Our first visit, impressed with bright interior. Sat at bar, immediately greeted by our server Emma, who was awesome. Coffee flowed continuously, most tables occupied on Wednesday morning. We ordered chili skillet & “The Boss” breakfast sandwich with side of puffstots. Both very tasty, tots were best ever! Highly recommend this place, would definitely return.

I adore this place. So many people know each other. Staff talks to everyone like they have known you forever. Prices are so reasonable for the portion sizes. Super nostalgic diner setup. Love it!

My family and friends enjoy going here. It’s a quaint diner. It’s a place where the locals as well as people visiting Lewiston/Auburn enjoy going. It has that home cooked typed comfort foods with a non judgement friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend you going here to immerse yourselves in some good American food. The prices a very reasonable and they have a big menu to choose your favorite foods. Try it out and enjoy a great meal!

Have only eaten breakfast here. Love their SOS , crepes and last visit l had 2fried eggs,3 sausage links, cheesy hash browns with raison toast (very tastey). Prices
were average , still having a hard time adjusting to post pandemic prices.

Excellent local gem. Great food & customer service. Very attentive & patient, with my 2.5 year old daughter. One waitress pretended to fly into space in their make believe rocket. When my daughter accidentally dropped her plate with Minnie Mouse pancakes. They were quick to offer more pancakes. I declined. I was able to safe an ear & she wasn’t going to eat much more. Waitress came by with some whipped cream & turned it into a smiling face. My daughter loved it. We, the adults, had their special, Cowboy Frying Pan (hash, home fries & onions, topped with baked beans & 2 poached eggs, your choice of toast & coffee…my taste buds were in heaven. Coffee was constantly being refilled! There was a bit of a wait to get seated but, it was well worth it!

I come here pretty often. The staff is warm and welcoming. I usually can get my favorite drink.

A venti blonde iced late with 3 pumps of caramel and 3 pumps of toffee nut.

Most people seem to get angry as they do run out of ingredients quickly and sometimes are missing ingredients for almost a week. The staff do their best for alternatives and substitutions.

If Starbucks corporate sees this. Please rebuild the building or move the staff to another location up to specifications set by the other shops around the country. The speakers can’t play bass, the staff is constantly saying sorry and coming through to walk 2 people around each other. They need space, storage and air for the staff whom are usually beaded with sweat. This will help the staff be more efficient and happy.

I ordered four drinks. Ask for a carry holder for them. And when someone went to get one for me I was told sorry we can’t give you one. We have to say them for delivery orders. I was by myself trying to carry four drinks. How is that? Any different than someone trying deliver them.

Terrible service was waiting for two Uber orders and the gentleman told me that I would be waiting at least 15 mins for my second order. That was fine but my first order was taken by someone else because they are not writing names on the bags I had to cancel the order and loose the money. Very upsetting.

Good, quick, and friendly service. A Variety of products available. Loved the jazz playing when we were in. I’d hang out and get stuff done in there if I were in the area more often. Perfect peaceful atmosphere.

I don’t know what’s happening here but they need to do something. Waited 45 mins and no cold brew and no food. They offered to make the drinks with ice coffee instead. Gross. The drink tasted like water. Then I get to go to dunkin. Right in and right out. Got my food and drinks there. Took under 5mins. The lobby again was closed with only a sign on the door. So people seeing 80 cars line parked and walked in only to see a small sign closed. If they can’t keep things stocked they should up date their app and put up signs. I wasted $11 and and hour of my time.

I work across the street in the Auburn Mall, and I occasionally come to this location for my lunch break. However, almost every single time I have ordered from this location, I have not received what I ordered or have had another issue. While I understand that the food industry is fast paced and folks can be forgetful, their poor service is not an exception, it is the rule. Over the last month alone I have had these issues:

    1. Hair in my macaroni. I opened the lid and stirred. It was not mine. (Pictured below.)
    2. Today, I ordered a Tuna Salad Sandwich and received a potato salad sandwich (?). (Pictured below.)
    3. My order was stolen off of the pickup shelf. I understand this is not something staff can fully control, however, I feel as if there should be some verification system in place for Rapid Pick-Up. A staff member quickly remade my order, but I ended up only having about 15 minutes to get back to my workplace, and eat.
    4. Multiple occasions where my side was incorrect or not included at all.
    5. Multiple occasions where my food was made incredibly sloppily, and couldn’t pick it up to eat it because it was falling all over the place.

While most would simply turn around and head back inside to inform staff about these errors, I can’t. I’m on my lunch, which is usually limited to 15 minutes to half an hour. I simply don’t have the time. However, I feel that the Rapid Pick-Up customers shouldn’t have to turn around and ask for corrections– it is called Rapid Pick-Up for a reason.

I don’t take any pleasure in writing this review, as all the staff I have interacted with at this location have been friendly, kind and understanding. They are doing their best to deliver me my lunch, and make my experiences there pleasant, but they continually let me down when it comes to my actual meal.

I am simply writing this in the hopes that someone at this location will see it, and improvements will be made.

Ordered a curbside order with one drink. She came outside to give us the bag and it had an empty cup in the bag. Why would I order curbside if I wanted to go inside for a drink? Then she didn’t even apologize for the mistake. Pizza was cold , sandwich was thrown together and the prickly pear drink was disgusting . Note: we stay only 3 minutes away so there’s no way the food should be like this and we picked it up 4 minutes after notification it was ready.

I haven’t been to a Panera bread in years but decided to go for lunch since I had a gift card. I was very pleased with the speed and friendliness of their staff! The food was pretty good as well. I will definitely return soon!

The manager lady was very uncanny and treated me without any sort of respect after I had a simple question about the broccoli cheddar soup., she didn’t address my concern and just walked away.
I will never come to this location and suggest a change of treatment with for its costumers

“Sup was not very warm and the chicken on the “hot” sandwich was cold.

I just ate plastic coming from my sandwich

No wall plugs to work from here! We love Panera and prefer it over Starbucks to work from. This is the first of 50+ locations we’ve been to that doesn’t have any wall plugs to charge our laptops while we work. Going to have to go across the street to noisy Starbucks.

    Ordered Philly steak omelet .
When it came out there was no steak except a few small pieces .
Told the waitress ( who was understanding and offered to have it fixed) the waitress took it to Kristi the owner . Her response if you want steak in it it will be extra !!!
Wow so to have a steak omelet with the steak was extra 😡. Did not try to make it right in any way…
Update went to a different place for breakfast. This is what a steak omelet that actually comes with the steak at no extra charge looks like !!

My 1st time there, on a Sunday morning, very busy but didn’t have to wait too long. Waitstaff was very efficient, polite and friendly. Service was good and food was delicious.

Delicious breakfast of steak tips and over easy eggs. Waitress was attentive but not bothersome, she was the only one on when we got seated but certainly knows how to manage her timing. Love being able to watch the cooks and their choice of music, 70’s to 90’s rock, was not overly loud but added atmosphere. Good food and service! Looking forward to our next visit!

Great food, good service. My single complaint is that there are two entrances and when it’s busy you feel like you are on the amazing race trying to grab a table before the couple waiting across the restaurant see it. They would be better served by having a list and seating people. When there’s a wait we just leave to avoid the drama.

Definitely recommend this cozy spot! Great service, friendly crew, food comes out hot, fast and the chefs don’t disappoint…looking forward to visiting this spot again! Also it’s only a short 10 min trip from the circle k truck stop.

The UFO was delicious. It was big enough my wife and I shared it. They have such a variety of sweets. Home made doughnuts, tarts, to many to list. The service was fast and pleasant.

Donuts are good made fresh. I’ve had better use to stop in until I noticed with the lack of staff they dont wash hands. I’ve seen workers cash out a customer and go finish someone’s order right after several times

I tried this restaurant for the first time today and was fairly impressed! Despite the shortage of staff members, the place was running smoothly and quickly! Everyone working here was friendly and helpful. The inside was well kept and clean. The prices were very affordable and the food was amazing. I tried their famous U.F.O. sandwich with added bacon and it was fantastic. The portion was really big and was full of flavor. They also have an extensive menu including breakfast items in which I’m excited to come back and try sometime soon. Giorgio’s is a must-stop when you’re in the area. You won’t be disappointed at all.
