On a quick overnight trip to Palm Springs I went to this Starbucks twice. Both times were not up to the Starbucks customer service standard. The first visit, when I went back for a refill on coffee, I was told that I could not use my reusable cup because it had been “used” … this was an odd conversation that I have not encountered at any other Starbucks. Of course my cup was “used” … you just put coffee in it 30 minutes ago … bizarre. So I got a refill in a paper cup and washed my cup in the bathroom for the next time. Day two when I went back, 1 hour after opening, I was told there was not enough dark roast to give me a cup of coffee. I asked if they could do a “pour over” … this led to another weird conversation where I was told they could do a pour over of their specialty coffee for $5. I asked if they could do a pour over of the dark roast that they didn’t have enough of (Christmas blend), and was told no. I then asked if they would be brewing more of the Christmas blend. They said, “yes” … I asked, how long will it be? They said, a few minutes. I said I’m happy to wait. Five minutes later I had my cup of coffee in my “clean” reusable cup.
Aside from the strange customer service, this Starbucks is gorgeous. It has a mid-century modern vibe. The patio has a great view and there is plenty of seating inside and outside. I did try a specialty coffee and it was delicious.

I spent a week in Palm Springs and I frequently went to this Starbucks. The staff were ultra friendly- asking where I was visiting from and engaging in genuine conversations, they all took the time to make the atmosphere top notch!
The Coffee everytime was amazing, the samples and free iced water were a great extra service, I have nothing bad to say about this amazing Starbucks. Thank you for making this Australian feel welcome 😀

Great experience! Expected a long wait due to the crowd but they were a well oiled machine. While waiting the manager gave us samples of their reserve coffee. The place was very clean, drinks were cutely made, a difference with a reserve Starbucks. Enjoyed the experience as much as the drink.

I’m from out of town and this Starbucks was awesome to me . From the warm welcoming atmosphere, to the cool iced latte with coconut milk and an extra shot to jumpstart my morning. Elna, made me even happier every time I saw her smile, She’s nice and so are the rest of the staff. I will return to this Starbucks if I’m ever back in town again . Thanks guys / gals !

Great location so it very busy, I highly suggest preordering through the app and then walking over.

Got two lattes and a nitro cold brew with light sweet cream. Walking distance from the Hyatt & customer service was great even though they’re getting foot traffic all day.

We had been to this cafe on 31st Dec 2022. We had ordered Caramel Vanilla Latte, Hot Chocolate, Everything Bagel with Cream Cheese and Tomato Basil Spinach Quiche. And we loved every sip and every bite of our order with wonderful atmosphere. Cafe has a great sitting arrangement inside and as well as outside of the café. We loved our short and sweet visit. Staff and service is very good. Nice place in Downtown, Palm Springs.

I walked past the Starbucks to try some ‘local’ coffee and I am so glad I did. It was quite busy so the wait was a bit but it was well worth it. My iced vanilla-caramel latte with almond milk is absolutely incredible. There are a few tables inside but I highly recommend taking your drink and heading to the back and sitting in the courtyard. Utterly breathtaking. Do yourself a favor and try it!

I loved the coffee here. Some of the best iced coffee I’ve had in a long time. It gets busy at this location but the wait wasn’t long at all.

Regular coffee is nice and strong. Staff is attentive and fast! Plus the view in the back is amazing!

Hard to go wrong when you tell your friend you want to meet at Koffi North.

The courtyard is so beautiful, with mountains on the horizon.

Art is scattered about, and tables and chairs under Palo verse trees make for the perfect setting.

Great service, great food, great restaurant! We love to stop at Rick’s Restaurant any time we are in Palm Springs. It is a classic diner vibe and I love it! They served us right away and our food came out super quick. I got a club sandwich and my boyfriend got the California omelet. I highly recommend both!

This place is awesome. Not sure why I have never been here but maybe it is because the location is farther up Palm Canyon than I generally travel when I am here. The service was great. The staff is attentive. Their teamwork was on point between front and back of the house. I sat at the counter and it was just cool to watch. The food was excellent. They really have it dialed in here. This will definitely be my new breakfast spot in the area. Well done! Keep it up.

Great brunch location. The food is full of flavor with generous portions. There is plenty of parking space and the wait time was less than 10 minutes.

I ordered the steak and eggs breakfast with a side of fresh fruit and two Bloody Mary’s… because why not. The food had lots of flavor, the meat wasn’t dry and the Bloody Mary’s were not watered down. Great food, great ambiance, and friendly customers. Definitely a must if you are visiting Palm Springs. About $120 for three full meals and 6 Bloody Mary’s.

Breakfast was delicious! My husband’s breakfast sandwich was perfect, couldn’t of made it any better! Plus seating outside is dog friendly and they bring out fresh water for the pups! Highly recommended eating here for breakfast or lunch!

Walked in not too busy. Ordered waffles they were amazing nice and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Eggs benedict were great as well. The owner came by our table to greet us. Overall experience was good.

Didn’t care for this location. Used mobile order go inside and they have a worker standing by the mobile order having customers wait until she calls your name. My drink was sitting on the counter when I walked in and I had to wait for her to come back around to ask me for my name. This was being done due to covid but this is the only location I am seeing this done in and if its due to covid more workers are handling my cup because now you have an additional person on the opposite side of the counter handing me my cup when I could of picked it up off the counter. On top of all this you have this guy taking out the trash and every trash can he takes out he stops right at the door pulls his mask down pulls out a cigarette and lights it by the door. Then goes back inside for another trash can and does the same thing. Will definitely not return to this location.

I visit this Starbucks this often. The whole staff is wonderful. I would like to give special recognition to Angela! She always take the time to say hello, remembers my order and makes it perfectly.
Thank you Sunrise staff for keeping me caffeinated!

I missed the old staff here, it looks like Starbucks can’t retain their employees. They get new staff so often it really makes you think if their culture aligns with your beliefs. No surprise we see unions getting into this stablishments. It’s a shame they don’t take care of their staff. Coffee is great but don’t expect great service, it’s a hit or miss .

terrible drinks some rude staff. As I come here trough the drive tru here everyday. They continuously manage to mess up my ice latte. Today was a situation where I ordered an ice latte with 3 shots with none fat milk what I order everyday. They added 2% milk instead of none fat didn’t add the 3rd shot but charged me for it. I asked them to remake it. The rude heavy set woman employee took the drink back didn’t offer to remake it just dumped half of it out and gave the same drink back to me what was left after she dumped half of it and she said here you go is fixed. I was in rage but I drove away. I will never go here again.

One of the best coffee shops in Palm Springs with indoor and outdoor seating, really amazing beverages with plenty of non-dairy and sugar free options, and good pastries and sandwiches, etc.
    Prices are going, too.
It’s often very busy in the morning, so plan for a few minutes to get your drink, or order online so that it is ready when you arrive.
Service is usually very friendly, but sometimes seems a little slow when they are really busy.
    We will keep returning here!

There’s no better review for a coffee shop than seeing it full of people. Koffi is across the road from Ace hotel, they have a nice outdoor patio and some great healthy salads, or other things to eat in or on the go. We have come here every morning since arriving at the Ace, and love it.

Of course needed to get a coffee for the road before leaving the area at the end of 4th of July weekend. I saw Koffi a couple times throughout the weekend & didn’t realize it’s pretty much the “big” local coffee chain. So made sense to try it out & happy I did.

I just decided to go with an Iced Americano. I like how there were two options for espresso, of which I of course chose the dark roast.

The gf ordered an Matcha St. Tropez Green Latte (soy milk, less sweet).

I often get an Iced Americano at local coffee shops, especially when they have dark roast because I feel it’s one of the best ways to actually taste the coffee. The one I had here is definitely one I’d like to get again. From the first sip it does have a very pleasant deeper dark roast flavor, pretty clean & refreshing. Well as much as a coffee can be refreshing.

The Matcha St. Tropez Green Latte (soy milk, less sweet) had a pretty interesting profile I don’t often taste in this drink the gf usually orders. After reviewing in the menu I’m pretty sure it’s from the steamed sweet vanilla cream because I detected a vanilla flavor right away. The matcha flavor was a little weak but she likes an overly strong matcha so I imagine most people would be fine with it.

Service was very nice & friendly which is pretty much what I’d expect from a local coffee shop.

This Koffi is located on E Palm Canyon Dr, corner of S Camino Real, pretty much adjacent to the Ace Hotel.

It’s a fairly good sized coffee shop with a nice amount of both inside & outside seating. & The high ceilings make it seem even bigger which I like. Design looked very clean & organized inside. You get the vibe this place is the local, dominant coffee chain with the displays of Koffi merch & bag coffee for home brewing.

I see myself coming back here when I’m in the area since I really like my Iced Americano & the service was great. Might even have to try a baked good since the muffins looked really appealing. Also, I see you can mobile order & they have 4 locations (as of July 2021) which makes it even more convenient.

Was here with my wife and then realized she was the only woman and there was like 20 older dudes in here. Made us a little uncomfortable, but the coffee was good and near our hotel.

I usually prefer to make my coffee, espresso & lattes at home but this place does coffee right! They have a variety of delicious specialty beverages and offer dairy free options. It’s no surprise this place is always busy
