We stopped by on the way to VT. This was the first time at a Cracker Barrel for us. The store was wonderful with many great items to see and buy. Then we went to the restaurant. Our server was amazing and our biscuits were delicious! The food came out fast and hot. However beside the biscuits, the rest of the meal was just a normal chain restaurant quality food. Overall we had a good time and would stop by again for another visit if we drive by again for breakfast!

I love going to this restaurant. All the food I’ve had here is delicious!

Biscuits and cornbread served before meals are great. My favorite food is probably chicken dumplings! Yum! I also enjoyed the combo meal to try a few things with ham, meatloaf and chicken and 3 sides, I had plenty of food to bring home for left overs! The atmosphere is so neat with old country items on walls, a nice large fireplace and a store to buy great gifts which helps my 3 year old behave nicely at dinner table knowing he could get a prize from mommy and daddy in the store after meal.

First time coming here the tater tots were my fav had good flavor and love the ranch dipping sauce. The eggs with the hash needed more flavor. I added salt, pepper, ketchup to the hash and it tasted better. Definitely liked the crunchiest corner of the pancakes it would have been perfect if the butter came on the side so you can dip it into it. Love the syrup nice hot and fresh and the bottle it came in. This place got some potential. Like the country theme they have. Very interesting. I came a second time around and omg this tasted better than the last food I had. The steak, eggs with the grits, fried apples I did one substitute and got tater tots.

    The Store:
What a cool little shop to go to. They definitely have many unique items that I haven’t seen in any other retail stores. The ceiling decor is wild. I would go back again to see what is new for sale in the future. The only fault is they’re pricey, so be prepared to drop a few extra bucks.
    The Restaurant:
I have mixed feelings on it. The plus side is the staff is nice, the area is clean, the decor is like no other, and service was timely. My steak was cooked at perfect temperature – always a huge plus. The lemonade is phenomenal.
The worst that stood out to me would be the green beans looked like it came out of a very dated can. The texture was mush, the appearance was nauseating, and the taste is exactly what you think it would be; disgusting. When the bread was served we were told they had no plates so we were handed some napkins. The eating area wasn’t even half full so I found that to be odd.
I also noticed some Servsafe issues when handling cups and plates. A server should always be trained properly to avoid cross contamination. That’s day 1 for every restaurant.
Because of the store part I’ll give a very generous 3 stars. I would probably visit another location again in the future. It just wouldn’t be my first choice if I was going to do so.

Our impromptu visit here was delightful and enjoyable. We strolled in as a party of 3, there was no wait so we were immediately sat and soon thereafter greeted by our server. He has somewhat of a savoir fair which complemented the country elegance of the atmosphere. Sufficed to say, we were wholely satisfied upon departure. Our tip to our attentive server reflected this accordingly. High expectations were satisfied! You should give this place a try, especially if you like biscuits.

Large portions but maybe it was an off day my eggs burnt my potatoes weren’t cooked all the way Imy meal came with toast who eats the ends of the bread normally you trow that part a way because rhoes pieces are smaller than the others and then throw a big gob of butter on my toast, I get 2 plate size pan cakes and you get 1/3of a cup of syrup. Also I see sometimes they would deliver food to tables and some times they would call you up to pick up your own food. No one was wiping off tables after patrons would sit down. And leave

We need more stars for this place. The coffee is the best, but using the first word of the name with out getting deleted, they have the best “name” wings in the valley. Yes you stand in a decent sized line, but that’s part of the experience. Everyone is excited and unsure of which flavor or dish to try. To put it into perspective I am from Northampton and I drive to Holyoke for coffee and food, now let that sink in a little bit.

1st timer here – I really enjoyed The Dam Cafe. I got a reuben & chips.
The place was clean, service was fast, the price was very reasonable & it tasted good. I’d definitely recommend stopping by.

First time stopping in here. I got the raspberry iced tea and breakfast potatoes. Both were delicious. The potatoes were some of the biggest breakfast potatoes I’ve ever seen. They were so crunchy on the bottom. Some of the best I’ve ever had. The staff was very friendly and the cafe has a cozy vibe to it.

Good fast service, tasty doughnuts, and clean store. Everything you would want and expect from a Dunkin’. Did not disappoint. I even ordered one of the newer drinks (a Caramel Craze latte) that could have gone wrong, but was perfect! It reminded me of a PSL (pumpkin spice latte), but had a caramel base. I would 100% order it again!

If I could give zero stars I would! This is by far the worst Dunkin’ I have ever been too! The staff is rude and disrespectful. I placed a Mobil order and after 20 minutes it still wasn’t done I waited nearly 30 minutes for it to be completed. The staff was swearing and laughing not caring about the fact there was a drive through line out of the parking lot and a line in the store that was very long as well. The women I believe to be the manager was telling her staff to get it together and work and they all said basically to “F” off. She had no control of them. This isn’t the first time this happens I do frequent this Dunkin’ since it is the closes one to me, however I will be going out of my way to a different one. They always forget stuff in my order or get it wrong and I always order ahead so it’s literally on paper of what I ordered. For how much staff is working there it’s absolutely crazy to me that they act the way they do and also can’t do the most basic part of their job. I think this Dunkin’ would benefit with a complete re-staff. Up until more recently this Dunkin was actually one of my favorites so I don’t know what happened. Very very disappointed.

What a treasure to find a Dunkin’ donuts other than a drive up. Who knew this jam was right in Holyoke Massachusetts. It was large with many tables clean quiet and had a good fresh inventory of donuts and bagels. Service was efficient and quick. My kind of place for a quick stop and go pick me up while holiday shopping

Today was the best day of my life. Upon coming to this Dunkin’ Donuts today I was having a very rough morning. I was doing GrubHub and door dash this morning. I went to six other stores. All of the other stores were horrible. I almost gave up on all Dunkin’ Donuts. When I arrived to this Holyoke location, they made me feel amazing. They were so professional. All of the women here were great. They were speedy, professional and very knowledgeable. I have never experienced such a great experience in my life. The managers were on point. All of the staff was working so fast. Safety was their number one concern. I cannot believe I am receivingSuch a great service like this. I recommend this Dunkin’ Donuts to everyone in the United States and across the world. Thank you so much. AndBy the way, they have beautiful women hereAll seven of the females were working so hard

! Frozen hot chocolate is what I order everytime, it never changes! 5 days a week yet 2-3 days EVERY WEEK they manage to give me a frozen coffee! If I wanted a coffee I would order one! 4 days I am already at work when it’s given to me it’s wasted! I had an employee argue with me about what I ordered, I had the app to prove him wrong! I’ve tried to call and as per 99% of the time there is no answer. On the off chance they do answer I get “ well bring it back and we will fix it, HELLO I can’t leave my job because you can’t do yours!!! The owner and managers should be ashamed at the employees performances!

Fast and attentive service. They get the basics right, French toast, waffles, pretty good. Home fries could use a little help, but the orange juice is awesome. Seating is decent as the place was not packed. It was busy, but not packed. Service gets an A, the food gets a C+ the orange juice stands alone with an A+

The place looks good the server was very nice, when I visited it was very busy but only waited a few minutes to be seated the food is good and the portions are big, they have a list that you have to put your name in for the wait and some people didn’t knew that and people that got there last went in front of them.

🍀UPDATE 06/10/22 🍀Finally made it back to Holyoke to see family. Swung by Rusty’s for Breakfast, and it was awesome! The buzz is back, I am so glad they survived COVID and are still making my favorite, the Homemade style hash, it was delicious! My wife enjoyed the poached eggs, said they were perfect. Now all I have to do is convince them to set up shop in Alaska and I’m set!🍀🍀🍀

Best Homemade Hash I’ve ever had. Biscuits and Sausage Gravy are wicked awesome. Waitresses are great. I like sitting at the bar listening to the buzz. I hope they open back up soon.

Seems like a place only the locals know about in this New England town. Great place for breakfast. The corned beef hash Benedict was delicious and you have got to try the pancakes. They were huge and absolutely delicious. This place is the real deal diner.

Food and atmosphere as always great. Our waitress was lackluster at best,we’ve never had her before, but her lack of attention to customers and hiding behind the counter made for poor service. Definitely not the norm with other waitstaff.

Absolutely terrible. Sitting in the parking lot at this moment. Went to the drive thru at 6p. Was told it would “be a minute, it was shift change”… ok, no problem… 6 minutes later I gave up and went into the store. Watched the employee count the only drawer for another 5 minutes before being acknowledged. Was told someone would be right with me… the only employee left is just starting to make 4 sandwiches. In the meantime the other employees child approx 4-5 years old waS behind the counter eating the munchkins with bare hands!!! At that point it had been 15 minutes of “someone will be right with you” and now dirty hands… unacceptable and disgusting!!

By far the worst dunkin I’ve ever been to. Rude and incompetent staff that changes almost daily, horrible management and some of the worst fast food offerings you can possibly get. I didn’t even know you could make coffee and microwaved breakfast sandwiches so poorly. Definitely worth the drive to a different location.
