Amazing fresh cooked healthy & delicious breakfast, don’t miss it if pass by !

The food is wonderful and the location is convenient. The team members working there are also incredibly kind and helpful. However, more often than not, particularly lately, our orders have been wrong. This has included wrong items, missing items, and even things like sandwiches missing the meat that they’re supposed to come with. At this point, we’ve gone from regulars at Panera to treating it like a last resort.

My wife and I stopped in for a late lunch. We had never been there before. We ordered 2, pick 2. Hers was a cup of soup and a sandwich. Mine was a bowl of soup and a salad. Her cup and my bowl of soup was the same amount of soup with one exception. Mine came with a short, black curly hair. Never again.

Very nice new restaurant, the physical surroundings are very pleasant. Staffing seems to be an issue as with most places these days. The counter person taking orders was not versed in customer service. She wasn’t rude in any way, just unresponsive. She hardly said one word. Then I had to bring back my order twice because there were mistakes. And all it was, was a scrambled egg and bacon on a bagel. But they fixed the order both times and the woman who appeared to be the manager even offered me a free chocolate chip cookie to make up for the problems.

So if you like bakery items and food developed in a corporate boardroom, with chaos ensuing when there’s any request that doesn’t coincide with the standardized menu items, Panera is your place.

Recently, I canceled my sip club membership because this location is FREQUENTLY not open for breakfast due to staffing issues. Because I’m only in the area on the weekends (and rare holiday weekdays) it has become increasingly rare that I can order my absolute favorite breakfast soufflé. This morning, after calling ahead a hold request, I arrived to learn my soufflé had been thrown out. So now, I’ll finish my morning errands on an empty stomach because I’m not ordering something else that isn’t what I wanted.

I wish this location could get it together. Panera has great food.

Fast and friendly service. Food and drinks were great just wgats needed while on a road trip!
✭✭✭✭✭ By Dana Hyde (3 months ago)
They seem busy in the drive thru but the dine in is quiet. Staff are not that friendly and courteous. Untypical service for a starbucks. Place is somewhat clean. Spacing with each table is adequate.
✭✭✭ By Nico Samneil Salado (9 months ago)
Unfortunately they don’t wear name tags, but the plus size young woman (no offense) who took my order had a condescending and unfriendly attitude.
Not really looking forward to going back.
The rest of the staff was sincerely friendly and fantastic!

I like going to different diners, this is on my list of favorites and they’re open on Mondays. Plenty of filling in the western omelet and the only way home fries should be cooked (on a flat top).
✭✭✭✭✭ By Steve Willey (a year ago)
A delightful breakfast stop. This place is old school diner with no nonsense fair. The staff are wonderfully welcoming and always have a smile.

The banana pancake were fantastic. Great banana flavour without being too sweet.

They had a chair for kiddos and it was super helpful as they only have stools to sit on otherwise.

Worth a stop if you’re in The area and looking for breakfast.

But put donuts with frosting on top of each other in a bag. 🍩 Should place in box 📦 side by side. I ordered four donuts. 🍩
That why lose one star. 🌟

What an amazing place! I’m only in Plattsburgh for a week and needed a quick pick me up and stumbled upon this hidden gem! The owners are fantastic and friendly beyond belief! The coffee/espresso/lattes are fantastic and the place promotes local artists and their products!

Long story short, if you need great coffee/espresso come on over here! Both the coffee and the company will not disappoint!

Friendly service, but their coffee-making skills are behind today’s standards. Their cappuccinos and lattes remind me of what people in North America imagined Italian coffee to be back in the 90s, before learning how to do it correctly. Baristas could stand to take a refresher course or visit a city where good coffee is made. And no, you don’t put whipped cream on a latte!

Stopped here to do some work while working on the road. I loved the local arts and plant cuttings for sale, as well as the selection of coffee and teas. Great atmosphere, would cone again

I went to the koffee Kat once as a teenager and loved it. 15 years later and I still love it, their London Fog is amazing definitely go, get some tea or coffee you won’t be disappointed. Plus theu have alot of really great art on the walls

I would have rated higher if the latte I got was actually good! I’m not blaming the person who made it at all! I don’t think it was them as I’ve had the same person over the long years that Koffee Kat has been around! He’s never made my drinks bad… and I’d always prefer him to make them! I’m pretty darn sure it was the espresso. It did not taste fresh at all tasted burnt! Tasted like cafe bustelo brand. Yuck. Would be great if the Koffee Kat offered different intensity of espresso as well. Sometimes you don’t wanna drink something that’s going to put hair on your chest. Haha but anyways not wanting a free drink or anything. 3 stars unfortunately because the latte was pretty much undrinkable. Plz check your beans and store them correctly if you don’t already. And it’s ok to change the brand too. I still love the koffee kat tho.
