Nice little coffee shop, looks cool on the inside with a good shop to buy stuff from. The drinks we ordered were great with lots of flavor, if ever back in Utica I would definitely go back! ☕️

Loved this cute little coffee shop. It has decent number of seatings on the outside as well. Their quote “Wake the hell up” made my day😂. Had my mandatory americano, bagel sandwich and a banana chocolate chip loaf. Everything was good. Will definitely suggest to visit if you are in Utica.

My husband and I have ordered from Utica for over the past year, since we where in the area this weekend we swung in to have some fresh drinks and grab some coffee for home. I was unaware that they didn’t carry the 5lb bags in store, but when asked the lovely ladies there where on it! The team lead there went in back and brought me out what they could spare for their blueberry coffee then ground it fresh for me before leaving. Was it 5 lbs, no. Was it 3 lbs of our favorite coffee that I got to drink the next morning, yes! Everyone at the shop was so happy and willing to go over different drinks, definitely recommend the twilight lotus iced tea!

Great coffee, great employees, and great service. We will never stop supporting this brand!

Friendly and fast service. Free parking out front. That said, this is not a destination for great coffee. If you like “peanut butter triple whipped oat milk lattes” you will probably love this place. I didn’t see any single-origin beans on the menu or any naturally-processed roasts either. I did, however, see a lot of oddly flavored coffee beans.

This place has the best atmosphere and decor, love the vibes just waking in. Also has the best coffees in Utica no doubt. 100% recommend this place if your nearby.

Waitress was excellent. Coffee was always full & didn’t even have to ask for creamer. She was on top of it. Food was good, nice servings with some exceptional hashbrown. A place worthy of a great breakfast.

Good food great prices, nice staff. Looking an unassuming local place with classic options and fun specials check out Top oif the Morning Cafe. Trivia games to keep you occupied while waiting for your order.

Our family stopped here for breakfast while visiting the area. The diner was friendly and busy on a Saturday morning. We were seated right away. The service was great and the whole menu looked delicious. We chose specials from the board and were VERY pleasantly surprised. The food was fantastic. We would highly recommend Top of the Morning. See pictures!

We intentionally went later on Friday about 6 so the meal would not be rushed. We were the only others there waiting for an order. Another group came in later after we ordered. It seemed like a long time to wait for broiled fish. I now suspect the waitress was not paying attention because the fish was luke warm. Another inattentive waitress there. I will not be back. I’m tired of trying to support local businesses only to be disappointed by the product. I would rather get a microwave dinner.

The bagels at Willie’s Bagel Cafe are seriously the best around. I’ve been on a hunt trying to find a good bagel place around me and this is it. They’re always very friendly in there and they load the sandwiches up just the way I like them. I’ll be stopping by as often as I can come summer.

Willie’s is definitely my go-to Bagel place. Their bagels are very pleasing in size and taste. I got the bacon, egg, and cheese Bagel. It was delicious like always.

We come here every weekend for bagels. They are the best in town. They have many options on the menu and have some tie die bagels for the kids. We especially like the Philly bagel -pictured below. Delish.

This place is such a hidden gem. The bagels are so fresh, soft and the right amount of chewy. They’re great plain, with cream cheese (of which they have a variety of flavors which are also homemade), or with any sandwich combination (including breakfast or lunch varieties). Even the next day they were to die for and still super soft. Lots of dif flavor bagels, including a delicious blueberry one and really cute plain unicorn bagels. They also have other offerings, like an amazing looking French toast that I can’t wait to try, croissants, pastries, & more. A great place for breakfast, lunch, or in between & a definite must try.

Great little bagel place that I was unaware of. You could smell it all the way down the street, and it smelled WONDERFUL! I have to admit, it was PACKED, but that’s what you expect when you want quality like the food that they provide. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese on an everything bagel for myself and an everything bagel with cream cheese for my daughter. She said it had the perfect cream cheese-to-bagel ratio, and I thoroughly enjoyed mine as well. They had so many options that I was a little disappointed in myself for sticking with regular bagel and not venturing off and trying something new. And I just figured out that there is a second location in town too, which is actually located closer to me. Staff was friendly, customers were nice (I yelled “GO BILLS!” and got it yelled back to me by like 10 people), and the prices are what you would expect from a bagel shop. Will definitely be revisiting, and also going to the newer shop!

I got 9ff of I-90 on a cold rainy night to buy coffee. I barely made it to this store before they closed on a Sunday night, but the coffee was fresh and hot and very tasty, staff was sweet like Sunday morning, tho they were ready to close. I am eternally grateful to have gotten this big giant cup of Love! Will eat here again for sure

Is it the water and or the equipment?Coffee was weak, and did not taste as a typical DD Coffee, Not up to snuff. Will try again, if the same, will go to the next Coffee Shop.

They are always out of carmel, barley ever have croissants. The people at the drive through are rude. They get rid of their holiday drinks before the holidays are even over. They get rid of the best items. One of the worst dunkin’s around.

Excellent customer service experience with an upbeat and enthusiastic server by the name of Tim. The other staff were equally active in completing the order and were very pleasant and they were quite witty. Got our order quickly and we were informed of a two for $5 special which ended up being a savings. Got my regular 3 pounds of coffee for $19.99 which by far is the best deal going anywhere for ground flavored coffee. Not to mention that it is my favorite coffee! The owner of the franchise has much to be proud of with this store. It is always clean and neat and extremely easy to get in and out because of the traffic lights and turning lanes on both entrances of the strip mall. America and I definitely runs on Dunkin!

I had a great breakfast here. My server was efficient and super friendly. Food was great, and looked great. I got the hash benedict and a side of bacon. The bacon was actually very good, better than most places.

What a great little gem of a restaurant. We just beat the big Sunday rush. The servers were busting their buns getting ppl in and out… But not rushing us at all. Got the Elvis french toast, veggie omelette, and corned beef hash omelette. The peasant bread toast was a plus.. melted butter! Absolutely delicious. And the coffee was fresh, hot, and smoothe. Def a must stop in place. Comfortable at home friendly vibe. Right on Bleaker, it is close to everything Utica.

We were in town for the boilermaker, and it looked like a great spot to grab some breakfast. The food was wonderful, a great atmosphere, and friendly staff. If you find yourself in Utica stop in, you will not be disappointed.

The customer service was poor from the time I placed an order. My co workers and I placed an order for breakfast. We all work in a busy nursing home as nurses and just needed a break to grab a bite. The lady who we spoke to on the phone used a rude tone to speak to us. She had no patience and it seemed like we was taking up her time. When we sat down to eat, the food was burnt and we were not able to enjoy the food. When we called back, the same lady who we spoke to earlier told us that we cannot receive a refund nor have our meals remade. I am very disappointed and felt let down from the business especially being that I am an essential worker who just wanted to have a good breakfast.
