Missing a sandwich and everything in the order was wrong except the 2 hash browns, my coffee was wrong too, but I didn’t realize until after I called. I did call to let them know and they said I could come for a replacement tomorrow. Problem there is, I live 30 minutes away so it’s probably not worth the drive. It wouldn’t be so bad if the lady at the window wasn’t in such a rush to send me on. I thought the sack was too small to have my whole order in it. She assured me it was there. I asked if the condiments were there, oh I don’t know about that, here, she gives me an abundance of what I asked for. The whole point of ordering Through the ap is accuracy and discounts in my opinion. But every time I order through the ap they fail to give me my free sandwich and usually mess something up. The lady that took my call assured me she packed my order correctly and I must have been handed the wrong bag 🙈 which puts me back to the lady that was in such a rush to get me to leave to begin with. I guess I’ll hold up the line and check my entire order before leaving next time. But I’d rather the line move a little slower and correctly than fast and never getting things right. Maybe just my opinion. Unfortunately nothing made it in the sack my son would eat except the hash browns. So I guess that’s a lucky coincidence.

I absolutely understand being busy and things getting passed over but with that said, every table was a mess and the bathroom was a nightmare. We ate in the car I was fine with that though. Food was spot on and the young lady working was very sweet.

Good fast food. They are utilizing all of the same processes that a large city McDonald’s does even though Ada is a small town. At times they get bogged down with a rush of customers but they recover very fast. They do a good job at this place!

Our order was handed out to the wrong people. Manager at window was in a bad mood when told us to pull forward then hollered to pull into a spot where we were forgotten about for 15 minutes. Had to go in and get our food. Have had better service at this location before.

My husband and I just ate there for the first time and overall we’re giving it a three. Our waitress, Maddie, was very nice and very helpful. Also, the interior of the restaurant itself seemed clean and it was cutely decorated. My husband got the club sandwich with french fries and he said his sandwich had a good flavor. He wasn’t really pleased with the abundance of ham or the lack of abundance of ham, in his opinion, but he did say overall that he thought it had a good flavor. We both tasted the french fries and they were lukewarm and he felt like they had been under a heat lamp for a while. I got a smothered hamburger steak with mashed potatoes and pinto beans. My pinto beans were between a 3 1/2 and a four and had a decent flavor. Also, although the potatoes were instant potatoes, they really had a decent flavor to them too. However, my hamburger steak was so overcooked and tough that it not only didn’t taste good, but was relatively hard to chew. You could see the black around the edges and it seemed to be virtually the same color on the inside as it was on the outside. I did share this with our waitress and she was great about it and took it back to the cooks and asked them to make me another one. She also talked about how charcoaled it was around the edges, but handled it very well and got it back to me quickly. The second one was definitely cooked better, tasted fresher, and didn’t taste like it had been overcooked and sitting under a heat lamp for sometime. I don’t know if it had been sitting under a heat lamp, however it tasted like that to me and I sent it back. I don’t think I would ever order that again, even with the freshly cooked one, because it was so thin and just did not have a good flavor to it at all. Mine did have some Texas toast with it and it was good and I enjoyed eating that.

The food here was Uuuuhhhhhmazing! The prices were reasonable. The portions were huge and the service was fantastic! All 5 of us rate it 5☆! I didn’t take pictures of the appetizer or my salad, but they were both large and delicious!

Always enjoy stopping at Prairie Kitchen in Ada. Friendly service and I had a very good grilled chicken dinner with white gravy for $12.

My husband and I decided to stop by the restaurant on our way out of town. We were pleasantly surprised with the quick service and delicious food. The restaurant was busy but our waitress was outstanding, given the fact that she had several tables to serve at the same time. Our food was delivered to our table quickly and we enjoyed every bite! If we’re ever in Ada, Oklahoma—-we’ll stop by again! Thank you for a great dining out experience, Prairie Kitchen!

They consistently get my order wrong and the food is either undercooked or overcooked. Overall the food from here is disgusting and I would tell everyone to not eat from here.

Sat in line for over 20 minutes with only a couple other cars there. Very irritated because it was just a simple iced coffee and could see the workers giggling and standing there through the window. I understand there are things that I don’t know happening in there but it was very frustrating. Otherwise they are normally pretty good, maybe it’s just because it’s after 9pm

I was waiting for 20 minutes I drove to make I was the only person there and I asked for chili cheese fries and this what I got and after I ordered it took another 20 minutes for me to get my food and I had to call them for them to take my order and the girl who gave me my food was really mean she was glaring at me and was being really disrespectful

Very slow to get the orders in. Servers are very nice, and are hard working. There are lots of options for drinks and food. Only 3 stars for the delay in getting the order in. Every time I go there it takes forever for them to take my order.

I’ve been going here ever since it opened a few years ago. Most of the time I’d go through the drive-thru and the same employee would be working and he would always greet me.
Any time an order was missing something or wrong, they fixed the mistake.
I’ve always had a pleasant experience here and will continue to go back.

I really enjoyed eating at Chick Filet. I usually go to Chick-fil-a but this was definitely a new routine I will add to my day. The fries were fantastic and the filet was just sublime. Will visit again!!

This is the absolute worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been to the food was great but the they had their employees standing out in 32 degree weather to take orders with only 2 cars going at a time. Spoke to the manager very rude said that it was their policy that Chick-fil-A employees had to work out in the freezing cold if it wasn’t below 30 degrees!!! And that they provided all this care which they did not all they provided was jackets where is the compassion. THE GIRL THAT SERVED ME WAS STILL IN HIGHSCHOOL😡

Fantastic food at a great price. Highly recommend. The onions in my dish were as sweet as the coconut cream pie I had for dessert. Definitely coming back.

They refused to serve me and kicked me out of the restaurant for no reason. When my boyfriend called the owner, he refused to apologize and hung up on him. I will never eat here again. P.s. it smelled lile raw sewage in there

Always have to show love for the “hole in the wall” places. Blue moon is a hidden gem here in Ada. If you are from out of town, dont hesitate to stop in. The food is hot, good, and the service is great. I couldn’t resist a few bites before I took the picture!
