Excellent service. Their crew works so well together. Servers are attentive and kind.

    Breakfast options are great.

My Strawberry Crepes Combo was very yummy.

Their deserts look fabulous. I should try them next time.

Also, those sayings on the walls are hilarious. If you want breakfast in bed, you sleep in the kitchen for instance.

Great experience! Came and the parking lot was almost full but we were able to get a table right away for our large party. Food was great and fast. Service was kind and we were even stopped on the way out for the kids (and adults) to pick out suckers!

Overall, the fish dinners are awesome, the side salad was giant beside the same size salad somewhere else. But I wasn’t too impressed with the ‘Patty Melt Dinner. But that’s fine cuz my boyfriend loves it. Courteous, respectful, knowledgeable survive both on the phone taking my order & when brought curbside when picking it up.

I haven’t been to the Village Inn since covid started. While the restaurant itself has not changed, they have seriously downsized their menu and the prices are sky high. I had a club sandwich which came with a small dish of cottage cheese and my mom had a cheeseburger and a cup of tomato soup. I had a lemonade and she had coffee. Our bill was 31 dollars. Way too much for lunch. And why don’t these restaurants offer just a cup of coffee? Why does it have to be a pot? Lastly, even though there were two people running the cash register and seating people, there was a ridiculously long wait for both while they did other things. Overall, I would say I will not be going back. Not only in the near future but ever.

I’ve never tried village inn heard good things, went with my fiancé around 1 in the afternoon. We got seated and empty coffee cups with the creamer and were told the server would be out. Waited a good 20 minutes and nobody came back to the table. We decided to say something to the lady that seated us and she didn’t say anything just went to the back and we waited another five minutes and nobody else came out. All while two younger people lingered cleaning tables and sweeping the floors around our table… we just decided to get up and leave kinda felt like we weren’t wanted there.

We enjoy going to Newton’s Paradise Cafe every time we go to Waterloo. The hot coffee is always flowing and is a nice medium roast. Their hash browns are nice and crispy. You will have quick friendly service. Download the passport parking app for the street parking before you get there, just to make your life easier. In the bathroom, you will be pleased to find a wide doorway big enough for a wheel chair and a changing table for the little ones. Afterward you can stop at the cute gift shop across the street.

Newton’s Paradise Cafe could be better. It was the first time we tried it. The Pork Tenderloin was huge, it had no fat, however, it had Blanko Bread Crumbs and didn’t have no seasoning, it tasted bland. For $14.00 for a tenderloin it needs to have flavor. The French Fries were kinda hard. The pancakes were huge and tasty but $12.00 for pancakes? This will be a one time try for Newton’s Paradise Cafe for us.

Stopped in for birthday breakfast. It was busy, but service was great. Awesome Bloody Mary’s and a shared breakfast worked well for us!

Giving hella cheap dinner/dive energy. The ambiance is super authentic with cute booths & bar seating. The food & drinks were pretty basic. Some of the dishes/utensils were a tad dirty & I had to return my drink b/c something was in it. Lastly, the service was really mediocre & needs improvement. Staff should probably refrain from looking for a new job while at work. Although they were very polite, but having to ask for refills on something that is “unlimited” and not offering water is just unfortunate.

The wife said the pancakes were the best she’s had. The kids said the pancakes were soft as well and yummy. I had the country fried steak with pepper gravy, something I wouldn’t normally eat but figure try something new. Wasn’t for me. Server did a great job Kelsey, we sat outside the fans for the kitchen were loud. We got our food after our drinks came 24 minutes, good time I would say, when wee were walking in a guy said good luck, very slow. It was fine for me. People came in right before us and they got there food quick to. Good place.

Before I leave my review I went and read some of the other reviews. I hope someone is looking at these reviews and taking note of how bad this store has become. I usually get the rotisserie chicken salad sandwich but the last three times I’ve ordered it I have barely had any meat on the sandwich. All you can taste is the vegetables and the bread. Today I went in cuz I love your chicken and wild rice soup and decide I would get the take too so I’m trying a new sandwich and it is very good. But they were out of a lot of the different breads that I could get it on so I had to go with another bread which is still fine. My complaint today is that I wanted a black iced tea and only one tea was out there. The ice machine was also down so we’d have to ask for ice, but since I was going home I just filled it up with a Dr Pepper and decided I’d put ice in it when I got home. The pop is overly sweet and extremely warm which probably has to do with ice machine being down. Like I said I hope someone seriously looks at these reviews and makes a change in this restaurant because I have been a very long life customer of this location and I’d really hate to take it off my list of places I don’t order from anymore. My lunch today was almost $20 I could have went to a fast food place and spent five to seven dollars.

DO NOT bother with dining at this restaurant. We waited in line for 20 minutes to order, waited another 40 minutes for our food. Our silverware was dirty when it was handed to us. The staff either ignores everyone outright or is incredibly rude to customers that do manage to get any acknowledgement from an employee. I love Panera Bread but I will not be returning to this location. A genuine waste of time.

We had to wait in line for over 20 minutes just to order. We had to wait another 30 for our food. A sit down restaurant would have been faster than this. I have never seen a Panera so slow.

They had no ice available for drinks. Of course, I didn’t find this out until I had already ordered and paid! If I had known there wasn’t ice, I would not have ordered a drink. They should have informed customers at the order station. Plus the dining area was ridiculously warm and quite dirty for it being rather early in the day. Not a pleasant experience.

Salad was brown, slimy and was mostly just chunks of the core of the head of lettuce that didn’t even fill the container. No cheese and no croutons. Baguette was hard like it had been left out, uncovered. I understand not having fresh products due to supply but you need to stop serving them.

This starbucks is so nice and I love the vibe in here!! Everyone was so friendly and made sure I had everything I needed and even checked in with me to see if I liked my drink!! 10/10 would recommend

I usually go here for coffee before I head into work. I always go through the drive through so I can’t comment on what’s inside. I would give them a 5 star because they are almost all super sweet, quick and always get my order correct . But there is a lady named Sue That always seems to be the one to take my money and hand me my order. She rips cash out of my hand, barely gets my coffee to my hand before she lets go so I have to be careful so she doesn’t just drop it on the ground and down the side of my car. She’s always giving dirty looks and makes it an unpleasant experience and she makes me not want to that particular location again.

The line is always long but loves the morning staff. They are always nice and patient. Always got the extra inclusion as requested. 💓💓💓

Out of all this Starbucks around the area, this location specifically goes above and beyond. The service is top tier & I always look forward to coming back. They’re constantly providing impeccable customer service, while still having things run on a timely manner. I absolutely love my Flammang location!!

It’s always busy but usually always gets in and out fairly fast. I have to say that there is an older woman who is usually at the drive-thru (not sure on her name) that needs to better her customer service skills. The times I’ve been here, she always gives rude looks and does not even try and communicate or even seem like she wants to be there. I get that the job probably isn’t always fun, but it makes me not like going to this location as much.

Staff very friendly and courteous. The atmosphere is homey and able to just sit and relax. Pricing is very reasonable.
I would personally recommend over Starbucks or Scooters.

Breakfast wrap was delicious and seemed more homemade than you see in other coffee shops. They have different coffee varieties and lots of options for regular coffee and espresso drinks. Interior has mostly tables and chairs and then one couch off to the side.

First time going to the coffee shop and the tumbleweed coffee was delicious and even though it was me and my family ‘s departure back to MI. The people working there were really nice and would like to come back again some day.

We ordered lunch for a group of 15 and everything was awesome! Everyone had their own labeled box so it was easy to figure out what went where. Food was way better than I’d expect for “just a coffee shop”. Highly recommend!!!
