It goes without saying that the best donuts 🍩 in Eastern NC are made right here. Krispy Kremes’ reputation is legendary. And now these delicious treats are available everywhere (grocery stores and gas stations) but come here, please! The “Hot Now” sign is your invitation to donut heaven. That melt in your mouth goodness is unique. Stop by, grab a freshly made donut, a coffee, Coke product or other refreshing beverage and enjoy.

The staff was so friendly.. I went to the drive thru and the woman on the speaker as well as at the window was so cheerful and pleasant. I wish every drive thru had such great service.. the donuts were the best and so fresh . I appreciate the variety that’s available and it wasn’t even expensive.

Ordered online this afternoon for pickup tonight. Got there and there were no donuts because they were out of them. Asked for a refund, but they said they could not do that because I ordered online.
Staff in this store clearly have no idea how online ordering works. This is not surprising, because this is consistently the WORST Krispy Kreme I’ve ever been to. The never have anything in stock, especially the limited, special items.

Unlike what other reviews on here say, I had a decent experience with this location’s customer service during my last visit.
That said, the donuts are unquestionably getting smaller. The last time I had purchased food here was pre-pandemic. The cake batter donut was substantially larger than the palm of my hand (I have a 9.5″ hand span). Now look at it, shrunken to the size of maybe a few ping pong balls. Shrinkflation is real. I get why Krispy Kreme decreased the size of their donuts with the current economic environment (easier to do than raise prices, since who’s going to pay $3 for a donut?), but it’s still unfortunate.

Workers here have tarnished the Krispy Kreme brand..No glazed donuts available which I’ve never encountered in over 20 years of visiting.. Donuts placed in wrong racks..and don’t order cold drinks.. you’re lucky to get 4 sips because the cup is filled with ice

We went here for breakfast on a Monday morning and it was quite busy! The staff were very friendly and ordering went relatively quick. We had a Cloud 9 espresso drink which was delicious! My husband had a breakfast burrito which was awesome, but a little skimpy on the sausage. I had the healthy breakfast sandwich which was also great, but did not feel healthy due to the bread being doused in butter when it was griddled. I would get it again but with dry toast. Overall, we had a very good experience.

By far the best black bean burger ever. I’m vegan so I’m so glad they could make it vegan friendly. The portion size is huge too. Flavorful with a nice kick. Nicest employees as well!!!

The Scullery is amazing! If you are a local or a first time visitor this is the spot for breakfast!! Perfect for family, friend, or co-worker get togethers. They have healthy options on the menu and will cater to your allergy needs as well. I come here all the time with friends or just to get a coffee. I have never had a bad experience. The staff is nice, the restaurant is clean, and every meal is cooked to perfection. Food is also quick to get to you. I 10/10 recommend.

Busy place. Great downtown location. 25 minute wait for table but that’s plenty of time to peruse UBE and maybe pickup an ECU t-shirt or 2. Loved my hot salad with grilled chicken. Pirate breakfast looked delish, but my husband wasn’t too keen on the local burger. He just wasn’t feeling the spices (garlic, maybe?) in the the patty. Hot chocolate was a work of art. We’ll be back. Service was very friendly and we were treated to an impromptu and lovely rendition of The Christmas Song sung by one of the staff.

Loved it! Great location in downtown Greenville and just blocks from East Carolina University. The food was delivered quickly and I was surprised to see they’d seasoned the food and didn’t leave seasoning on the table. Will 100% go back next time I’m in town!

I asked for a venti iced matcha latte. Ended up with a regular latte with a scoop of matcha. Didn’t realize till I got back to work and took a sip….yuck! Waste of $6.30! I’m super disappointed!

I prefer locally-owned coffee shops. However, I do occasionally hit Starbucks and in my experience they lack atmosphere but are pretty decent coffee shops. This Starbucks is average to slightly below the average Starbucks. There is a small outside seating area but no indoor seating. They don’t coordinate the drinks and food when mobile ordering for pick up which is kind of irksome. The coffee is pretty good and the staff is friendly and courteous.

Went this morning and ordered a tall iced white chocolate mocha, but was informed they didn’t have white mocha… I had no problem with that and just asked the guy what a similar drink would be. He obviously did not want to help me, so I asked if the brown sugar shaken expresso was sweet? He said “it’s one of the sweeter ones…” I said okay ummm I guess I will try that… then out of no where a girl jumps on the drive through intercom and said we can just add more pumps of flavor to make it sweeter… i agreed. When I got to the window, I let him scan my debit card on the app… and he handed me a venti iced latte… I said “I hope you didn’t just charge me for a venti, because I asked for a tall?” He said “they rang you up for a venti” and offered no help… I didn’t even get the brown sugar shaken expresso I agreed to try???

The customer service here is horrible… usually Starbucks employees help find drinks that would be a good choice, but this location is lacking!!!

I had a mobile order which was not ready when it said it would be. The drink was only filled 3/4 and had zero sweetener. I requested a new drink and waited for 15 minutes. The drink was still not correct! The barista added extra syrup I think because I complained!!
It is ridiculous to pay that much for coffee and it is undrinkable😤😠

I’ve been coming here for quite a while and order the refresher drinks consistently, however I’ve been noticing that the drinks have been diluted more over time. Very disappointing the quality of this drinks have gone down.

They were struggling today. Sat in the drive thru for a few minutes before backing out and going inside. I had a simple order and everything tatsed good. They must have just been overwhelmed. This was my first time, so I don’t know if this is the norm.

Ever been to a Starbucks before? Great, that makes this simple! This is also one.

There’s a few small tables inside and the usual variety of snacks and tumblers available. You can order you coffee or refresher at whatever level of fanciness or ridiculousness you can imagine.

Once you place your order, expect to get it somewhere between 1.57-15 minutes later, depending on the complexity and how busy the store is.

Made my shaken espresso by stirring and then topped off with a bunch of milk. I questioned this and was told that’s how it’s made. I worked at Starbucks for quite a while though so I know this is wrong as I’ve made this drink a billion times unless something had changed I feel like I payed for something I didn’t get. Very frustrating, just don’t cut corners

Very good customer service. I have traveled to 🌟 Starbucks in 11 countries and this one served up what I was cooking. They were oit of Carmel swirl, but offered me a dark Carmel swirl in my iced coffee and I love it!

My son was excited to bring me here for breakfast during a visit to Greenville. It was amazing…the flavor…go today if you’re in the area. I will be a repeat customer when I’m in town. So good!!

The waffles are good by itself honestly. Hot and soft, they are tiny and expensive though.
Next time I probably just get plain waffle with one type of syrup on top. Because the items from the menu are so sweet. Too sweet for me. I think they probably ruin the waffle itself by dumping so many toppings on top. More doesn’t mean better.

Friendly staff. You can sweet or savory waffles or even build your own. Love this place, very good food.

Interesting little shop that offers breakfast, savory, and sweet waffles. Very small location, so not a place I’d recommend eating in. Primely located near downtown Greenville and East Carolina University’s campus. I think I need to try other menu items to give them a fair shot at an even better rating.

Very yummy waffles. Crispy yet fluffy on the inside… the O.G and campfire were the best.
