I would say the word of this review is typical. This is a typical Mexican restaurant in my head. The food is decent but not great the service is mediocre and the atmosphere is of a typical Mexican restaurant. My food was cooked fine but lacked flavor. The Horchata I ordered however was decent and came out as a huge glass full so that was nice. Overall the place is always usually busy and full of people but the food could use a little help.

There food is ok and the service is ehhh! The margaritas have like no alcohol in them which is disappointing. I’ll leave you with a joke on how I feel about this place… What did the mom say when her kid dropped their hotdog?

    It could always be wurst!

Photo: Tuna Ceviche, queso fundido, burrito verde.

We’ve been coming here for years. Absolutely love the food and staff. Out of easily 100 visits we only ever had one bad experience (right after the move to the new building). This continues to be the best Mexican food I’ve had (I travel a lot). Fast friendly service. Note to new comers is their waitstaff is multifunction and anyone working is your server. Need something just raise a hand and ask.

I will say the new tuna ceviche was absolutely amazing and blew all expectations.

Keep up the great work Casa Staff. You’re all rock stars. Jeremy always remembers us and make it feel like home!

As one of the only Mexican restaurants in the area it does the trick. Service is pretty good and the food comes out fast. Some of the dishes could use more flavor but all in all I’d say it’s a good place to eat.

    Hello little gem!!!!
Do not pass by little restaurant looking for something else. We were not expecting the upscale food presentation; very nice. Taste? Absolutely yummy.

Great service. Excellent value and portion sizes. Only gave them four stars b/c their homemade Italian dressing is a tad heavy on vinegar. Get the ranch. My husband liked it on his side salad.

The place was clean and had a friendly atmosphere. The Waite staff were prompt and checked in often. The food was hot, plated well and was served quickly. The desserts looked amazing. The price for the quality/quantity of food was beyond fair. They also have both kids and senior menu items. I would recommend this restaurant and will stop here again.

    Not the best.
Service is okay, it depends on who you get for a server and what times you come in to eat.
Their breakfast is great. I definitely recommend one of their skillets.

Their dinners are, well. Meh. I’ll attach a picture of the pork chop dinner I received. Nothing special, and there wasn’t any other option other than corn for a vegetable (at least when we went there).

We asked for our bread with our soup and salad that we ordered with our entree and didn’t receive it until we were already finished with our first course.

Overall, I will probably stick to my usual order of a burger and fries, or some sort if breakfast. You get all the coffee you want!

Just be sure to sit down between rushes to get the better experience.

Excellent service, friendly host and great food. We eat here when we are in rhinelander and I love their fish tacos! Husband had polish sausage and hash browns with grilled onions this time. Delicious!

Always a perfect place to grab a mini concrete mixer (I do chocolate and Reese’s) and a harvest veggie burger basket! Friendly, attentive staff and a clean, modern dining room.

My only reservation is the people traffic. Sometimes you get a loud boy scout troop on Sundays, but it does not reflect on the restaurant. We are quiet and have a hard time hearing each other, but it’s a a small aspect to the restaurant.

They were very busy but were keeping the line moving well. My husband ordered a double sour dough sandwich. He got a single that had one charred burger only and burnt bread. My crispy chicken was good but charred food is not acceptable.

Absolutely slammed when we visited this location. Ellie, working the drive-thru was hustling and efficient. Really good employee and the girl rocked that enormous line. Well done!

Every visit. IS TOP NOTCH! It is extremely hard these days to find our youthful workforce conducting them selves so proper, professional & full of hospitality. Mistakes on orders is nearly non-existent. Love Culver’s for their healthy dinner options during a chaotic week! Culver’s of Rhinelander also needs to be acknowledged for their consistent community outreach. You’ll find them at every city event, non-profit fundraiser, schools and more in a very generous manner ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Food was good. Just not what we ordered. Payden wasn’t good at “hearing” me say single SMALL meals. Got one LARGE and one DOUBLE! I even questioned the bill total, and wish I had reordered to get the price to what I would have anticipated so we would have gotten what we wanted!

Just got home from McDonald’s. I got cold fries and one of my “cheese burgers” has no burger. And the cheese burger with meat is just warm. What a disappoint. I over paid for my meal I guess. Won’t be going here for a while. If I could give them zero stars I would. Now I am no longer hungry.

Chaos. Not sure what was going on today but it was chaos. The manager tried to get people’s orders right but it was not a good day at McDonald’s.

Hard working employees hot and fresh food. I love the new cheese danish, my food came fairly quickly considering they were super busy. Love my big Macs. Ty see you again soon

Food was the only good part if any.. Service was weird didn’t even say anything handing me the food bag 🤔 Missed my BBQ cups every time not just today.. And why did the prices go up like 1$ on everything it’s not worth the portion size as it was now it’s just stupid 🤦

Long wait for the person to take our order, she stated she was new. Alot people were leaving the drive thru because it took so long. The young man that handed us our food said he needed a new job and laughed. Nothing else. And 1 burger had to top buns. Wish this place could find decent workers.

I have eaten here quite a few times and usually I go there if one of my favorite spots are closed the day I’m in town. The food is good but not outstanding. The service is always good from my experience. It’s rather pricey for a lunch the few times I went there for lunch…. Another one bites the crust.

Absolutely amazing food, I had the sirloin with mushrooms and it was perfect. They have a soup and salad bar now that is absolutely wonderful, a new drink menu and of course their tap room. Absolutely amazing staff that makes you feel right at home. 10 out of 10 recommend

Great selection of fish. Larger parties should exprect a wait, but always worth the wait. Walleye was delicious and the salmon was incredibly delicious and moist.

Came in around 6:30pm, waited a good hour before we were seated which was understandable since we didn’t make a reservation. The problem came afterwards, we were seated in this weird area that is basically a fire hazard, and we were ignored by every waiter/waitress. It’s like our table doesn’t even exist. Long story short, we were there for 3 hours, and when it reached 9PM (when the restaurant closes and they were literally cleaning) we still didn’t have our food. Asked several times before but apparently nothing went through. Customers before us had their food and even finished despite we being seated ahead of them by 30 minutes or more. They told us they were having a bad day, understandable, yet it doesn’t mean this experience didn’t happen.
