I have been stopping at a bunch of paneras across US, always for the same oatmeal, this one at this location was kind of sub par, fewer strawberries and pecans, not a big deal but still. Also wifi is on but not working.

The papaya green tea is a low ish sugar option that is amazing. Wish they had more at or lower on sugar. Bakery and stuff always satisfy. Not hungry very much recently and didn’t try anything else.

The people who work here are super sweet, but OMG the wait sucks. Waited 10 mins just to order and another 15 to get my food. And then the food wasn’t correct. I understand that they’re doing their best, but it’s way too long for soup that comes in a bag anyway.

Panera’s food is always great. This restaurant is not different. The dining area is open. However, COVID precautions are in effect: space very limited and tables are far apart.

I did the pick up for my food, I went inside and went to the area the app told me to be. I see on the screen that they are still working on my order. My app tells me the order is ready, my name goes away On the screen I was looking at but I still don’t seem my food. Wait a couple minutes still no food, I walked up to the counter where you get your food and NO ONE WILL ACKNOWLEDGE ME. I finally spoke kinda loud a couple of times to get someone to talk to me. A girl takes my name and looks over and asks someone to check the bag that was sitting in a counter, and I finally get my food.

If your not going to use the area that is set up for that please at least have your staff acknowledge/greet the guest when they have a lost look or need to ask a question.

I can’t recommend the honey lavender latte enough. The breakfast bowl is a huge portion, I could have easily shared mine. My husband got coffee black and a breakfast sandwich. The espresso- delicious. And the view of course is beautiful

I ordered a honey cinnamon iced latte with oat milk. The coffee is excellent.. honey local & latte was flavored and blended perfectly. friendly service.

Outdoor and spacious indoor seating. Right across of the Mississippi River and river walk.

This coffee shop is the best by far! The barista takes his time when making your drinks and puts a lot of love in your beverage of choice. I will definitely be visiting this place again when I’m in Moline IL. I can’t wait! Enjoy! Go Visit! You won’t be disappointed!

Such a fun vibrant location for coffee right by the riverfront on the Illinois side of the Mississippi River. My sugar-free caramel latte was hot and tasty. Bummed I didn’t stop in here sooner during our weeklong stay at the Hyatt Place.

    Best. Coffee. Ever.
We visited Milltown Coffee while returning home for the holidays from Denver, and having their lattes in the morning became part of our routine. The Meil latte with oat milk is without a doubt one of the best lattes/coffees/drinks I’ve ever had. I also loved that they had breakfast later in the day and so many veggie options. I’m sad we will no longer be able to enjoy them back in Denver, but look forward to visiting Milltown the next time we come back to the QC. ❤️

Solid, fresh lunch spot. I had the enchilada soup and carnitas queso wrap. Both are an easy recommend. Soup had just a touch of heat. The red pepper Gouda soup had chunks of cheese and was also very good. I’m not a kombucha fan but my better half liked their homemade kombucha.

Only weird thing was the menu didn’t have prices.

    Service was great.

I miss eating in this place. We’ve been here a couple of times before the pandemic and it was always a pleasant experience. The food is always delicious, their coffee is one of my favorites, service is delightful, and the ambiance is just on point. A nice place to just chill and chat on whatever time of the day.

I researched where to stop “half-way” on a road trip s I was really looking forward to trying this place. My Fiesta wrap with falafel was a DELICIOUS combination of flavors, the decor and music track makes for a quirky / artsy vibe. Service friendly and professional.

My son and I were able to catch up over lunch one day. I highly recommend it; it’s fresh and flavorful and quick!

I ordered the skinny salad today. The staff was polite and my order was ready to go on time. Unfortunately, I paid $10 for my salad and it only contained maybe 2 cups of large pieces of Romain, a few cucumbers, nice portion of shredded carrot, good avocado amount (1/2), and a tiny pile of sprouts. The taste was great. The portion I got was more like a side salad in my opinion. It was not sufficient for my main lunch meal.

I am so glad to know there is a place I can go for way over priced coffee and extremely rude managers.
Stopped and got all the good stuff for my wife (pumpkin spiced latte) and decided to get her a holiday cup since they signs everywhere that they were %30 off. Think again don’t believe signs they lead you to very wrong assumptions and an expensive purchases that were only worth it because it was exactly what your wife wanted. Anyhow when I went to get checked out the cashier it rang up it rang up at full price, she asked the manager about it and the manager responded to me, that was through Christmas and it is Christmas, do you want it or not?

Waited 15 minutes for a Venti Pike place, never received my coffee after I paid for it. Got tired of waiting so I left. Employees doing other things besides taking care of customers. Common sense is lacking at this Starbucks.

It’s a Starbucks. But not a huge fan of this one. The layout isn’t my favorite. But the problem that arises is it’s difficult for the staff to hear. My wife ordered and I stood next to her and had no trouble hearing her order, but the cashier did. Once she finally “understood” the order, it took her an inordinately long time to enter even one drink. Finally the order was placed. We waited for our drinks… and waited. Went to the bathroom, but both were locked. No indication on the outside they were in use. Is a key needed or is someone inside? Even Taco Bell has the little indicator when the lock goes to let you know. Asked the cashier (which took multiple times because she couldn’t hear), “Is a key necessary?” Nope. Back to the restroom. Two individual single units and they eventually freed up. After washing my hands I used the dryer only to have it spew water all over me (wondered why there puddles on the ground). My wife told me the other unit looked like the previous occupant flipped soap over everything. She found out the dryer is just setup to blow the leftover soap remnants from the sink all over everything. (I really hate those kinds of hand dryers.) Returned to the counter. Continued to wait for our drinks. They were finally ready and the size was wrong. “I didn’t order this size, I ordered the other.” “Oh, you’ll need to go pay for that first.” And return to the cashier who can’t understand what’s being ordered to begin with? Um… no thanks. Drinks were fine (even if the wrong size), just not the expected “Starbucks experience.” And they obviously need to do a better job of training their staff. Don’t have these types of interaction experiences at most Starbucks. I know: first world problems. But if I’m going to pay that much for coffee, I expect better.

Starbucks is Starbucks; but this one is probably the best one in our area. I don’t know if it’s because it’s close to the hospital and they just are nicer in general because you never know, or if they are just genuinely nicer, but they have the best staff. They also have the best tasting coffee/snacks.

I absolutely love this Starbucks! I received really fast service even as they were very busy. The most friendly staff anywhere around. I recommend this Starbucks to everyone!!

This rating because ONE woman was literally carrying the entire crew. Like 7 other people were doing a whole lot of nothing. No sense of urgency on their part. She’s doing all the running around and busting out drinks while the rest of the staff look like they just started and don’t know what’s going on.
It was more backed up then it should have been. I’ve worked in a restaurant before and that was poor management and a poor team. She deserves a raise for all her hard work though. I didn’t get her name but she stood out and was organized and doing her best.

Cold coffee twice in a row! I only started ordering plain coffee because anything w/ espresso is too complicated for them (order dry cap still get a latte …order espresso con pana get entire cup of whipped cream filled to the brim lol..wasted $) So to keep it simple instead of complaining to a barista at a coffee shop how a drink should be made, I order plain coffee. No way they can mess that up right? Wrong! It’s 7 degrees outside you would think it should at least be luke warm, it’s cold. 2nd time in a row. I even tried to make it easy and tell the girl taking the order to just give me the freshest coffee doesn’t matter which one, by freshest I hoped it would be warm. And there were 10 people in front of me not when no customers were there. If all you train your employees to make is frappes just remove everything else from the menu as they don’t exist!! …..oh and they gladly took my cup back, microwaved it, poured it a new cup and sent me on my way so it all worked out! Thanks!
