I had to visit this coffee shop as it’s one of the highly rated coffee shops in the city and I must say it lived up to its hype.

Parking was easy. First 1.5 hrs are free as long as you place a parking receipt on your dashboard.

I tried iced Cuban Coffee with oat milk and it turned out to be great. Zero waste materials used, so to all environment-friendly folks — you can drink your coffee guilt-free.

    Good vibe. Highly recommend!

Glad we braved the parking lot!
The vibe is very laid back and inviting, not pretentious or snooty. Barista was helpful, service was quick and the avocado toast was life changing. I’m not a goat cheese person but I could have eaten this toast daily for the rest of my life.
Only complaint was the hot chocolate, it was not good and tasted like straight cocoa powder, no sweetness, no richness.

The service was fast and well executed. I got an oat milk Vanilla Latte with an extra shot of espresso and the avocado toast. Both tasty. Would get again and recommend it to others.

Very cool and cozy coffee place. Very good quality coffee and food. Great options to have breakfast and lunch. There’s a deck with tables outside. Come prepared to wait a bit if you want a table, as it’s normally busy.

Heard great things about Crema. Finally got to check it out. The coffee is full of flavor. One of those rare coffee shops that have glass and ceramic for in-house guests. Decor is simple, if not a tad on the cold side. Staff was friendly. Fairly priced. Really great espresso/lattes.

They offer some pretty cool classes to learn coffee craft as well (a little pricey but very cool for the enthusiast).

First time here and I loved the interior. Super unique open concept. Got a cappuccino and the espresso was good quality, just didn’t love the bean they were using. Personal preference tho! Would come back, the barista was kind!

You can get a really outstanding cup of coffee, espresso, or a specialty drink here. It’s a bit inconsistent in my experience, but the drinks are overwhelmingly good.

The only real problem I’ve encountered is that they don’t seem to want you to hang around–the seating is the most uncomfortable I’ve ever seen at a business: tiny half-circle stools that tilt down, and “chairs” with backs that only reach your waist.

Worth noting that the seating issue is specific to the 5 Points location; others, like in Germantown, are great.

I ordered the strawberry latte. They really went all out with strawberry whip cream and freeze dried strawberry powder. I love the drink so much, I’ll be back for it. The only thing I wish for this spot to have more of would be speciality lattes like this one!

i had high hopes for this place based on the reviews that i read, but i was sadly disappointed! i was looking for a nice coffee shop to hangout in for a couple of hours and found this one while searching google maps. on first glance, i was enticed, excited even! stepping in, i enjoyed the design and decorations, but was confronted by the aggressive sounds of tyler the creator’s “goblin.” not exactly the vibe i’m looking for on a sunday, mid-morning. i go up to the counter to order and find that the sausage egg and cheese, which would normally be less than $10 where i normally go, is now $11??? but i get it and a chai latte anyway. although i was surprised by the quick service, i was even more surprised by the okay quality for the amount i was spending. with tyler the creator yell-rapping in my ears, i take a bite of the biscuit and wouldn’t you know it, it’s DRY and the cheese UNMELTED!! so i wolf down the biscuit and swig my chai latte sadly, after having spent $17. overall, i would say that the interior is interesting, the service is speedy, but there is something lacking in the quality of food and has a conflicting identity. 3/5 stars!

One of my favorite coffee shops all-time, not just in Nashville, but ever! As someone who does freelance work and spends much time at coffee shops, the experience here is always great for hanging out. During my most recent visit to Nashville I knew I had to stop by for a while, and wasn’t disappointed. They have added some partially covered outdoor seating and had all the garage doors open so you could walk right up from the parking lot. The barista working the register helped by recommending the Scarlet iced tea which was great! The ambience here is bar-none, such a unique concept. I also personally enjoy their selection of music which is played through a record player (they also have a display of all their vinyl over by the restrooms). I highly recommend checking out this spot when you’re in East Nashville. Ample parking and good vibes all the time!

Super cool place with great friendly staff and a chill vibe! They offer very great latte flavors which not many places offer. I got the black bear latte with oat milk and love the blackberry flavor which I’ve never had in a latte. I asked if they did latte art and they were very accommodating to do their best.

The atmosphere is very clean, modern and the music is very chill. This is a great place to hang out or get some work done. If you’re looking for fancy lattes with a great vibe then this is the place for you!

How wonderful would it be to have an Ugly Mugs Coffee & Tea here in San Antonio!? We dropped in early Sunday morning and were absolutely taken aback. The atmosphere is overwhelmingly friendly. Ambiance was perfect. I highly recommend ordering the She-Hulk, the drink was incredibly delicious and refreshing. You can definitely taste the coconut infused flavor throughout the whole drink! The presentation was also beautiful. We enjoyed sitting out on the lawn patio with our coffee drinks. WE LOVED THIS PLACE.

Ugly Mugs has excellent coffee with a great atmosphere, tons of seating inside and out, and very friendly staff. I had a BLT sandwich with avocado and gluten free bread and it was incredible! The bread was lightly toasted and the bacon was cooked to perfection. I highly recommend this place – I know I’ll definitely be coming back!

Creative cups of happiness are included! Even with a lot of choices, I instantly felt at ease when asked for my order. This is a ‘cool/trendy but also comfortable environment. If you are Hungry, they have some fresh, delicious muffins, pastries, and wraps as well.

Such good coffee here! Their classics are awesome, but don’t ever miss out on the chance to get one of the monthly specials. Totally worth it!!

$4.50 large house med brew. I am a scooter coffee person – don’t care for Starbucks flavor. I liked this one a lot. In side was very nice. No music – here at 9:00 am.

Stopped by for a quick drink and break after walking around Music Row. It was during the day on a Friday, so wasn’t crowded at all. Ordered a Breve Latte and Sweet Matcha Latte. Person taking the order was very nice and friendly.

Grabbed a table, connected to the Wi-Fi, and picked up the drinks within a few minutes. Both drinks were very good and was able to enjoy in the quiet atmosphere. There were a few live bands a couple doors down, but you couldn’t hear it inside. Nice play to have a drink and get away while in the Music Row area.

For 2 people who got brunch and coffee, it cost about 40 dollars (with tip).

The food was great and fresh! Service was quick too. The breakfast burrito was the best! The cha cha and white chocolate tiramisu were my favorite!

Incredible laid back spot with delicious coffee, food, and a great environment with big windows that shed some natural light!

I got the drip coffee which apparently is specially made by methodical coffee roasters!

The food was incredible! I got the spicy egg and cheese everything bagel and it was so good! Definitely will return when I’m in town. Also a very good place to just hang out and work. They also have some parking and are right beside/connected to the interconnected walkways of Nashville.

I did not get coffee here but the food was incredible! I didn’t know avocado toast could taste that good. The staff was friendly, and the environment was spacious and clean. This seemed like a great work spot, however, I didn’t notice any outlets for charging so that is something to keep in mind. Overall, had a good experience here!

They’ve got limited hours (7AM – 2 PM) but the coffee is delicious. They also make a mean egg and cheese sandwich. Worth checking out but keep in mind that parking is limited and they’re usually pretty busy

Matcha latte is 10/10!! They make it w a lavender honey syrup, which is so tasty & not overly sweet!! Also the avocado toast was very satisfying! The inside is cute & airy and the staff is very nice 🙂

I ordered a latte and my husband got a mocha. We really didn’t like our drinks. The bagel with cream cheese tasted fine, but nothing special. The server was polite.
