Super tasty and very unique donuts. With options like key lime filled and pineapple fritter, there is an option for every palette.

The staff was very friendly and we will definitely be back to try their breakfast sandwich options.

Don’t go when they are busy and order anything hot or think you can pick your dozen donuts without an attitude. We patiently waited. No problem. By the time we received our hot food, it had clearly been sitting out, it was cold. Spoke with the owner to maybe get our hot food hot, he said there was nothing he could do about it since he was busy.

Wow! Just wow! What a donut. We just came from there about a half hour ago and I’m in love! We got their King Dan with chocolate (Added a picture) and it was absolutely incredible! Make sure you get a bottle of milk to go with it because you are going to need it! The other donuts we grabbed were all amazing and soft as well. The only draw back to this spot was I don’t think I can ever go back to not having these donuts. I’m spoiled for life!

Touted as “THE” donut place in Panama City. Have to admit they are pretty good. The fritter was huge and tasty. I preferred the cake donuts but the glazed yeast was top notch. They have a huge variety. There is generally a line and it’s across the street from the high school so plan accordingly. Def worth a stop.

The locals love it and the tourist visit it. Everyone loves Dan D Donuts! Surprising your coworkers with these donuts will make their day! Surprising your teachers with these donuts will make their day! I love the coconut donuts. My kids love all the donuts.

So, It never seems like I ever have any luck to get my box of glazed doughnuts fresh? I crave the doughy hots stuff. I come to this location about 4 times a week to get treats for my grand babies, and I always seem to get the cold ones!! nothing a microwave can’t fix, but it would be great to have a bite of a hot warm fresh doughnut on my way home! One day!

Fast and fresh just don’t like Drive threw only. I like to go inside and pick which donuts I like. Other then they are great.

WARNING, look at your RECEIPT before you drive off. I ordered 4 glazed donuts at the drive thru, was told it was 5 dollars and some change, no one in front of me, and no one behind me. Got my 4 donuts, drove off, and when i got home, my phone informed me my account was a zero balance. I had 29.69 in my account, Krispy Kreme charged me 30.01!!!! FOR 4 DONUTS??????? I called them soon as I noticed, they charged me for 2 dozen assorted donuts and a peppermint mocha, that I did not order!!!!! The manager told me it would be put back on my account. Okay, so I called the bank to try and stop an over draft fee, they said the fee would be 36.00 dollars, so I called the Corporate office to see if this could be fixed, so I dont have the overdraft fee, they told me they would call me back and fix this, okay fine…… Shortly after I spoke with corporate, the store manager called me and was a bit bothered I called corporate, she said she thought we handled it, that my money would be put back…… I let her know of the over draft and needed that to be handled for i was not and i am not paying a draft fee, for their “mistake”, and I need my money back. She blamed my bank, said they should be ashamed of themselves for charging me an over draft fee. NO Ms Manager, Krispy Kreme should be ashamed of themselves for chraging me for someone else’s order, and Krispy Kreme;s employees should pay attention to what they are doing, cause me and my bank are good. I know what I had to spend, and it was in my bank. My money has still not been returned, and 3 corporate calls later, I am still waiting for an answer and my damn money. Still got those 4 cold donuts,I refuse to eat them. Never had a problem with Krispy Kreme in any other city or state, but Panama City FLorida , they need a visit from JAB Holding for they got Pret Panera’s business going down………

No longer go to this location since they won’t allow customers to come inside. Frequently go to location in Dothan AL that has very nice staff and allow you to eat inside. Yes, it’s a long drive but worth it.

Always delicious! I usually try the new promotional flavor they offer. The brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso is by far my favorite drink. The staff is friendly and efficient. Very clean and spacious.

Incredibly friendly and personable staff. They also have consistently gotten my coffee order right and made using my new rewards program app super easy. The atmosphere is cozy, comfortable, relaxing, inviting, and all of the other wonderful words for an ideal cafe. This is my ideal Starbucks in Panama City.

Young man behind the counter was very polite but there was a problem with my coffee and the lady handing it out. My wife told the lady her drink is the wrong size and made wrong from how it was ordered she even showed the lady on the app and the lady proceeded to arguee with my wife that she ordered her coffee wrong my wife orders the same coffee every time she enters one of your establishments. My wife tried to politely explain what happened the lady gave more attitude in the end causing my wife to walk put of the store crying.

The team at this location is great. I have been going here regularly for over a year now and they are always kind and accommodating. ❤️

As always Starbucks exceeded my expectations. The order was exactly as I had made it on the app. I even made the mistake of going to the wrong store. That was no problem for Starbucks, they just changed the store to the one I was at. Personnel was polite and cafe’ was clean.

I have usually received inconsistent drinks here but I could definitely forgive them because they’re so busy but today I received egg bites that had not touched an oven. I never think mild inconveniences warrant a review or being a Karen but this location had disappointed me nearly every visit.

The staff is nice for the most part! That being said, unfortunately the drinks are inconsistent. I stopped going months ago because of the drinks not being made well and they’re NEVER the same. When I said something the first time it happened the girl gave me an attitude. It wasn’t worth the fight, so I left. Every time I have tried to go back it’s the same thing! I would not go here if you’re looking for a quality drink every time. Here is just one example of how it should look and what my daughter actually got. I did not even take the drink I ordered because it was completely wrong!!! I told the staff I did not want it and left! Sad because I enjoyed going here and the manager was SO kind!

Slow service every time. I love a delicious Starbucks coffee and willing to wait a standard time, however, this is the slowest Starbucks in all of Bay county…in my opinion. No matter how many cars are in front or the time of day, it is always extremely slow in my experience. Again, I frequent many different Starbucks, but this is somehow always the slowest.

The Starbucks we went to on Hwy 77 was clean and the people were friendly. Our order was quickly served for how busy it was. The drive thru was quite an long, so we went inside. It was a nice atmosphere.

Mary at the drive thru is a top notch worker. I’ve been coming to this location for years. She has watched my dog and son grow up through that window and she is a pleasure to see Every. Single. Time. Please give her a raise. She deserves it more than anyone else I know!

The biggest complaint is that every time I go, they are out of something i want to order, including today. No souflee, so I settled for bacon, egg and spinach wrap, which wasn’t bad. The coffee was good but the chai tea was way too sweet. Also, dont order the oatmeal. It was very bland and did not justify 6 bucks for a small cup. The only thing that saved it was the nuts and the berries on top, which gave it a sweet taste, but only for a few bites. Blueberry muffin was average. Overall, eat here if you want to wait a long time for your second choice food that is….meh.

Took 30 minutes to get my food at the window they left things out and the flat bread was ice cold. When I looked inside the restaurant I found 2 people on their cellphones and 2 people mopping the floor while food is being prepared! This location needs to send a manager in ASAP.

They were also out of any regular white bread. The girl at the window however did a great job but the other 4 employees were doing things they shouldn’t have been doing while we were having to wait 30 minutes just to get through a drive-through. You don’t clean up until the last order is served and you don’t stay on your phone when there’s A-line outside.

Chilly outside, so I ordered a warm bowl. It was cold. Asked for whole grain bread, got white. Rice was white, not brown. Horrible. Politely told manager. He was busy, but didn’t even offer an apology. Heard he’s leaving soon to open his own restaurant. Guess he didn’t care.

What happened to this location?? It used to be clean…now, I’d rather eat a sandwich on the floor of aisle 2 in Walmart.
Tuesday 7/12…dinner time. Womens bathroom- one toilet had vomit or blood all over it, the other stall doesn’t close. The door was pushed through, so it won’t line up and lock.
There’s garbage on 75% of the tables and on the floor. Garbage areas are piling up. Makes me wonder if you can’t be bothered to clean the dining area, what does your kitchen look like? I won’t come back to find out, and if you’re reading this. I hope you consider that too, if you have any kind of commercial kitchen standards.
Your staff was pleasant enough, but corporate is either too greedy to invest in more workers, or they should just close the dining room if they can’t keep up with the cleaning due to staffing.

Absolute favorite bakery place to go. Highly recommend the praline twists. The baker goes overnight and makes all the bakery products so they are freshly baked there at Panera every day. My boyfriend is so mad that I’m telling everyone how wonderful the pralines are because he thinks they’re going to get sold out. LOL
