What happened??? I was just here 8am, Nov. 6, 2022, and was served the most pathetic excuse for an egg sandwich ever!! The egg on my sandwich was hard, stiff, and the thickness of a playing card folded in half. I held it up and you could see through it….folded in HALF!!! The pictures say it all. Pitiful and infuriating.

This place is so warm and friendly people, they gonna make you feel at home. You can just grab a tea or cup o coffee in front of the fireplace or sit there in you computer while having your breakfast or lunch. Very clean space, the food os extraordinary. The soups are my favorite.

Love me, some Panera bread, especially the sourdough loaves. Great place to meet and do business as well. Strong Wi-Fi.

Been here a few times, absolutely wonderful food, never crowded, just a cozy atmosphere!
Nice selection of seating, with corners and dividers.
Also like the techy touch screen ordering kiosk, fairly straightforward!

Not worth the price. Strawberry popping bubbles but they taste like cardboard and a small amount you can see in the picture for a large cup that’s all you get… Strawberry lemonade and there’s no strawberry flavor. Just lemonade. Straws are not made for these lids. The place is a mess inside. They washed the windows but didn’t clean the floors or take trash out?! Priority seems to look good on the outside.

This is not my only bad experience with this Dunkin but the most frustrating one was the time I had to give my order twice and then they didn’t even get it right and they tried to charge me for it twice. This is definitely not worth your time, because it takes so long, for the money.

Over the past year, every time I order from here my order has been completely wrong, each and every time. Doesn’t matter whether I did drive through or ordered online, I’ve not had a right order from this location in a very long time.
By Shiro Usagi (3 months ago)
Waited in a long line. Ordered my drinks and was then told they were out of both small and medium lids, as well as Large cups. We left. This place is never stocked properly
By Lynee Ellen (6 months ago)
Constantly out of stock-not just featured items. Waited 20 mins in line the last time I was there for an iced latte…….got to the window and was told they have no medium cup lids, no large cups at all, no vanilla syrup, no caramel syrup, no oatmilk or almond milk. none of the featured cornbread donuts, no meats at all (I was willing to take bacon, sausage, or even turkey bacon but they literally had NO MEATS). Since I have to have a dairy free option which they could not offer and not meats, I wound up leaving. Waste of time but what’s upsetting is this is a frequent occurance at this location. They don’t bother to put any signage up to say what they are out of. I’ve stopped going there altogether now.

I usually come between the same time everyday 6:30-7am. Service is always great and my coffee is always great. Sometimes a little slow, but that’s EVERYWHERE now. People forgot how to be patient!

I love this DD they are so friendly and always have you order correct. If by some tiny mistake it wasn’t they make up for it. They are truly fast and xan keep up with the heavy flow. Best DD ever!🤗❤️

I wish they’d hire more people though and make adjustments to whatever it is that has the employee turn over rate so high( pay, benefits, hours, etc.), so that way this franchise can continue to stay open at this location. Because though the service is always friendly, it could be a little faster.

Experience form start to finish was a one star. Lady at drive thru window got everything I ordered wrong, had to repeat multiple times. Arrived at window and looked in my bag completely different items (only two donuts were ordered) were wrong. Drive away and take a sip of my coffee and it was luke warm. Not even worth the effort to go back and get new coffee. Should have just went to Starbucks!

Every year I go to lay a wreath at my service brother’s grave at Ft Indiantown Gap. This year I picked up some food and wanted a large coffee and a large hot chocolate that serves about 10 to 15 cups. It came to $40. I placed my order ahead of many people. Then watched as they waited on and supplied at least 15 people behind me while I waited over half an hour. This man doesn’t know how to run his business right. Been a fan of Dunkin donuts from long ago. If your in a hurry or on a schedule don’t ever go to this Dunkin donuts. Poorly staffed and poorly run.

Have been wanting to try this place after a few friends voiced how great it was and we were not disappointed. It was our first time trying crepes. We are definitely more pancake or french toast people, but they were good. The breakfast sandwiches and frozen coffee were delicious! We tried the cinnamon roll crepe, bacon egg and cheese sandwich, 717sandwich, and the frozen caramel latte. Staff was super friendly. The place is clean, including the bathrooms. They have a bakery case at the counter. There were a few people set up with their laptops to do work which is cute. They have a little reading area set up. A great environment with music that won’t stress you out. We went mid Thursday morning and were surprised with how many people were in there. You order, they call your name when it is ready, then you return your plates and utensils to a location by the counter.

Located in the new development in South Lebanon, an area begging for good food and good coffee. I believe Ancestor is the start to this request.

A true coffee house feel, creating a warm feeling in a new building. Enough space to sit for breakfast or stay for a few hours and read a book or get some work done. The coffee is home-brewed and very good. I think in due time they will be known for their coffee as much as they are their crepes.

Food: The crepes are very good, they are a good portion for a good price. Broken out in two categories, Savory and Sweet. I highly recommend if you are going with someone to order one of each and split it. The Berry Cheesecake is very good and the Nutella crepe is also very tasty.

Overall: This is a great place to have a non traditional breakfast and for your coffee needs. I recommend giving this place a stop and see it for yourself. Overall a 4.7 on my list.

*If you are looking to kill a few hours, they have some books to read with your coffee and hangout for awhile*

We drove in specifically to try Ancestors in Lebanon because we heard they make gluten-free crepes as well as regular. They had savory, but we both chose sweet. Mine was strawberry lemon cheesecake and his was Fruit & Sunshine. The crepes were tender and the fruit fresh. We enjoyed every tasty bite. We paired with lattes which were strong and smooth. Well done Ancestors. 5 stars for sure. *The owner and staff were lovely as well. Great experience.

Stopped by yesterday simply delighted to particpate in your offering to the community! A taste of the world in the heart of Lebanon County. And the coffee and crepe did not disappoint. Had the honey Cardamom latte and a Pig and Fig crepe. I agree that the coffee is better than Starbucks and the crepe was filling and pleasured my palate with the sweet and savory. Especially appreciated the Olio offerings for sale, a bit of Italian co-op for our agricultural hearts.

Nice place with roomy seating inside, and some seating outside as well. A lot of people were coming in to pick up orders but very few were sitting down so it was pretty empty which was great. Splurge occasionally on a blueberry scone because it is worth it!

I’ve really enjoyed the drive thru at this location during my last few visits. You cannot beat the quality of their staff as they are always so kind & give the best recommendations if you’re torn between items. Leo & I especially enjoyed our visit tonight! I had a customized Iced Coffee & he enjoyed a cup of whip cream (Starbucks’ version of a “pup cup”).

Really depends on who is working, the experience you get. Sometimes it’s quick, painless and awesome. Other times it’s a drag! Online ordering is definitely the way to go when ordering from the Bucks in Lebanon. Same goes for the way the drinks taste, I can honestly say though, if the drinks aren’t to your liking they will correct it. Only ever had 1 person give me attitude about it but they no longer work there. The staff is very friendly!! Prices, I feel are a lil steep for just a drink but it is what it is. Coffee is an addiction so I guess cost shouldn’t matter. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Food is pretty good, love the protein packs. Some of the baked goods can be dry & others are superb! Overall, I like Bucks I would rate it as a whole 5 stars!

I went through the drive thru this morning and was impressed with the service I received from Zach. He was friendly, and extremely helpful. I am indecisive and not all that familiar with the Starbucks menu. My iced coffee was delicious and the hot chocolate he suggested for my little one was a hit. Thank you Zach!!

we had to wait in the drive thru for our mobile order for 19 minutes… so by the time we got to the window our drinks were almost cold. but it didn’t even matter because my chai latte tasted very… savory. almost like marinara sauce. how they managed that I’ll never know. I thought it was just me but my husband’s coffee tasted off to him and my drink did too. this was my first time at this location and we are thoroughly disappointed. we won’t be back.
