I don’t visit this place often but occasionally Krispy Kreme is a fun way to celebrate holidays with friends. I got the mini donuts around Halloween and they were so cute! Perfect size for conscious snackers! I went last week and picked up another full size dozen for St. Patty’s Day. I ordered online and picked up in the store without issue. They don’t make your beverages until you come to pickup which means you don’t risk it being too warm/cold by the time you pick it up. I’ll be back!

Love this Place. And my kids too. Delicious fresh hot donuts and great prices. My kids love the baby mini donuts and the free hats

Donuts are amazing as usual. The theme ones are great! The issue I have is with this location’s (Bloomington-Normal, IL) staff. We have gone there about a dozen times and each time we are given attitude and leave feeling like we were a bother to the staff. Such a shame cause donuts are a universal happy food and I don’t leave feeling very happy!

Good but, keeps getting smaller! These are not mini donuts!! I repeat not mini’s!The incredibly shrinking donut!! These donuts are getting smaller and smaller, but still somehow manage to still fit inside the box! Look at these tiny donuts!!! I guess it’s a good thing because I personally don’t need to eat them. I could stand to miss a donut 🍩 or 2, but come on now!! These babies aren’t cheap. Thank goodness it was a sale.

First visit to this location, but very experienced with KK doughnuts. We ordered a dozen and half-way through eating one, realized it wasn’t fully cooked — which is why it tasted strange. Discarded the remainder of the doughnuts. Everyone (adults & children) who attempted to eat one ended up not feeling well. 🙁 Very disappointing.

Often Busy but fast service. Refurnished for more seating area. Have most of the menu items available all the time and has a convenient drive thru.

Ordered at the drive-thru. Noticed our drinks seemed light so took off the lids. Here you have a grande toasted peppermint and a tall mocha. No sips taken. $16 for three half-empty drinks.

Wayyy overpriced. Holy cow. With tip I paid over $8 for one nonfat sugar free vanilla latte (pictured)

Why does Starbucks insist on locations that are in small little strip malls. You have no place to park and if you wait in the drive through line you end up blocking traffic. The staff were very helpful though and were as quick as they could be with how busy the place was.

Was just in here and they had an Instacart order delivered and not one worker went out to help the poor girl bring in FOURTY-FIVE 20 pound bags of ice. Finally a fellow customer started helping her bring them in. It wasn’t even busy at all and I watched at least one employee on their phone the entire time. He could have totally helped. I come to this location nearly every day and have seen this happen every time I come. I don’t know if they’re having supplier issues or what, but the other day I was here and they had 40 gallons of milk delivered and no employee helped the person then either, I did. Do better!

I absolutely love this place! They made me love milk tea! My favorite flavor is banana. Also try their specialty coffee the banana fudge mocha! Also the brioche with cheddar and bacon is amazing.

I love this place, but this is the first time that I had a bad experience. I ordered a 3 everything bagel here, I know there are many ppl are waiting, but the way you guys make my everything bagel is very bad. The bagel was burnt, and so hard that it was difficult to eat, I could taste the burnt taste of the cake. Again, I really like this place, the coffee and milk tea are delicious, I hope you will pay more attention when serving customers.

Lot’s of tasty variety. First visit.. Loved the Coco Mocha Nut coffee & gluten free Vegan chocolate explosion cookie. Good service-hand mixed drinks take time.

Nice cozy, local coffee shop in the area, not far from Hyatt and Marriott and better service than other chain brands!

My green apple snow was delicious as always. It’s been almost a decade since I visited fusion Brew. Unfortunately, the baristas behind the counter seemed to be annoyed that I was interrupting their good time by placing my order. Won’t happen again and I sincerely apologize.

Stopped by on our route to Chicago for an iced matcha latte & a bite to eat. The decor is super cute and I enjoyed looking at the art while I waited. About 10-12 people were in line ahead of me when I arrived but the line moved pretty quickly so it was only a 10min wait to order and another 4-5min to receive my order.

I was going to try the avocado toast but the I saw it being made while waiting in line— eggs (hard boiled), avocado smashed up, and bacon were on the counter in plastic bins (possibly on ice? I couldn’t see exactly) and the toast was assembled on the counter. Didn’t look too appealing to me so opted to just stick to the matcha. I asked for the ice in a separate cup so my matcha didn’t get watered down while I ate breakfast (elsewhere) and they happily obliged.

The matcha latte was delicious! Nice and cold even w/o the ice. And just as good once I dumped the ice inside.

I stopped by one of the gender neutral bathrooms while waiting for my order and it was very clean, decorated well, but not well stocked. I used up the last tiny bit of toilet paper (literally 4 squares) that were left. Thankfully I had some options in my bag.

House Cortado is amaaaaazing. Smooth. So smooth. First time here. Cortado was so smooth that I need to go back and have an espresso just to taste it with nothing added. Looking forward to that. Very friendly, helpful staff. Definitely will return.

A must go when we are in Bloomington! Not only is the coffee and atmosphere great, but they serve a mean avacado toast! We always have to pick up a bag of coffee for home, can’t wait to go back!

I ordered a peach danish and apple cider with caramel. It was way to sweet but I ordered it so 🤷🏽‍♀️ but the staff was friendly, the seating area was open, comfortable, and full of natural light plus the art on the wall was interesting. It’s a nice place.

Nice, local spot. Great coffee, very friendly people. Located in downtown Bloomington has many locals stoping by, meeting for a cup of coffee and pastry. You know it is good when there is many locals visiting this spot regularly 🙂

Every time we go to this Dunkin’’ Donuts it’s always some type of delay some type of issues some type of problem that happens to occur whether we’re the first in line or 10 cars back.
this is absolutely unacceptable when giving service. I added photos to prove what kind of service I get Not to mention the attitude that comes from every employee that I’ve ever encounter.

Pathetic service! Today, I rdered just one item HOT coffee around 4PM but they served me cold (luke warm) coffee. The coffee label on the cup says it is HOT meaning there was no confusions. As line was long to re-enter, I called the location phone multiple times but NO response and the voicemail is full so cannot leave any messages. Basically, they served me old (expired) coffee without mentioning it and charging regular price. IT IS NOTHING BUT DAY LIGHT ROBBERY!!

I was in Bloomington today to pick up some stuff for work and my wife wanted a coffee with some pumpkin flavor. We stopped about 4:30 in the drive thru and placed our order. We pulled up to the window paid and added a small tip. The girl at the window was extremely grateful and thanked us. Not even 2 minutes later the barista came to the window with a huge smile and handed out my wife’s drink, thanked us and let us know he made this drink. We both had a good laugh and thanked him. My wife loved her drink and would go back next time we’re town.

Update- 9/22/22- Went to Oakland location a bit ago to try again. Nope, same Indian lady working the window. I was barely able to get drink from her and she said bye and left my bag of food on the window sill of my car. Dunkin needs to fire this lady. She is rude as hell and cares more about getting you away from her window.

9/19/22: Still a hot mess. Freshly ordered/toasted sandwiches are mushy and gross. Manager is always rushing. You barely pull up to the window and your bag of food is being forced at you before you can even stop. Both this and the new location on Greenbriar are horrible. The manager’s at both have quite the attitude.

I came to this location, bought a coffee and some breakfast items. I asked for a cup of water for my kids to drink, and they asked if it was ok to charge me $1 for a cup of water. I replied and said “no that’s not ok”, that I wasn’t going to pay $1 for a cup of water. They never seem to carry seasonal donuts that my kids like to eat. The donuts taste hard and dried out. Luckily the coffee hasn’t gone down the drain.
