🍀Happy St. Patricks ☘️Day. Is there any debate about how good these are 🍩???
They even have order ahead and a drive through for ease, plus great ☕️ coffee. What’s your favorite? DO or DONUT? YES, please 🙏🏼

Went here and got some Doughnuts after enjoying some delicious pizza and the Doughnuts were great as usual. Always better with the hot sign on, unfortunately it was not but they were still 10/10!

The store was clean and the employees were happy and helpful. We love going and watching the donuts go down the conveyer belt to get iced. The donuts were fresh and delicious. There’s plenty of sitting area for you to just relax and enjoy your donut and drink. Would definitely recommend.

I visited this location on 11/19 at 9am! I placed an online order at 6am to pick up a 16 pc mini pie donuts and a dozen glazed at this time. The order wasnt ready. I waited 15 additional minutes. Then, I got the 16 piece mini pie donuts and it was nothing like what’s been advertised. I only got 16 of the pumpkin ones! IM ALLERGIC TO PUMPKIN! I wasnt told that they didnt have the other ones I was just told to take them because that was all they had. The younger female workers we’re talking about me where I could hear them and that was discouraging. I drive 25 miles to this store because its my favorite and I rather not go to Greenville. However, I wont be back. Wish I had gotten a refund!

Coffee was made very well! Best I’ve tasted. I’ve tried different places in the Spartanburg area and this place makes their drinks very good!! You can taste the flavors 😋 the service was great, even if you wait for a little for your drink, someone will let you know they are working on your order. Good customer service skills at this location.

For the third day in a row this location has disregarded my order and given me what they feel like. There was no line it wasn’t busy but one of my drinks was missing the Caramel syrup I paid extra to have in it and the other I received half full. The only Starbucks in the city of spartanburg that doesn’t do this almost every time is the one on pine street which is unfortunately too far from our new house.

I can’t emphasize the truth about the place that it serves to us the definition of great service and quality of the work. The speaker taking the order is top notch in an educational trained voice to get the clarity of the orders right. The cashier was spot on for the smiles and the handling of the money and products was even better handled by far. The line was long as always that you find for their establishment of coffee and teas to the extent that you have to ponder 🤔 the other possibility of the place being overwhelmed but it’s not that way whatsoever. They stay calmed, cool, and collective the whole time. Kudos to the workers there they take the trophy 🏆 to new heights in the end.

I really love starbucks, when they make Froth with their heavy cream it adds that delicious creamy texture and the froth last longer. Be sure to ask for heavy cream, all their locations seem to have it. Add a shot of sugar-free vanilla and some cinnamon on top and you can’t go wrong.

I went to this location on my lunch break today. A barista named Tora was helping the drive thru. She had the most pleasant, clear, kind, thorough communication I think I’ve ever had in a drive thru. I was super impressed! Someone give this girl a raise because her customer service is impeccable!

I was in need of an afternoon pick me up, and I knew that Starbucks would follow through.

I was a bit wary of their food selection due to the fact that it looked like it had been sitting out for some time. I ended up getting a prepackaged fruit and cheese tray. It was very good and all of the fruit tasted very fresh.

I drinks were made quickly and as expected.

We set out on the patio and enjoyed our drinks. It’s right next to a busy highway, so it was a bit noisy, but we didn’t really mind.

All in all this location was great.

It’s a decent place to stop for coffee.

Parking lot is a bit awkward to get to the drive through since its connected to another lot, so you have cars sometime fighting to get around eachother. People will cut eachother off in the drive thru if they’re not angled just right behind the vehicle in front of them. That makes it difficult for people wanting to get to the other businesses to get through and around, so I’ve witnessed a bit of road rage in the lot.

I was a little disappointed with how some of the employees behave when you ask about your order. I had a drink that is normally about $9 and it came out to almost $11 so I tried to double check and make sure there hadn’t been any mistakes made during ordering, but the girl with glasses in the drive thru window got an attitude and was quite abrasive for simply asking questions. I don’t think its unreasonable to ask about an order if something seems off. She got quite short and snippy with me. Usually there is an extremely friendly gentleman at the window that does a fantastic job, but unfortunately not today.

Landed here shortly before a Wedding ceremony I was officiating at the Cleveland Park venue. The young man who served me was dealing with a disgruntled customer in the drive-thru when I walked in , however he did not app ly his frustration to my transaction. Service was quick and I was very satisfied with my service.

Order was as good as always but specifically shouting out the staff here! Excellent, super friendly service & got to overhear the team building up & encouraging a new hire while they worked. You can tell this team loves working together & that they enjoy their work. Made the atmosphere special. 🧡

I picked up an Uber Order.

I don’t personally drink or eat anything from here, I think it’s overhyped, & overpriced. So as far as quality goes, I have no clue.

The wait was unacceptable, I was the only person in line yet I had to wait. Apparently someone didn’t label the order & it was just sitting on the counter while I waited on someone to make it until a staff member looked for the order & found it. Just unnecessary. Shouldn’t have been a wait, but I waited close to 15 mins or more.

This is an in-store business. Employees were friendly and quick. They do not have heavy whipping cream, which disappointed me.

The coffee quality, service and atmosphere all depends on who is working. Sometimes it’s nice sometimes it feels as if you are a burden to be ordering coffee.

This Starbucks is terrible! I’ve never experienced such terrible service at Starbucks!!! These 2 girls could care less about being here. They give their friends free drinks and stand there and gossip with a whole line of people. Many customers left…. Will not be back.. if you don’t wanna work then don’t show up.

I ordered a small decaf coffee. She said they don’t have decaf because they only have 2 urns. Buy another urn! Your Starbucks! I couldn’t believe it!

Cozy place. Not too crowded on Monday afternoon. Delicious ice cream and not a bad coffee. Perfect for studying or meeting up with someone. Very friendly baristas

This review is of whole beans only – My wife traveled to east coast and picked up a fresh bag of “light to medium” beans only to open fully oily beans upon opening back at home. Oily beans only occur when roasted way past the second crack. Based on color and oil, this is definitely at least a Full City roast, creeping into the espresso range. Pulled an espresso at home to experience a very roast forward semi bitter flavor (pulled on a GS3). Sad as my wife said her espresso was vibrant yet nutty in the shop and they said that those were the same beans they used. They should do better with quality control on the bagged beans.

Had a latte with these beans in the morning, and the roast works ok with milk based drink. Won’t make espresso from these again but will finish the bag in milk based drinks.

Repeat customer come at least 3-4 times a week and unfortunately had to remove my 5 star review. Today is not only the first time but also the worst ever experience I’ve ever had at any spill the beans location. It’s ok to make mistakes but to repeatedly skip an order multiple times and have to worst attitude is a poor representation of the company. Sad to say Starbucks has better service.

Spill the Beans was a fantastic find this morning. Both craft and care were found in the latte I ordered this morning, with lovely latte art, appropriate texturing, and simple and sweet flavors. Everything feels intentional about the environment, and the atmosphere is what you’d want from a modern coffee shop. Spill the Beans is definitely a great way to greet the day!

Although I have had great service every other time I have been here, tonight I had the worst service I’ve ever had anywhere. I was told by the two young women working that I could not get a refund even though I was charged for something I did not order. It went downhill from there. They appeared to not have enough training and were very rude to me and to my friend. I was stunned by the way one of them talked to us. She was causing a scene in front of a table full of people so my friend and I took the high road and left. Sad for this. All of the people who have ever waited on me previously have been very nice and helpful. I would like to keep coming here but cannot do so if these are the kind of people who are now going to be working there. I won’t be treated that way…and pay for that kind of treatment. I hope this situation can be rectified by a full refund, which I should have received, as well as an apology for how we were treated and talked to. I do appreciate the staff who I have encountered every other time I’ve been in. They have all been friendly, professional, considerate, and helpful. I would give them five ⭐ s.
