Never use them to do walk up orders. I stood there for about 10-15 minutes waiting to just have the guy take my order. I’ve been to other places they acknowledge you and take your order. Here the guy clearly don’t know how to multitask. I will not be returning.

Good location for a drive through, barristas are always friendly, make good drinks to my liking, and speedy service even if they are extra busy. I really like that they come outside to take my order, saves precious time. Always love the the interesting conversations. Sadly the prices have increased with inflation and out side promoters! Love trying new seasonly drinks. ♥️

Always a great experience, and its the only place I go for coffee. The staff is fantastic. They give you a free drink on your birthday. The picture below is from my birthday on 10/9/21. Since Dutch Bros always gives me something for free, my family and I made dinner for all 5 people working. I think we made an impact on showing them their kindness doesn’t go unnoticed.

fkn insane flavor profile on the energy drinks, crazy sweet and kind of feels like your mouth is being attacked. take that as you will, be prepared not to drink these all at once. i haven’t tried many different items & the ones i have have been a bit underwhelming compared to how often i see coworkers ordering here. if you find something you like im sure its impossible to get off of it, but good luck getting through everything thats too sugary to swallow!

The crew is great, not a fan of the coffee, but I like the black iced tea (2 vanilla 4 orange) it’s the bomb.

The coffee and service were fantastic! The barista made delicious coffee, despite being the only person there on an early Monday morning.

Note to corporate: We will no longer purchase the ham and cheese croissant. I’ve ordered this three times over the last two months (each at different locations), and every time my wife has been disappointed by the lack of ham. What used to be one of her favorite breakfast items is now a stale, overpriced croissant with two bites of “sandwich” down the middle.

Reporting to DOH if not resolved within 24hrs and a proper response taken.
In short me and my fiance went through here last night around 7ish and had a Carmel blonde made for her.
This is the only thing out of the entire day that links up as she has been vomiting and cramping along with the usual side affects of food poisoning.

Went in just now to talk with them and they refused to do anything or assist of any kind wouldn’t even make the effort to properly check their expiration dates in the fridge for me. Overall refused to help to me “I don’t know what you want me to do about it, the manager is in the next morning?” And was rude horrid customer service and no help to the issue.

Not even a sorry or apology no attempt of a fix or resolution of any kind other than not taking responsibility.

I would avoid this stand until fixed and management fixes their employees here.

    Horrible costumer service
    Not friendly at all !
I just go there when everything good is close and if I’m super desperate for coffee , but other then that this place sucks ! Management needs to do better on their interviewing people to work there or this place needs new management !
The guy that works there he’s super rude , I got there 5 minutes before closing and he seriously couldn’t make a drink he really said no I can’t make it it
And it’s not only him the girl that works there too she just stares at you all dumb and no expression no friendliness what so ever
Please hire better people or close this place down

I get a difficult coffee from this location every morning. The employees are so friendly. My dog doesn’t like strange new people yet she loves everyone that works in this location. Also they are awesome and they know my drink after a year by my car. My boyfriend who hates coffee is able to get it for me no problem every time because the baristas are so great.

Local coffeehouse vibes. They serve unique drinks with bold flavors. My wife’s favorite is a 16oz iced Scosso with oat milk and an extra shot. I had the caramel latte, which was delicious. My favorite item was the no-bake cookie. It was rich, buttery, and decadent.

If you’re near the mall area and love great coffee, stop by and give them a try!

Indaba has some excellent coffee, food, and atmosphere! The hot, Butterscotch Latte is my favorite drink at the moment. The spicy avocado toast is a work of art; and the breakfast burrito is nice and toasty!

The coffee and sauces are high quality and delicious! This place will “ruin” your ability to drink from other places once you’ve had their high quality drinks you won’t want to go anywhere else.

The gentleman at the drive thru is really kind and fun to chat quick with. The two females are not friendly to me and that was surprising. I’ve not run into that in 22 years of getting a latte everyday.

*Edited original review after a caring response from the owner.

Indaba Coffee offers variety of choices and each one is excellent. I enjoy their quick drive through friendly service. Cardamon vanilla is my favorite Indaba signature drink along with their yummy pastries they offer.

Didn’t quite like the coffee I had. Too bitter. But I’m sure they have something I like. The place was really cute.

I love this coffee shop! They have the friendliest employees who never fail to make you smile. The new bakery items are super yummmyyy.
They are open pretty late so it’s a great spot to do computer work!

I went inside and it was concerning how many flies were inside the building, the music was also way too loud to enjoy chatting and made it difficult to hear each other. My overall experience was pretty bad because of all the insects there are way too many and is of concern honestly. I don’t know if this place is getting cleaned properly, but I’d definitely recommend lowering the music volume and doing something about the insects there should not be over 10 flies landing on you while you are trying to enjoy your coffee.

Their baristas are always friendly and helpful – And they make the best coffee’s any where – IMHO, they’re better than ⭐️bucks!! Their coffee doesn’t have that bitter burnt flavor like ⭐️bucks does – It’s the warm inviting type flavor of coffee you can imagine your Grandma making you. 🥰. Thank you Black Rock Coffee Bar and Baristas! You’re the best!

Great service, fast and baristas were polite, professional and nice. They answered my questions about some choices I was deciding on, and do so with a smile. Even on busy days, the quality of service is maintained, drinks go out quickly, and they acknowledge you not only when you enter, but keep you informed as you are waiting, so you don’t feel you have been forgotten if you have to wait behind a few people. They were careful to ask questions to make sure what I wanted, and made sure my drink was right when delivered. Just make sure to tip your barista, they definitely earn that from you with their work and care 😍

My iced americano w white chocolate and cream tasted like water ($2-special price of the day) my muffin was clearly store bought and small for the price ($4) my total was $10 which means that the barista charged me $4 for soda water??? definitely won’t be coming again. Im actually shocked at how I was grossly overcharged for something that costs the company cents.

Drove up and waited for someone to walk up as it seemed the girl or gentlemen who was sitting in the back was so disturbed that we were looking to purchase drinks. Didn’t greet us and was so far away that he/she was yelling at us to repeat every single thing we said. Not once did he/she chose to move closer to better hear since they were having difficulty hearing. After ordering we had to repeat our size twice and the flavors because again their ears were having some trouble. Such a disgusting face was given, please choose better attitudes when hiring. Such sour faces can ruin a lot for a customer.

    Always, a personal favorite!
It was Roasters Coffee, so because they got rid of the brown sugar syrup to make soccer mom, just request: white chocolate, toffee and cinnamon frappe with a little bit of whip on top with extra cinnamon on top.
There’s your pretty much soccer mom for you!!
    Oh man…
Love love love love love it!!!!

Just had the rudest chick help us and make horrible coffee. I usually love this place so I would really love to hear from a mananger. She is really going to bring down reviews for them. Very bad attitude and cutting me off not letting finish what I was trying to say.

Rude, rude, rude! I was rushed, the Hispanic male barista that attended me didn’t let me take my time and ask what their seasonal drinks where I asked where was the sign and he said it was on the other side. I made it clear to him that he was not helping me by rushing me and his answer was well I have a time limit and I have a line. Enough said!
