Abby!!! Seriously!!! If I had a business of my own I would absolutely positively steal her away! I am used to loving Dutch Bros employees…. but Abby ❤❤❤ She gave such a good name to this location and I might just drive out here instead of the one closer to my house that I’m used to. I appreciate customer service like this! 🙂

Why is it that the people who work here after the slowest in town? One person getting their coffee and leaving every 7-10 min would be unacceptable. You should be keeping this stupid unmanageable line moving.

One of the most amazing customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The line was a bit long however when I finally got to the window to receive my drink the worker was extremely kind and initiated a conversation with genuine interest. We were also given a free drink they had made by accident.

I love Dutch bro’s I always have but this location is definitely not my favorite. There was about 5 cars in the drive through line so I decided to walk up to the counter and several minutes went by before someone even acknowledged me. There was 4 people working and not one seemed to care that a customer was waiting in line. Eventually someone said they’d be right with me but he walked away and another several minutes went by before he came back. It was just a little strange because never have I had a bad experience at Dutch bro’s before. After I ordered my drinks they were made quickly and I was given a stamp card but I was just a little disappointed in the service I received here. (I ordered an iced blackberry rebel and it was delicious I would highly recommend that drink)

You have the best attitude and personalities working here. It’s always very welcoming when I come through the drive through.

This coffee company is well worth the detour off of the interstate. I chose to park my car and use the walk up window during their shift change. It didn’t affect the customer service I received and the beverage itself was really good. This location has a great atmosphere with its staffing and the location itself was easy to find. They accept card, cash or Apple Pay via their app.

Love 💖 this place. Definitely a local favorite for any drink lovers out there. I personally love the vanilla bean coffee freeze with added Expresso. The best part is they have normal sizes, ie a large is a large not a whatever they call it at Starbucks. It’s also reasonably priced and speaking of Starbucks the medium here is bigger than their large.

The lattes are usually very good, but can be inconsistent in both flavor and temperature. Service is slow as compared to Starbucks. The outside music is a great idea, unfortunately a speaker points at the drive thru window making it hard to converse with the bistro. The youngsters running the place are friendly enough.

I absolutely love dutch bros but i am disappointed with the walk up service. I ordered and sat there for 30 minutes. I had to get up and ask about my drink to find out it had been just sitting there. It tastes awful; completely watered down. The three customers in front of me also had to ask about their drinks just to find out they had also been sitting there getting watered down. They prioritize the drive thru and dont pay attention to the walk up. I think it would of just been better to make coffee at home then to pay for a watered down coffee.

Seriously the worst Starbucks to ever go to. I have been getting their secret menu medicine ball any time I feel under the weather for the last 6 years. Today they shorted me on size. Claiming I never specified size. I’ve always been told the only size it comes in is the 20 Oz. I was given a 16 Oz. I didn’t specify size… I didn’t know that I had to…. also no one there asked what size I wanted so I assumed UT would come exactly like it always had for the last 6 years.

Went in for my Bday rewards for a Free drink, the Barista didn’t the scanning wrong and charged my CC for the drink I order. Then after did the reward free drink option. I asked if the money would go back onto my CC he said that he didn’t charge it, it says so on the app on the orders page that it was charged at 643pm. He couldn’t figure out how to refund it then the manger couldn’t figure it out either…a refund of the charge they made that’s supposed to be for a free drink. Guess they really needed it. 🤷🏽‍♀️ And my drink wasn’t even cold it was lukewarm lol omg that was bad

This was a fantastic Starbucks in Idaho Falls, ideally situated, for a stop, between our ride from Teton Village Wyoming and Salt Lake City, Utah. This Starbucks was fresh and vibrant with great atmosphere and nice staff and customers.

The staff was super attentive, there are quite a few tables, a working fireplace, and sparkling bathrooms. It was drizzling outside, but on a sunny day there are outdoor tables.

I sat for a few hours to work on my laptop at this busy location, on a Tuesday afternoon. With my long stay, I was able to observe the establishment.

Imagine a cozy, warm space that is the “corner coffee shop,” where noise levels are just right, the atmosphere is zen-like calm, and time spent turns into eternity.

Instead, this location was 360° opposite—a nightmarish scenario for what Starbucks could become.

To be clear, my drink was formulated fine; it was everything else. Distracting upbeat music. Overstaffed workers doing nothing and joking/laughing loudly. Hard, uncomfortable chairs. A/C programmed to the “Artic.” Soulless interior design.

Perhaps, the effects were intentional: to maximize customer churn, as any competent corporation should.

We placed a mobile order. It was prepared quickly. The staff was polite.

I knocked off a star because my iced shaken espresso was very watered down. Maybe it was just an off day!

Been here a few times, really enjoy the large space and super chill environment. Today I got the coconut cream cold brew and turkey pesto bagel, highly recommend! The cold brew had just enough coconut and wasn’t overly sweet. Staff were super chill and friendly.

This place is always great for a coffee! I really enjoy getting the lattes, but I also like their other drink options and the food! I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a great drink or place to sit and chat!

This is an excellent place to come and get work done. Everyone is friendly, service is prompt, and the food is absolutely incredible. Their internet is quick and they have cute areas to do work.

I like going out for a nice coffee on Sunday morning and this place is pretty good. Delicious coffee and the sandwiches aren’t bad either. The only thing is ambient noise. Things tent to echo. That’s not a problem normally but can be a bit much if Saturday night got too interesting.

The customer service is exceptional! The staff makes the effort to remember you name and your favorite drink. It’s hilarious that they call out our name, even before they see us, when we place our order through the drive thru. I also notice that this store has low turn over; that speaks well of the management style being administered at this location.

This property is very spacious, with an abundance of seating, both inside and outside. Staff are helpful and go the extra mile (brought my drink to my table). The Quality of the product is on par with the rest of the locations in this franchise, which means that it is excellent. Google-sponsored, free WiFi is very nice as well.

Such good vibes! Old music playing, coffee smell in the air, sun shining. Life is good, enjoy it!

Two Sundays in a row around 7:40ish PM
Lights are on, workers are inside and no service was provided. Waive at them and got completely ignored. If you are not going to give service just turn off the lights or give a reason why you are closed. This is bad representation of this brand.

This location makes drinks far better than the others in town. Any time I go to another Starbucks, the espresso is scorched. Here, I dont mind paying the money because at least the drink is properly made.
