The guy at the window was upbeat, friendly and I’d go through this location everyday just to hear his cheerful tone! I was in a hurry and only had time to stop at one location, so I ordered food & a drink here. My drink was made to perfection! However, my sandwich, that’s another issue. It was served hot, which was great! But, the top of the bun was so hard, I couldn’t bite into it and it was so super small! The inside and bottom bread tasted amazing, I’m just sad the top of the bread was too hard to enjoy. I won’t be ordering anymore $7.50 sandwiches from Starbucks lol. I will just go through a food place and give up the nice drink lol!

So not impressed. This is how much you get when you order with no ice. Had I known this is what I was going to get I would have went to the other Starbucks that has no problem filling the cup up. So I paid for a Venti oat milk shaken espresso only to get 1/4 of the cup. It also tastes nothing like it’s supposed to. I will never come back. Feel privileged I didn’t throw a fit since my son was with me. This place is a joke.

Every time I go to the Starbucks the customer service is amazing. Everyone is friendly, my drinks are made to perfection every time. Big shout out to everyone who works there. ❤️

The ladies working were so nice and upbeat! I ordered the Mango Dragonfruit and the husband got the Nitro Cold Brew Vanilla and the Nitro Cold Brew Almond Honey. All our drinks were made perfectly and service was amazing. One of the best Starbucks locations!

I was given some very old coffee after asking is the coffee fresh? It took a little longer to get. The coffee was so bad I turn around and carried back. They remembered me. Did not want to give me a gift card. The 2nd coffee was not a dark roast not certain what it was, but not good. Gift card for $4. Not a good attitude.

Staffs were courteous. They have a wide variety of coffees and gifts like Starbucks mugs. All the hand written names are gone now. They print ur name with what we ordered. Attached store hours and mugs section.

Thus far, my fave Starbucks. Great environment and friendly employees. Always fix my drink without complaint, if it isnt made correctly. Which happens once in a while when new people are being trained.

I’ve always had wonderful visits until this one. Waited patiently for my order, guy behind me gets his, I asked for mine he only has coffee they say I wait longer, what did you have one girl ask? I say latte and bacon sandwich, I wait longer then someone else ask same question, I point out again. The group is laughing, one girl pours out an espresso because no one says who it belongs to. I ask again they say oh here it is, grab my stuff go to the car and I have a sausage sandwich, I go back in say it’s not my order, again they asked what I had, girl spends 3 minutes warming up my sandwich. The bacon was limp and cold. I left unsatisfied. My latte was supposed to have extra shot, my small cup was half empty. To bad I loved Starbucks, will be awhile before I spend my time with that store again. 10 am not that busy.

I travel a lot, and frequent Starbucks across the country. I don’t think I’ve ever been in a more unpleasant Starbucks than this one. Loud rap music playing. The LOUDEST staff imaginable, completely out of touch with the fact that there were customers. Dirty tables. Should I go on… ?

Really friendly staff. The owner actually was out front and super friendly. Very wonderful and welcoming vibe. The coffee that we had was top notch (Latte with Carmel syrup).
Would definitely go again and again!

From out of town and our first time at this lovely spot. Staff was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Ordered a hot vanilla latte with an extra shot and an iced carmel latte, both were delicious. Husband loved the party donut! Got a drip coffee to go and was given two roasts of coffee to choose from. Plenty of space to sit, sip and soak in the atmosphere or read. Outdoor patio seating was inviting but too hot for me this September morn still. Seems connected to a local church which is heartwarming to know.

Always a pleasure to come in and have a cup of coffee in this quiet atmosphere. We also enjoy the outside patio area available. There’s not many coffee choices, but they are all good! The baked items are a nice add on as well. They are always fresh tasting.

The perfect place to smell the coffee and get to work!
A great place to hang-out, work or study. The property is beautiful and the coffee is amazing. A must visit if in Tyler.

I hate coming into places right at closing but we’re visiting from SoCal and the barista was so so sweet about it. She was very personable and made our drinks to perfection. So incredibly sweet to see all of the kind and genuine people that Texas has to offer opposed to most Californians. We will definitely come back when we visit!!!

Well… two entrees, two drinks, and a kids meal = $40. There is no table service so its self serve. Thus there really is not service. For almost $20 a head and its like a nice fast food place. That said the food was great. The bacon was generous and quality, the breads are fresh, the turkey thick and perfect. Did I like the place, yes. Was that meal worth the price…..

Corner Bakery has always been quality. My wife and I can’t think of a time that they have ever messed up an order in two years. Great location, staff, and food. Even when ordered for delivery. 🙂 A+ in our book. My wife LOVES the chicken organic soup! Everyone is very nice as well.

A little pricey for me; over $9 for 4 small pancakes , no sides. The pancakes are good. The chocolate croissant was served cold and very hard. The brown sugar latte just tasted like nutmeg. Service was friendly.

Excellent buttermilk pancakes that actually taste like buttermilk. Most other breakfast places claim buttermilk pancakes on their menu but they don’t have any buttermilk flavor. The scrambled eggs were good and the bacon was crisp, as ordered. Best bacon I’ve had at a restaurant.

Love coming here because of the atmosphere but last few times very poor customer service. No one looks at you or asks you if they may help you at the counter when placing an order. Young lady just stood there and once I asked are you ready for us she said, yeah, I said well we stood there and you said nothing to us or even acknowledged us. Corner Bakery you need to work on greetings with your employees. And also apologizing when they have made a mistake.

I would have to say that the team can serve a great quality of Coffee. The team is very friendly especially a woman name Payton. I made a mistake in ordering the wrong coffee and she didn’t hesitate to fix it. Overall the Coffee tasted superb and I’m glad to leave Starbucks fully satisfied with the right coffee all thanks to Payton. I am definitely coming back.

Not much to say about this Starbucks expect the drive-thur is pretty much busy all the time and inside the seating is not a lot. When a lot of people are there the WiFi slows down bad which sucks. The people there are alright and the bathrooms are clean. Not much to say about the coffee because it’s the same everywhere.

Update on 5/16/22. This Starbucks has not really changed from my last review. I feel that the music is not as loud which is good. Also the Wifi works better now. I can watch YouTube vids without problems. Good job Starbucks. Prices are still not great but whatever. The manager there was cool and answered some questions I had. The only bad thing is that in the bathroom I went in the ceiling fan was dirty. Other than that the bathroom was clean. Great staff but I still think it’s a ok Starbucks because they all look the same to me.

This place is always busy and always seems to take longer to get my drink order than any other Starbucks in town. Mobile order is by far the fastest and best way to order here, otherwise you wait 20 minutes or more. There have been many times where they got my order wrong. The staff is nice enough for the most part.

The drinks are always very good, however the customer service is lacking. I have gone in this location multiple times this month to pick up my order and I was greeted one visit out of many. Tonight I even said hello loudly and thank you and the people behind the counter could not stop talking to each other long enough to look at me. Disappointed

I’m in this store all the time, drinks are fantastic and the customer service is great! The atmosphere is very welcoming and I especially love when blues music is played in the cafe!
