star because I have not had their drink menu. I always carry water on hand…but sweater weather is approaching and I can’t wait to try their hot drinks and read a book. There are some cozier seats and more traditional table and chair options. Wish I loved closer to The Mug! Thank you to the owners for being good humans!

Delicious and lovely ambiance. Sweet and happy staff! I was nervous about the gouda sandwich being too tough, but I was very pleased! You can taste the fresh ingredients. The ciabatta was soft yet toastyand the egg was perfectly cooked. I asked for cooked spinach-perfect! I was surprised that the ham was not lunch meat style!!! And the tomato aoli just wrapped everything in a bow. HIGHLY recommend… oh and the drink! Also perfect! Great flavor and quality ingredients. I will be back and telling everyone.

I’m new to Fresno, stopped by for a simple cup of coffee and I was greeted with wonderful hospitality from the owner serving my coffee. He shared what the coffee shop was all about and the different types of food. He brought the coffee to my seat which was refreshing, not your standard waiting at Starbucks for your name to be called out, blah. Couples were in there having breakfast, people on their laptop, and other friendly people saying “Hi”, as they walked through the door (you don’t see that much). It was a wonderful atmosphere. I will definitely get my coffee here.
