The best shop in Santa Barbra by far and One of my favorite coffee shops in general. The Espresso is balanced and clean. Their baristas are all fantastic and it will please most coffee aficionados. They have a large variety of roasts to take home that will suite a broad range of flavor profiles. The pastries are always tasty. Stop here. Seriously.

This place was fantastic! Hand down the best cafe in Santa Barbara. I am definitely coming back here next time I’m in Santa Barbara. We heard good reviews for this place so gave it a try & boy it didn’t disappoint! It was busy morning so stood in line for 10 mins & waited for our drinks for 5-7 mins more. Drinks are $3 to $6.
And it was worth the wait! Their coffee was amazing and the baked items were delicious. I ordered a double latte & it was just perfect! Airy, foamy & bursting with best espresso flavor! It came in their signature white cups.

This place is very cozy & has a friendly vibe. They have outdoor seating too. You get a beautiful view of Santa Barbara presidio.

We also ordered cinnamon roll, cookies & almond scone. We loved it all!

The place looks clean, and the staff is so lovely. They work so fast even when they have too many costumes. They have two separate areas, one outside and the other inside, and both of them nice. Their food is delicious, Especially cowboy cookies🍪.

Absolutely incredible two days in a row. 😊☀️☕️ As a coffee connoisseur I rarely give 5/5, but in this case I literally drove 6 hours out here to Santa Barbara to try out this coffee shop again after it impressed me so much a few years back. Happy to say,

Still phenomenal quality craft coffee and super kind staff years later!:) 😃👍🏽👍🏽

Very open cute place. House roasted beans. Traditional coffee and espresso for the true coffee lover so don’t expect any fancy flavors with the exception of the house made vanilla. Seating inside or cozy outdoor alleys feels. Loved it!

Good coffee store. I like the breakfast menu as well. I tired Avocado toast was great along with chai latter with blend of spice and sweet. Outside sit out on the green is cool under the tree shades. Place looks kind off full from far. But it is classy.

Back in SBRC after a decade. Didn’t disappoint! Excellent oat flat white and very well cooked bagel sandwich. Ambience good with lots of different seats and spaces. The roastery gives a lovely coffee aroma when it is working.

I love trying local Cafes on our vacations & Santa Barbara Roasting Company was just perfect!
Beautiful setting with outdoor seating & plenty of indoor seating available to beat the heat. I ordered PSL & it was so delicious! Light, foamy & so yum! Loved their flavored orange whipped cream and their iconic red coffee mugs are just gorgeous to elevate your experience. My husband got a double latte which was good too. We also ordered jalapeño bagels, cinnamon rolls, & scones. They were equally delicious! Drinks are $3-$6 & bakery items are $2-$6 too.

Cool coffee shop. I had the hot chocolate and it was good. My friends said the coffee is was good, they have different aromas and flavors from different regions.

Overpriced, gave us small instead of medium drinks. Barista argued we got what we ordered. Drink was barely warm. Asked if whole milk was okay but hot chocolate was made with water.

Great coffee place in downtown Santa Barbara! My vanilla latte was excellent as it was a great start to my day! I know they have several locations. The only thing about this location is a car wash being right across the street so it’s not really the best thing to look at while sitting outside, but if you focus on your coffee and company you don’t even know it’s there! 😀

Fun coffee place, and they have some cool drink options. I liked my matcha latte but I’ve had better. My boyfriend got their cinnamon roll and said it was really good!

Mocha latte was delicious!!! Not too sweet. Beautiful latte art. The staff was really nice. No outlets that we could find though if you’re looking for a place to plug in and work for a few hours. Parking was also tough.

Cool cafe with a great interior and area to sit inside and outside. Staff was nice, coffee and cinnamon pastry were nice. Only coffee was little bit bitter than I expected.

This was a cool spot a few blocks off state street with some excellent coffee. I believe they also have a roastery on site. Staff was very kind and the food options were slightly heavy on pastries. I had the matcha latte(matcha from Japan), which was exquisite. My friend had the cappuccino, which was also delightful. If you’re in the area, I’d totally recommend. My only gripe was the bathrooms. They had two bathrooms- one was for women and the other was gender-neutral. I wish they had a men’s bathroom as well, because the wait to use the loo was obscene. Or, simply convert the women’s bathroom into a gender-neutral one was well.

Great place to work. No outlets and the bathroom constantly is closed. What is the obsession in this town with controlling bathrooms and outlets?! I think some of the Starbucks owners are optimizing for making people leave especially if they have luggage which is an interesting strategy for attracting tourists…. still one of my favorite ones but so confused about the outlets disappearing and reappearing and the bathroom constantly being closed what kind of amateur hour traffic shaping strategy is this?

This location is awful! The employees were rude and talked badly about their customers once they’ve left. Their restrooms are closed to their customers and are for employees only. I overheard an employee being rude to a pregnant customer who needed to use the restroom! No option to sit down do to there not being any chairs. Not a friendly location!

International coffee chain serving up delicious coffee drinks and an assortment grab-n-go food items for breakfast and lunch. Their donuts, pastries, loaf cakes aren’t bad either.

Another nice Starbucks. I like having my beverage and watching the action on State Street. Restrooms are clean too. I found the Baristas to be very nice. Only downside was I didn’t see any outlets. I guess this keeps the bums out.

I wanted a specific drink and the app didn’t have all the options I wanted so when I picked up my drink I saw it didn’t look right and I believe her name was rose saw that and asked how it’s supposed to be me and I showed her a video I saw and she remade it and it was the best drink I’ve ever had from Starbucks 10/10 service and quality thank you rose

The ambiance is very chill and there’s a good selection of curated locally made products from body soap, wines, pancake mix, honey, and coffee. An Americano and the Cold Brewed Coffee were both great picks. Avoid trying to park here if you can. It is tight and sparse.

Of all the coffee shops around the world I have visited, Handlebar on De La Vina is my very favorite. The ambiance, the coffee, the people – all top tier. You will always be remembered by the employees and regulars, you will always feel welcome.

I love this place because of it’s open floorplan. You can see the coffee roasters and it has the feel of a Warehouse. The staff is always really friendly, efficient and take a lot of pride in the quality and appearance of what they serve. The outdoor seating is great although hard to find a place to sit. It’s best to come a little earlier, particularly if you want to sit outside under an umbrella. My dog is welcome there, they even have a water bowl for him and small treats. Great place if a bit expensive.

Great pastries and food with lots of space to eat. It has gorgeous outdoor seating areas and there’s always space to sit, even if it’s crowded. The staff is friendly and it’s a really nice place.

I loved trying their mocha decaf coffee! It was delicious and definitely worth trying it again or something new. I loved the service and the excellent decor. They even make the coffee in the back area like an open kitchen design. It’s quite nice to see and reminds me of Four Barrel coffee in the San Francisco bay area.
